We had a perfect stay. Food was delicious, staff were wonderful. So much effort was put in for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing day. Our room was big and comfortable and very quiet so we slept well. I can't fault this hotel in any way, it was a delight. The family and staff made us feel so welcome. The reception man even lent us a USB plug! All the staff were cheerful and friendly. It was like a posh home from home!

This is a very well run hotel. Everything was extremely efficient and it was most welcoming. Our room was made up promptly each morning, breakfast buffet was delicious and never ran out of anything, the quality of the dinner each evening was superb, wine list was fabulous and the general surroundings of Lake Malveno are lovely. A wonderful bonus was the free travel with the Trentino card. We were very impressed that so many staff were helping to load our suitcases onto the coach when we left at 6 a.m. and stood outside and waved us off. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I do hope we will return.

I was there for the ASIC conference. This is a fantastic, *world-class* hotel! One of the best if not the best I have ever slept at in my whole life. You deserve every single hospitality prize and award you received. No free bus, no taxi, no way of getting anywhere from Molvino, absolutely WRONG for the infirm or disabled. The spa was perfect after long walks around the beautiful lakes. From the second we left, we knew we would have to book to come back. The staff at your hotel were easily the best I've ever experienced - warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We loved staying in the cottage! The food provided was amazing - we were half-board. The wellness centre and treatments we had were outstanding. We've already said we'll be back!

I like to say big thankyou to mum and dad plus Sienna, kiara and Marco, for the most wonderful stay. Jack and I are coach drivers from Taf Valley Coaches and were very impressed from beginning to end on how professional and friendly all the staff were.
