The young woman that was at the desk upon our arrival could not have been more helpful! Everyone at the hotel was helpful, professional and pleasant. We had particular help from Giovanna who was really excellent and friendly and gave us lots of information. Also Valentina was particularly nice. The room cleaners were lovely and everyone was so friendly
