Noone could check us in… she was so kind and facilitated us. Grand Hotel President, located perfectly for all visitors to Olbia. It was my first trip to Sardinia and I was a solo traveller. The receptionists were amazing 10*+++ particularly, Giovanna and Valentina who were exceptionally smiley, kind and helpful, giving me priceless guidance making my visit to Olbia perfect. The breakfast staff were welcoming and most efficient ensuring the presentation of the amazing breakfast was perfect. The room was cleaned to a high standard. It was beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the harbour. What an amazing hotel!! Many thanks to all the staff. 🥰
