We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was an excellent location, near Via Umberto which most of the restaurants and shops were. Also only a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We did not have dinner there. The hotel was clean, the service was friendly and overall good value. It is not a modern hotel per say, but very comfortable and generally big rooms compared to other hotels in Europe. Could use a little upgrade.

The hotel and staff were superb. I would particularly like to mention Gessica, Elisabetta, Elena, Eleanora, Margetta, Daniele and Stefano. These people were patient, cheerful and helpful. All of them went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A problem with the telephone in our son's room was resolved very diligently by the manager and reception staff by organising a change of room efficiently and without any fuss. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned by the industrious and friendly cleaning staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at reception and in the restaurant (where I had the best Angus beef steak I've ever tasted). The hotel is centrally located, the decor is tasteful, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the restaurant is excellent and the staff are superb. Our family would highly recommend the Grand President Hotel to anyone visiting Olbia.
