Thank you for a very pleasant and comfortable stay, although it was only for two days on a tour. As it was a tour and I stayed in several hotels during the week, it is difficult to comment on whether or not it was value for money as I don't know what I paid to stay at this hotel. Also, I didn't use the restaurant and bar, except for breakfast, so it's difficult to judge cuisine.

The young woman that was at the desk upon our arrival could not have been more helpful! Thank you to your wonderful team. The lady that checked us in saved the day- our airbnb cancelled very last minute due to a maintenance issue. Noone could check us in… she was so kind and facilitated us. I also left in somewhat of a hurry the next morning and left all of my jewelry - they recovered it all and had it waiting in reception! 10/10 thank you all so very much!!!

Check-in was very fast and our rooms were ready early. I was part of the three person flight crew who had arrived after flying overnight so we were very thankful to be able to check-in early. The seating out front was very nice and I enjoyed that as well as my room's balcony. The breakfast spread was beautiful and the pastries were great.
