All the people in the reception where wonderful. Thanks.

2026-10-04

Since we only spent one night and had to leave very early we can't say anything about the restaurant/bar. But we were very impressed that you offered and gave us coffee and croissants at 5 a.m. The staff at the reception were extremely welcoming, helpful and nice. Thank you!!

2026-10-03

The hotel is beautiful and I really appreciated the "old world" charm with the well-done modernization for the services. The desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Great stay - lovely staff

2026-09-25

Thank you for making our arrival and departure so easy--and for the help with our luggage and parking. We so enjoyed our last night in Sardinia at your hotel.

2026-09-24

The service and welcome was exceptional. We appreciated how they accommodated us to a different room as our door locking mechanism was having difficulties. It was a small thing, and these are the things that can happen at luxury hotels as well . It's how they solve the issue and ours was solved. We loved that they gave us beach towels to use at beaches and boating trips. Breakfast had a wide variety of pastries, fruits, cheese and meat selections. Even small things like offering to mail our postcards was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great and memorable stay !!

2026-09-23

Very good hotel.

2026-09-22

There was an issue with the door lock and the staff did everything to rectify. Helpful with recommendations. Great Malfi G&T. Breakfast was awesome and the team jumped in to address coffee machine which was temperamental. Great front desk staff

2026-07-02

Our compliments and thank you to Elena at reception who was welcoming, courteous, friendly and helpful. She is a great asset to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, a very large selection and a very good choice of fresh fruit. This is not a complaint just personal preference, we did not like the wurtzel sausage and it was nice to have hard booked eggs (there were none on the second morning). Other than that it was all perfect. We loved our room and the hotel and we hope to stay again. Thank you!

2026-07-01

Wonderful Team

2026-07-01

Very good hotel with good staff

2026-07-01

It was a pleasure for my friends and me to stay at the Grand President

2026-06-30

Front desk very helpful and easy to deal with.

2026-06-29

This hotel exceeded expectations. I especially appreciated the willingness to hold some of my luggage for several days while I was aboard a boat. We were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated in the extreme heat outdoors. The staff gave an excellent restaurant recommendation and the room was spacious and the bathroom shower was like a spa!

2026-06-29

Complimenti a tutto lo staff, siete stati splendidi.

2026-06-29

5 survey questionnaire is enough. Too many questions in your survey. However enjoyed our stay. Menu N/A, as restaurant not open.

2026-06-28

Complimenti

2026-07-02

We stayed for over a week at the beginning of June, and for a few few days at the end of June. The staff was exemplary. In the restaurant and at the front desk everyone made an effort to meet our needs.

2026-06-25

2026-06-10

We appreciate that preservation of this building and the charme of the hotel.

2026-06-09

Thank you for a very pleasant and comfortable stay, although it was only for two days on a tour. As it was a tour and I stayed in several hotels during the week, it is difficult to comment on whether or not it was value for money as I don't know what I paid to stay at this hotel. Also, I didn't use the restaurant and bar, except for breakfast, so it's difficult to judge cuisine.

2026-06-09

Recepción team is amazing

On Road Scholar tour of Sardinia, we stayed at three hotels. Your hotel was my favorite. I love the old-style ambiance. And the bar knows how to make an excellent Manhattan. If I return to Sardinia, I would definitely want to stay at your hotel again.

2026-04-30

Personale molto simpatico, grande valore aggiunti rispetto ad altre strutture in cui o c'è del personale straniero che sembra nella maggior parte del tempo scocciato o altre strutture in proprio che continuano a dirti quanto la loro struttura sia bella.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay and warm greetings every time I returned to the hotel

2026-04-27

The young woman that was at the desk upon our arrival could not have been more helpful! She went above and beyond to help me order dinner (my wife was sick and could not go outside of the hotel, and the restaurant was closed) & to direct me to the nearest gas station so I could fill up my car. She is a great asset to your hotel!

2026-04-27

The staff at the front desk recommended a restaurant that was excellent. They were also very kind and helpful! The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Reception staff were all lovely. Breakfast was AMAZING and the waiter who made the cappuccino was especially kind, fun and welcoming- great team! Well done

2026-01-26

Tutti molto carini e disponibili .
