Al check out ho dimenticato un giaccone nell armadio e dopo aver contattato con nr di emergenza la struttura mi hanno messo in comunicazione con il personale di pulizia che mi hanno aperto la stanza e permesso di recuperare quanto ho dimenticato. Mini locale efficiente comprensivo di piano cottura frigo ecc. Bagno pulitissimo, letto perfetto. Se ritorno a Lugano vorrei lo stesso monolocale.

We enjoyed our stay at Lugano Guest House. It was a perfect option for our 3 family members with a comfortable-sized room & facilities. Your location is great! We could walk when we wanted to or take the bus when we need a rest. The Ticino Ticket was a wonderful benefit which we took advantage of. I hope we can return to visit again. Thank you!

È disponibile la lavanderia. Sono disponibili un forno a microonde e un piano cottura elettrico. Ci sono molte prese in camera, nessuna accanto al letto: abbiamo usato la A.2.1. Buon Wi-Fi. Vorrei sottolineare l'inestimabile aiuto che abbiamo ricevuto da uno degli addetti, che ci ha letteralmente aiutato a organizzare il bucato, che è gratuito per gli ospiti. Servizio eccellente, degno di grande riconoscimento e gratitudine. Congratulazioni per l'impegno dei nostri dipendenti e del nostro staff. Siamo rimasti colpiti anche dalla loro dedizione e pazienza nel guidarci e assisterci.
