With our family we had a fantastic week at Aestus Villas Resort. Very warm, friendly and helpfull team. Lucia is very helpfull, every request is handled, everything is neatly arranged.

We were two families of 9 people together. Lucia and her team had made us feel very much welcome from the first moment and the stay and services was excelent. Lucia was super helpful, with anything around the accommodation but also helped us to organize fishing and diving trips. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer :-). We returned after a first visit 1 year ago. Like the first, this one was perfect. From booking directly with Lucia, and throughout our stay, everything was easy, relaxed and peaceful. The villas are spacious and beautifully decorated, mixing Swahili/Arab touches with an African thatched roof style. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Staff are attentive and helpful but never intrusive. There are only three villas, so the total number of guests is always small. Everything is well thought out, to make sure that guests are cared for but have peace and quiet and a relaxing stay. The only disruption is the occasional monkey (amazing). The quiet and relaxation are insured by the fact that Aestus is set slightly away from the beach, and Galu beach is in any case more peaceful than Diani to the north. But the beach, and all the amenities, are only a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away. Finally, our chef, Hepson, was quite outstanding. We cannot recommend Aestus enough, and will be back.

Amazing stay in blue villa for 8 of us. Lots of space and bathrooms. Relaxing pool with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were lovely and friendly and our chef was amazing. A real treat! Close to the beach with some lovely beach bars nearby. Definitely the best part of Diana beach.

Generally good but details of kitchen operation should be communicated prior I.e guests are not allowed to cook meals at all. However, the chef did a superb job!

We've had such a great Stay Aestus villa. Everything was just brilliant and everyone was so lovely and accommodation. Nothing was too much. Lucia was so flexible and understanding. Our chef was fantastic! Every meal was so tasty. And the rest of the staff were just amazing. Really! Good pool and pool area, good WiFi, good rooms and a lovely porch area for us to eat and chat. To sum it all up, we really loved it there. The attention to details is exceptional.

Un endroit paisible et reposant. Nous avons adoré le cadre et la décoration. Il faut faire attention car l’étage et les escaliers sont dangereux pour les enfants. Il y a également des moustiques donc il faut prévoir des vêtements adaptés pour les repas du soir. Le personnel et les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins pour nous et la nourriture délicieuse. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Tout était parfait: la villa très spacieuse, architecture originale et très propre (ménage tous les jours, changement de draps + serviettes dans la semaine ); le cuisinier Saïd était extraordinaire: il faisait les courses et nous cuisinait de bons petits plats. les petits déjeuners étaient incroyables: jus de fruits frais, crêpes.. Le personnel était hyper attentionné: Rosie s'est bien occupée de nous. Je recommande vivement! Lieu idyllique pour se reposer ( résidence de 3 villas / 1 piscine commune) car peu de monde. La plage n'est qu'à 3 min à pied: immense plage de sable blanc très propre.

We enjoyed the time here very much. Our cook Hesbone spoiled us everyday with Kenian specialties. They were delicious. Our daughter called him ‚cooking-god‘ 😄 The only disturbing thing were the neighbour‘s dogs barking at night. As there are no windows that can be closed they often disturbed our sleep.

This place is so peaceful and Nice. The service is extremely good and I had Espon as private chef. He was tight on time, everytime and Made some of the best food i have ever tasted. The villas is near a Bach wich is not the best but its not Their fault. I really recommend This place because it is so Nice.

A heartfelt thank you to Rosie and Lucia, who supported us with great care in planning our daily activities. Their helpful tips and recommendations made our stay even more special. Even after we had left, Rosie reached out to check in and ask if my son – who had experienced a brief stomach upset – was feeling better. That kind of thoughtfulness truly touched us. We’re also deeply grateful to the amazing chefs, Said and Rajid, who spoiled us with delicious African meals and fulfilled every culinary wish with a smile. Their cooking and kindness made each day a true delight. The villa itself is beautiful – tastefully decorated, well maintained, and full of charm. You can truly feel that everyone here is passionate about making guests feel completely at home. Thank you for everything – we would love to come back!

Beautiful place. Our host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The chef did a fantastic job. The resort is just a few steps away from the beach and in a safe location. However, the bathrooms need some updates. Flies and mosquitoes were a bit of an issue but manageable.

We had a great stay and will be recommending this place to everyone. The perfect hide away, very chilled out and the staff were amazing. Lucia was great at recommending the excursions and helped arrange it all. Hasbuls cooking was super and he was really caring, tried to help out in every way he could when my kids were unwell. Rose with her super smile would check on us from time to time to see if we were doing well. Modani was very delegent with cleaning the villa and making sure the nets were down and mosquitos were out. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful stay.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the Austus Villas. With just 3 villas on the property it felt very private. We traveled with friends and each family was able to occupy their own villa. We spent a lot of time in the lovely pool which we pretty much had to ourselves. The chefs were easy to work with and accommodated our 2 families for big meals altogether. The beach is just a short walk. Absolutely perfect beach with white sand and clear water. The highlight of our trip was snorkeling in the glass bottom boat. My only complaint would be that sleeping was challenging as it was very hot. There is no AC in the rooms. There are fans provided but the coast is just HOT. Overall, we would recommend staying at the Austus!

Lucia and Rosie are both absolutely delightful and make you feel welcome as soon as you pass the door. The Villas are beautiful (we tested two throughout the stay) and the pool is lovely. Our chef very easily adapted our meals for our 3 non-adventurous eaters. Definitely recommend!!!! To be noted that during humid season there is no ac and it’s definitely warm at night :-) dry season here must be the absolute dream come true vacation !!!

Bin zweimal da gewesen und will ich nochmal kommen. Der Gast Freundschaft ist perfect man fühlt sich zu Hause. Das Essen ist toll und sehr lecker. Von Sauberkeit, der Personal gibt alles um der Lage sauber zu erhalten. Also top Lage und sehr gepflegt. Leider der Unterkunft ha nicht viel mit Spar zutun. Aber trotzdem man fühlt sich zufrieden. The Chef Hesborne is great at his trade. Food delicious..Ambience of the place very accomodating. Kind cleaning and security staff. Wonderful host Lucia. I loved the serenity of the whole set up. The short nearby beach walk is all we needed to have a taste of what the magical Diani Beach has tp offer. Wouldnt mind recommending others to visit and enjoy aestus to savour all that it has to offer. THANK YOU AESTUS. THIS IS HOME TO ME.

Très belle adresse pour un séjour au calme près de la mer. Tout le monde est charmant et à l'écoute. Le plus, c'est le cuisinier compris dans le prix, la seule chose à faire étant de lui donner le prix des produits que vous voulez manger.

We had a lovely time at Aestus, the place is so peaceful and truly a little oasis. The buildings are quirky, clean and cosy, you feel immersed in the beautiful nature around you. Management was also incredibly kind and personable. We felt very looked after. We did struggle with the humidity and heat at the time of our visit, but that was due to the timing of our travel (just before the rainy season). Thank you so much Lucia, Rosie and Saidi for your kindness and hospitality! We would love to come again (also so we can make use of the spa facilities which it was just too hot to enjoy this time 😂!!!)

This was a whole different experience and concept. We loved the independence in our food choices . We loved the place , the villa. The staff's friendliness was limitless. Lucia was an excellent host with her advice . It is rare when the host leaves you free to choose what you want to do and gives you an objective advice . I can only say , see you soon . If it is Diani beach then nothing else but Aestus... from family of 4 .

Le séjour de trois jours dans cet établissement est juste exceptionnel à tous les niveaux par rapport au tarif. Accueil par la gérante au top, la villa est superbe, bien équipée, les extérieurs sont ultra bien entretenus, la piscine est très propre tout le temps, les femmes de ménages sont réactives et discrètes. Et surtout le chef cuisinier Said est extraordinaire, sympathique, à l’écoute, respecte les horaires et surtout il cuisine très très bien! Tour ce qu’on a mangé était ultra bon. Il y a des jeux au niveau de la piscine pour les enfants, les transats sont en très bon état (pas souvent le cas dans les hôtels…) Bref rien est laissé au hasard! L’emplacement du complexe est vraiment bien, au calme avec un accès très proche à la plage de Diani Beach. La plage est très belle également. On y retournera les yeux fermés! Merci pour cet accueil fabuleux! C’est rare que je mette un commentaire de ce type pour un établissement!

Thanking you all so much for making our a week long stay so enjoyable. It is such a beautiful place to relax, really loved the tropical gardens and the swimming pool. Our Chef prepared us lovely breakfasts and evening meals. Lucia organised our Airport Transfers from and to Mombasa Moi Airport and 3 different boat trips at more reasonable prices.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, tout d’abord la villa était magnifique et vraiment dotée d’une belle architecture, ensuite le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus, tout le personnel est adorable et nous avons eu la chance de profiter du merveilleux chef pour plusieurs de nos repas! C était vraiment très bon. Les massages sont fantastiques et les propriétaires très sympathiques:) De plus la villa est à côté de la plage avec des installations très agréables et plutôt calme ! We have travelled the world and never had such first class hospitality! We visited Diani for my brother's birthday and stayed here as a family of 4 adults. Property big and clean, beautiful surroundings, great swimming pool. The chefs Ranjab and Hesbone were professional and cooked delicious meals. Lucia was very kind and organised a cake at no charge to us for the birthday boy. Judy, the manager was approachable and a fountain of information and very professional. We would definitely return. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality.
