Wir sind bereits das dritte Mal in der Albergo abgestiegen und sind immer wieder angetan von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, und zwar unterschiedslos von Rezeption, Frühstücksbuffet bis Reinigungspersonal, das sich sehr aufmerksam gegenüber den Kunden verhält. Die Nähe zum Plaza Erbe und der trotzdem gegebenen rerlativen Ruhe gestalten den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm, ebenso wie die gute Klimaanlage.

Elisa und die andere Dame am Empfang waren bei der Suche nach passendem Restaurant sehr hilfsbereit. Ihre Empfehlungen waren exzellent, Schwierigkeit: die Restaurant mussten Rollstuhl geeignet sein. Zimmermädchen haben sehr gut alles gerichtet Frühstück, die beiden Fanen sehr kompetent.

Me and my mum visited for a 4 night stay and loved the albergo mazzanti. Perfect location for all the must see sights. The hotel was very comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning. Our room was large and was a great retreat at the hottest part of the day. The breakfast was great with some lovely home made additions which changed daily. The banana loaf was amazing. We had a really nice welcome - the staff were friendly and helpful and just remembering our morning drinks order made us feel special. We had to leave early on the last morning but we were able to get our breakfast earlier which was also great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Albergo Mazzanti. We received a warm welcome and were looked after very attentively. We also loved the location in the historic centre and the wonderful view of the alleyway. And despite the heat in the city, we slept very well in the cool rooms with their comfortable beds. Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and were given a secure place to store our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. This gave us much more time to start exploring Verona and the surrounding areas. Breakfast offered a great variety. Staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and accommodating. The whole hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and provided great toiletry kits that helped make our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely be recommending Albergo Mezzanti to our friends and family.

The Albergo is attractive and well maintained. The reception staff were extremely warm and friendly. They were also very helpful with suggestions. And the lady who served breakfast made the start to the day warm and cheerful. The staff at Mazzanti enhanced our stay in Verona.

Both hostess were very kind and the lady that take care of the breakfast was so gentle that I have no words to describe. I asked for a chocolate croissant for my son but they were cooking in the oven. When we went down for the checkout she had left a couple of croissants for us in the reception desk. So kind.

On returning to the hotel before leaving, my wife unfortunately sprained her ankle. We needed to get a flight to go to the airport and your receptionist was extremely helpful and attentive, provding ice and calling for a taxi for our drive to the airport. We were very grateful to her for her compassion and responsiveness.

I sprained my ankle in the street and the receptionist was so kind and got me some ice straight away. She also ordered us a taxi for the airport and got the driver ro come close to the door. The room was ready when we arrived even though we were early and when we left I also liked the way we could leave suitcases at the hotel but the receptionist kept it locked and watched when we putvour bags in and took them out so it felt safe. A really exceptional short stay for four nights. All the staff made you feel most welcome a special shout out for the reception staff, Adele in the breakfast room who was always cheerful and made the most lovely cakes and exceptional coffee which made a great start to the day. The cleaning staff were always friendly and very good at their job. Overall a great stay. Disliked · Nothing around our stay and if the opportunity came up to revisit we wouldn't hesitate to do so. The first time of finding can prove a little difficult due to the side road location but you can soon find the short cuts.

The availability our refreshments was a lovely touch and made the hotel feel like a welcoming home. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs! Again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Your rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable and we slept well in the beautiful city of Verona. We were impressed by the ambience of the reception area and the seating arrangements in the corner. The mirrors and artwork were inviting and I can imagine a relaxing time with some wine while reading a nice book from your shared library. We have already promised each other that we will return again. We loved it! Thank you for everything.
