I had a really lovely stay at Mazzanti. Breakfast was delicious with very good service from the friendly staff. Reception was always helpful especially when we wanted recommendations on trips around Verona and to Lake Garda. The room was clean and comfortable. All round a fantastic stay!

Both hostess were very kind and the lady that take care of the breakfast was so gentle that I have no words to describe. I asked for a chocolate croissant for my son but they were cooking in the oven. When we went down for the checkout she had left a couple of croissants for us in the reception desk. So kind.

On returning to the hotel before leaving, my wife unfortunately sprained her ankle. We needed to get a flight to go to the airport and your receptionist was extremely helpful and attentive, provding ice and calling for a taxi for our drive to the airport. We were very grateful to her for her compassion and responsiveness.

I sprained my ankle in the street and the receptionist was so kind and got me some ice straight away. She also ordered us a taxi for the airport and got the driver ro come close to the door. The room was ready when we arrived even though we were early and when we left I also liked the way we could leave suitcases at the hotel but the receptionist kept it locked and watched when we putvour bags in and took them out so it felt safe. A really exceptional short stay for four nights. All the staff made you feel most welcome a special shout out for the reception staff, Adele in the breakfast room who was always cheerful and made the most lovely cakes and exceptional coffee which made a great start to the day. The cleaning staff were always friendly and very good at their job. Overall a great stay. Disliked · Nothing around our stay and if the opportunity came up to revisit we wouldn't hesitate to do so. The first time of finding can prove a little difficult due to the side road location but you can soon find the short cuts.

The entire staff at the Albergo Mazzanti was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and always easy to deal with when we needed anything. Our entire family group was very happy that I chose your hotel for our visit to Verona for our daughter's wedding. Dear team Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were lovely and greeted us each time we entered our exited the hotel. The availability our refreshments was a lovely touch and made the hotel feel like a welcoming home. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs! Again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Your rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable and we slept well in the beautiful city of Verona. We were impressed by the ambience of the reception area and the seating arrangements in the corner. The mirrors and artwork were inviting and I can imagine a relaxing time with some wine while reading a nice book from your shared library. We have already promised each other that we will return again. We loved it! Thank you for everything.

We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful team of staff at the hotel. Adele in the Breakfast Room was absolutely wonderful. What a lovely lady. They presented us with a beautiful complimentary bottle of wine to mark the start of our honeymoon and prepared a special vegan breakfast for us which was very thoughtful and meant a lot to us. I would particularly like to thank the young woman on reception and the lady who helped us at breakfast as both were exceptionally kind. We would certainly stay here again.

Also great that we could leave our luggage after checkout and a taxi was ordered very quickly. Lovely breakfast service - friendly and nice touch that tea/coffee/ hot chocolate served to table (all other hotels do self service hot drinks only) Would have happily stayed at the hotel for longer.
