Both hostess were very kind and the lady that take care of the breakfast was so gentle that I have no words to describe. I asked for a chocolate croissant for my son but they were cooking in the oven. When we went down for the checkout she had left a couple of croissants for us in the reception desk. So kind.

I sprained my ankle in the street and the receptionist was so kind and got me some ice straight away. She also ordered us a taxi for the airport and got the driver ro come close to the door. The room was ready when we arrived even though we were early and when we left I also liked the way we could leave suitcases at the hotel but the receptionist kept it locked and watched when we putvour bags in and took them out so it felt safe. Thank you

On returning to the hotel before leaving, my wife unfortunately sprained her ankle. We needed to get a flight to go to the airport and your receptionist was extremely helpful and attentive, provding ice and calling for a taxi for our drive to the airport. We were very grateful to her for her compassion and responsiveness.

A really exceptional short stay for four nights. All the staff made you feel most welcome a special shout out for the reception staff, Adele in the breakfast room who was always cheerful and made the most lovely cakes and exceptional coffee which made a great start to the day. The cleaning staff were always friendly and very good at their job. Overall a great stay. Disliked · Nothing around our stay and if the opportunity came up to revisit we wouldn't hesitate to do so. The first time of finding can prove a little difficult due to the side road location but you can soon find the short cuts.

The availability our refreshments was a lovely touch and made the hotel feel like a welcoming home. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs! Again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Your rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable and we slept well in the beautiful city of Verona. We were impressed by the ambience of the reception area and the seating arrangements in the corner. The mirrors and artwork were inviting and I can imagine a relaxing time with some wine while reading a nice book from your shared library. We have already promised each other that we will return again. We loved it! Thank you for everything.

Everyone at the Albergo Mazzanti was incredibly friendly and helpful. They presented us with a beautiful complimentary bottle of wine to mark the start of our honeymoon and prepared a special vegan breakfast for us which was very thoughtful and meant a lot to us. I would particularly like to thank the young woman on reception and the lady who helped us at breakfast as both were exceptionally kind. We would certainly stay here again.

Thank you to reception for great advice on key things to do in Verona in 24 hours. Great advice about going to the bridges with better views. Also great that we could leave our luggage after checkout and a taxi was ordered very quickly. Lovely breakfast service - friendly and nice touch that tea/coffee/ hot chocolate served to table (all other hotels do self service hot drinks only) Would have happily stayed at the hotel for longer.

This is a superb hotel. Can’t believe how lucky we are to be staying here this week. The hotel is right in the heart of the historic quarter of Verona, just a stone’s throw from Piazza Erbe, Lombardi Tower, Juliet’s balcony, and Piazza dei Signori with their breathtaking architecture, good restaurants, and evening entertainment. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely rooms and excellent air conditioning. All of the hotel staff are so friendly, helpful, smiling and welcoming. Adele welcomes us to breakfast every day with such warmth and a smile like a sunbeam. Adele is an incredible and joyful ambassador for Hotel Mazzanti. The buffet breakfast is first class. A big selection of delicious hot and cold food, good coffee, fruit juices, and great cappuccino. I particularly enjoyed the smoked crispy pancetta slices with scrambled eggs and cannellini beans in passata. We were blown away by the baked pears with honey, nuts, and cinnamon which Adele had cooked herself. Such care, love, and attention to detail. Considering that the hotel is so central, it is quiet and peaceful. A haven of tranquility where it is easy to rest or sleep. There are comfortable lounge areas next to the 24-hour reception. A perfect hotel to discover so many historical gems and wonderful restaurants, wine bars & cafes in the beautiful city of Verona. It’s also a short journey to Lake Garda by taking the train from Verona PN station to Pescheria. We had no idea our holiday would be so good. I can thoroughly recommend Verona as a destination and this hotel as the perfect place to stay. Thank you - grazie mille.

A wonderful 4 night stay. Lovely, cosy, wooden-beamed room with 2 large windows. Perfect Accessible bathroom for me & my scooter. Entering breakfast area on second morning was greeted by receptionist with a "Happy Birthday", then she & the breakfast lady sang together "Happy Birthday to you" - a very heart-touching gesture, as I had told nobody! The breakfast was ample & very tasty. All staff kind & helpful. Not only these pluses, the Albergo was the only, most central Hotel, situated right between Piazzas Erbe & Signori. Altogether fabulous

Nothing was too much trouble and every single member of staff from cleaners to Paola and colleague on reception to Adele in breakfast room were so cheerful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully quaint, with charming Roman and Venetian-style decor that fits perfectly with the historic heart of Verona. The location is ideal—just steps from Piazza delle Erbe and all the key sights—yet peaceful and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and full of character. We absolutely loved Verona, and this hotel made our brief stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Very good communication with Elisa ( and other staff). There is a generous feel about the Albergo. The only thing that can’t be changed is the lack of light in my single room but I understand that rooms have to be subdivided to make some smaller rooms and the price reflected this.

They were both so incredibly friendly, happy to pause whatever they were doing to ask about us, our plans, what we did the day before, etc. Elisa is very personable, interested in us and willing to help, in a way that is genuine and beyond mere duty. She and Adele made us feel at home. We were sad to leave when it was time to move on. A word of thanks to the establishment for your lovely Algergo. The rooms are great, staff is excellent and you have one of the best breakfasts I have seen. The value for the money is excellent! I have paid more for a lot less in other hotels. Well done!
