Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and were given a secure place to store our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. This gave us much more time to start exploring Verona and the surrounding areas. Breakfast offered a great variety. Staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and accommodating. The whole hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and provided great toiletry kits that helped make our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely be recommending Albergo Mezzanti to our friends and family.

I sprained my ankle in the street and the receptionist was so kind and got me some ice straight away. She also ordered us a taxi for the airport and got the driver ro come close to the door. The room was ready when we arrived even though we were early and when we left I also liked the way we could leave suitcases at the hotel but the receptionist kept it locked and watched when we putvour bags in and took them out so it felt safe. A really exceptional short stay for four nights. All the staff made you feel most welcome a special shout out for the reception staff, Adele in the breakfast room who was always cheerful and made the most lovely cakes and exceptional coffee which made a great start to the day. The cleaning staff were always friendly and very good at their job. Overall a great stay. Disliked · Nothing around our stay and if the opportunity came up to revisit we wouldn't hesitate to do so. The first time of finding can prove a little difficult due to the side road location but you can soon find the short cuts.

The availability our refreshments was a lovely touch and made the hotel feel like a welcoming home. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs! Again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Your rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable and we slept well in the beautiful city of Verona. We were impressed by the ambience of the reception area and the seating arrangements in the corner. The mirrors and artwork were inviting and I can imagine a relaxing time with some wine while reading a nice book from your shared library. We have already promised each other that we will return again. We loved it! Thank you for everything.
