They were both so incredibly friendly, happy to pause whatever they were doing to ask about us, our plans, what we did the day before, etc. Elisa is very personable, interested in us and willing to help, in a way that is genuine and beyond mere duty. She and Adele made us feel at home. We were sad to leave when it was time to move on. A word of thanks to the establishment for your lovely Algergo. The rooms are great, staff is excellent and you have one of the best breakfasts I have seen. The value for the money is excellent! I have paid more for a lot less in other hotels. Well done!
