Vielen Dank für die SEHR freundliche, sympathische und zuvorkommende Art der Dame, die uns und unsere Fahrräder in Empfang genommen hat und im Frühstücksraum eine so fröhliche Stimmung verbreitet hat. Sie hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Auch die Dame am Empfang war sehr kompetent und unkompliziert. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. This a small intimate hotel convenient to all the places I wanted to see in Verona. As I was travelling on my own I particularly valued the warmth and friendliness of staff and their patience with my efforts to speak some Italian. We came for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was one of the best and most friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the minute we checked in, everything was perfect. The whole staff we encountered was wonderful. My husband thought he wanted to ship some things back to America and they tried to help us make arrangements.
