Bellissima esperienza nella Bubble suite,la Bubble situata in un giardino molto curato con degli ulivi e delle illuminazioni davvero carine, sempre nel giardino c è la iacuzzi che abbiamo trovato già calda e pronta all’uso. Wie schon beim Check out besprochen finde ich die Anlage sehr schön. Nur etwas mehr an der Hygiene(Wäscheraum, Staub und Spinnennetze) achten. Wäre sonst wirklich schade um das schöne Anwesen. Und super, dass man sich darum direkt bemüht Unzufriedenheiten zu klären. Weiter so.

Siamo stati io e il mio fidanzato accolti nella vostra struttura con molta accoglienza, tanto da esserci sentiti subito a casa. Questo breve soggiorno ci ha lasciato tanto che portiamo a casa una bellissima esperienza da rifare ulteriormente. Non volevamo andarcene per nessun motivo, per la disponibilità immensa e per il soggiorno veramente perfetto. Non trovo altre parole per descrivere quanto siamo stati lieti e felici di aver trovato la vostra struttura così confortevole. Era un regalo di compleanno per il mio fidanzato, e devo dire che se potessi tornare indietro rifarei altre mille volte questa scelta.

Ospitalità 2.0 all'Antico Podere San Francesco a Rosignano Marittimo in Toscana! Nel giugno 2024, abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di dieci giorni all'Antico Podere San Francesco, un agriturismo di Vada in Toscana. Che incredibile ospitalità abbiamo potuto sperimentare qui. Era da tempo che non sperimentavamo un'attenzione personale, una disponibilità e un servizio così genuini. Tutto è ben pensato, l'intero team, nessuno escluso, è attento, interessato e sempre presente per gli ospiti con un grande sorriso. Molte compagnie di ospitalità potrebbero prendere esempio da questo. Il nostro viaggio non è stato del tutto tranquillo a causa di ritardi e di una serie di problemi a un casello. Quando l'ho fatto presente al check-in, Elena si è subito attivata e nel giro di due giorni tutto è stato risolto. Inoltre, siamo stati regolarmente sorpresi con extra come una bottiglia di prosecco in camera e regolarmente un drink con melone o qualcosa di salato in piscina o nel parco. Non richieste, queste sono le piccole cose che hanno reso il soggiorno così speciale. L'intero team è stato fantastico, compreso l'alloggio tutto al top. Anche il nostro appartamento era bello e spazioso, con non meno di due TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto e una bella terrazza con tettoia. La colazione era completa e ben curata, compreso il servizio di macchiati al tavolo. In breve, vale la pena soggiornare qui. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Elena Santi che ci ha accolto così calorosamente e ci ha aiutato con il problema al casello. Torneremo sicuramente qui!

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Nähe gefeiert und viele Gäste im Hotel untergebracht. Der Service war überaus zuvorkommend, uns wurde weil der Pool am Abend geschlossen ist als Entschädigung Sekt geschenkt. Außerdem brachte man mir einen lockenstab. Als mein Kind krank war, erkundigte sich das Personal freundlich, wie es geht. Zimmer schön und groß, perfekt für Kinder. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
