I have already provided the following information to the receptionist, but I wish to draw attention to it once again. Our 6-year-old daughter was injured on our first day by the pool. A piece of the pool's edge had broken off, and the jagged remains were sharp enough to cause relatively deep cuts on my daughter's hand. We even had to see a doctor, and unfortunately, she was unable to swim in the pool for the next two days. This really spoiled our holiday at the resort. I have shown a receptionist the exact spot where she cut her hand. We would actually like to return to your resort, but when you pay nearly 9,000 Danish kroner for four nights and the first few days are ruined by a lack of pool maintenance, we actually feel a bit shortchanged. Thanks to both receptionist - they were nice and kind and very informative at arrival.

Siete stati di una gentilezza unica, la coccola a fine soggiorno e la disponibilità ad assecondare ogni richiesta sono stati graditissimi. Grazie a tutto lo staff. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in der Toskana! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ultra nette und durchgehend sehr, sehr freundliche Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war absolut makellos – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Morgens startet man mit einem super reichhaltigen Frühstück perfekt in den Tag. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die großartigen Restaurant-Empfehlungen seitens des Hotels – jeder Tipp war ein Volltreffer! Es war rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Si percepisce immediatamente la passione con cui viene gestita la struttura e l'attenzione che viene dedicata agli ospiti. Le sistemazioni sono eleganti, spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Gli spazi esterni molto curati, una splendida piscina e l'atmosfera che si respira è quella di un vero angolo di pace. È davvero molto raro trovare una combinazione così perfetta di qualità, eleganza e ospitalità.Non dimenticherò facilmente il cappuccino del mattino: vedere una dedica stampata sulla schiuma è stata una sorpresa tanto semplice quanto speciale, mi ha dato quella dose di energia positiva che ha accompagnato tutta la giornata. Die Empfangsdamen fragen uns täglich auf deutsch am Frühstückstisch ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das hatten wir noch nie. Hier fühlt es sich nicht nur nach Urlaub an, sondern als Gast bei einer sehr lieben Tante. Das Personal freut sich auch immer von der Rezeption bis zur Putzfrau oder beim Frühstück ein Baby zu sehen. Das ist sehr süß. Außerdem muss man wirklich sagen, das diese Einrichtung Top gepflegt wird uns sehr schön Eingerichtet wurde.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene. Das Angebot für Kinder ist toll (Kicker, Tischtennis, Spielplatz). Kinder haben viel Platz zum Spielen und Laufen und können sich frei bewegen. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt daher als Eltern auch sehr entspannt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Selbstbedienungsbar ist super und versorgt Kinder und Erwachsene mit allem notwendigen an einem Pooltag. Das Infoblatt mit den Restaurants und dem Lieferservice ist sehr hilfreich. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir uns aber ein neueres Appartement (z.B. Nr. 14) wünschen oder ein Appartement im Neubau. Wie wir erfahren haben ist z. B. Appartement 14 preislich identisch, allerdings komplett erneuert. Wir werden die Anlage weiterempfehlen und evtl. auch wiederkommen.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questo villaggio vacanze! L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile sin dal nostro arrivo: personale cordiale, disponibile e sempre sorridente. La pulizia degli spazi comuni e delle camere è davvero eccellente, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e sempre ordinato. Anche gli arredi risultano moderni, funzionali e molto confortevoli (aggiungere solo uno specchio😉) rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un luogo che trasmette relax e cura, grazie a uno staff che lavora con passione. Consigliatissimo, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
