All of the staff in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Reception were extremely helpful, especially Alexander who spent lots of time helping us find interesting excursions and gave us great tips for things to do. The two bar staff were really attentive and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job of making up our rooms and were friendly.

La colazione è stata fantastica – non ci è mancato nulla. Il personale è sempre stato attento e ha soddisfatto tutti i nostri desideri. Elena è stata sempre professionale e molto cordiale, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Aldo ci ha servito sempre con gentilezza sempre con un sorriso sulle labbra. Anche lui è stato sempre attento e ha trovato subito una soluzione quando mancava qualcosa. La spiaggia del Club Hotel è da sogno: pulita e sempre curata. Cristian e Alessio hanno mantenuto questo luogo speciale in perfetto ordine con grande attenzione ai dettagli, cosa che ci ha fatto molto piacere. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay at Club Hotel in Baja. It was our first time in Sardinia and everything at the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous location, the most friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere at meal times and at night in the outdoor bar. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Sardinia as we fell in love with the hotel. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Some reception staff had little difficulty understanding some English but they would always try and find a solution. Breakfast was delicious, slept very well and we are for sure going back!! The reception desk staff was friendly, and their English was very good. The location of the hotel was the best in the area. My only suggestion would be to put some lounge chairs on the main beach area rather than the back of the hotel.

Danksagung siehe oben Einzelne Personen die einfach unglaublich toll im persönlichen Umgang waren hervorzuheben würde ich gerne, wäre aber nicht in Ordnung. Sie waren auch auf das Team im Background z.B Küche angewiesen Denen auch ein großes Lob! Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Timing. In der Abfolge immer perfekt. p.s kleine Sonderwünsvhe wurden immer mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Die Organisation im Restaurant habe ich noch nirgends so perfekt erlebt. Und doch zuletzt die Salalchegs und die Servicemitarbeiterin sind unglaublich gut!!

Tutto lo staff è molto professionale e disponibile, in tutti i servizi: dalla reception, alla sala ristorante, alle signore che si occupano di riordinare le stanze. La posizione dell’hotel è tra le più belle che io abbia mai visitato, l’arredo della stanza ed il bagno in stile tipico sardo sono molto caratteristici e molto gradevoli.

We had such a fabulous holiday here - this was our second time and I’m sure we will come back next year too. The staff were so professional and friendly. Giulio and his team looked after us extremely well. His passion for good food and wanting to share this was incredible and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel on the food alone but there is so much more also. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to.
