The first hotel I have been to that still prepares towels and room for us to shower after swimming even after we checked out that day. Beautiful. Alexander at the front desk is very professional.

A wonderful experience from first time visitors. Alexander on the front desk set the wonderful tone for our visit. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the hotel. The staff were all wonderful, polite and professional. The hotel was lovely and clean at all times. Our chambermaid was exceptional for such a young girl. The dining room staff were excellent, as were the reception staff. The only disappointment was the evening meal,we had only once….but this hasn’t distracted from all the positives of the hotel. We plan to return sometime in the future

Reception staff were excellent at every stage, in particular advice and support on trips. Breakfast restaurant staff, in particular restaurant manager Leonardo, were very welcoming and efficient. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent. We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to the junior suite (404) which was absolutely wonderful, the decor and ambience was calm and luxurious. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Rezeption halfen uns bei Fragen sehr gern weiter, zB. Busfahrplan, Abläufen im Hotel, das Problem, dass wir Wein aus der Minibar genutzt hätten, was wir nicht Taten, wurde anstandslos geklärt. Von Vorteil für uns war auch, dass viele Mitarbeiter der Rezeption deutsch sprechen. Einmalig und fantastisch romantisch ist der hoteleigene Strand mit der tollen Kulisse, auch wenn man sehr auf dem Weg aufpassen muss.

Same for sunset and gave great info on the boat trip. He was fabulous! ALL of the staff couldn’t do enough for us, especially the team at breakfast every day: you can really tell they enjoy their work and work together so well.
