I would like thank you for very nice welcome and clear, pro-active communication. Althoughyou do not have any reception desk, whole check-in, communication during the stay and check-out process was very well managed. The every morning croissants made the stay much comfortable and exceed my expectations - keep surprising your guests with such small but quite effective way 😁

Our stay at Essence Charming Suites was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was even more beautiful than the photos, which really don’t do it justice. Everything was stylish, spotless, and of the highest quality. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and every question we had was answered almost immediately. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of fresh bread and croissants delivered every morning. It was such a lovely way to start each day. We would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately the property was fully booked. That alone says a lot about how special this place is. We will definitely return the next time we visit Riva del Garda. Thank you so much for everything. You made our stay truly memorable, and we look forward to seeing you again. ⭐️ 10/10 – Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Trotzdem sind sowohl das Wasser als auch die Innenstadt in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen – eine wirklich tolle Lage. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Es standen Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs sowie Kaffeepads, verschiedene Teesorten und Wasser für uns bereit. Auch der Wasserspender, an dem man sich kostenlos mit Trinkwasser versorgen kann, ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und in vielen Apartments nicht vorhanden – das fanden wir wirklich großartig. Ebenso haben wir uns über die Wasch- und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten gefreut. Dass sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt wird, hat uns besonders positiv überrascht – einfach WOW! Am meisten begeistert hat uns jedoch die Betreuung durch Francessca. Bereits vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir alle wichtigen Informationen per WhatsApp. Der Empfang war nicht nur informativ, sondern auch unglaublich herzlich. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte ich noch einige Fragen, beispielsweise zu den Einstellungen des Fernsehers. Ich schrieb Francessca über WhatsApp und bekam jedes Mal sofort eine freundliche und hilfreiche Antwort. Ganz gleich, ob es um die Heizung oder andere kleine Fragen ging – sie war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm war für uns die Kommunikation auf Deutsch. Die schnelle, herzliche und unkomplizierte Unterstützung hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Francessca – sie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin wenn wir das so sagen dürfen und hat mit ihrer freundlichen Art maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I arrived late for check-in, and Francesca was there to waiting for me. She kindly helped me with carrying my luggage. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati lì da venerdì 13a domenica 15 , esperienza stupenda, non volevamo più andare via, confortevole e la vista mozzafiato !! Il lago poi era a due passi dalla struttura.. Francesca che ci ha accolto, é stata dolcissima e disponibile, lo stesso per la ragazza a cui abbiamo lasciato le chiavi quando siamo andati via.. appartamento spazioso e super pulito!! In più abbiamo chiesto se possibile rimanere un po’ di più la domenica, visto che dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 10 e co é stato concesso, così da poter sistemare e fare le ultime cose con calma senza fretta!! Vi ringrazio un sacco per la bellissima esperienza, la sto già consigliando ad amici !!zona lago, stupendaaaaaa!! Grazie ancora e Francesca stupenda e dolcissima.. soprattutto molto professionale!

On the day of my departure, at around 3:00 a.m., I unfortunately forgot my mobile phone in the apartment. I tried to contact the accommodation via WhatsApp and was impressed by how quickly and helpfully you responded. I was able to speak directly with the owner by phone, even though he was on vacation at the time. Despite this, he assisted me immediately and in a very uncomplicated manner. Thanks to his support, I was able to re-enter the apartment, retrieve my phone, and continue my journey without any further issues. This level of dedication, accessibility, and customer service is truly exceptional and not something to be taken for granted. The apartment is really tasteful, beautiful and calm, well located, generally well equipped and has great views. The morning delivery of fresh bakery was a great service. The water dispenser and possibility to recycle waste were very nice. We still missed metals recycling though.
