Die Ansprechpartner (Francesca) des Vermieters waren digital immer ansprechbar, haben sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und konnten alle Fragen kompetent beantworten. Sie ist auch sehr professionell damit umgegangen, dass wir im ersten Moment bei der Schlüsselübergabe enttäuscht waren, da wir das Gefühl hatten, das falsche Appartement zu bekommen. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Einrichtung geschmackvoll und funktionell, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Alle Services (WLAN, Abstellraum, Fahrstuhl, Klimatisierung, Brötchen) haben den Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht.

We had a wonderful stay with you. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have wanted. A short walk and we were close to shops and restaurants which was ideal. Communications with Francesca were very helpful and she was always on hand if needed. I would happily recommend Essence Suites and will stay here again if we come back to Riva del Garda.
