During my recent stay at the hotel, I arrived late for check-in, and Francesca was there to waiting for me. She kindly helped me with carrying my luggage. On the second day, she also assisted me in discovering the local tourist attractions. I would like to thank her for everything, and I will definitely visit again.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati lì da venerdì 13a domenica 15 , esperienza stupenda, non volevamo più andare via, confortevole e la vista mozzafiato !! Il lago poi era a due passi dalla struttura.. Francesca che ci ha accolto, é stata dolcissima e disponibile, lo stesso per la ragazza a cui abbiamo lasciato le chiavi quando siamo andati via.. appartamento spazioso e super pulito!! In più abbiamo chiesto se possibile rimanere un po’ di più la domenica, visto che dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 10 e co é stato concesso, così da poter sistemare e fare le ultime cose con calma senza fretta!! Vi ringrazio un sacco per la bellissima esperienza, la sto già consigliando ad amici !!zona lago, stupendaaaaaa!! Grazie ancora e Francesca stupenda e dolcissima.. soprattutto molto professionale!

On the day of my departure, at around 3:00 a.m., I unfortunately forgot my mobile phone in the apartment. I tried to contact the accommodation via WhatsApp and was impressed by how quickly and helpfully you responded. I was able to speak directly with the owner by phone, even though he was on vacation at the time. Despite this, he assisted me immediately and in a very uncomplicated manner. Thanks to his support, I was able to re-enter the apartment, retrieve my phone, and continue my journey without any further issues. This level of dedication, accessibility, and customer service is truly exceptional and not something to be taken for granted. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the owners of Essence Charming Suites for this outstanding support.

The apartment is really tasteful, beautiful and calm, well located, generally well equipped and has great views. The morning delivery of fresh bakery was a great service. The water dispenser and possibility to recycle waste were very nice. We still missed metals recycling though.

Die Ansprechpartner (Francesca) des Vermieters waren digital immer ansprechbar, haben sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und konnten alle Fragen kompetent beantworten. Sie ist auch sehr professionell damit umgegangen, dass wir im ersten Moment bei der Schlüsselübergabe enttäuscht waren, da wir das Gefühl hatten, das falsche Appartement zu bekommen. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Einrichtung geschmackvoll und funktionell, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Alle Services (WLAN, Abstellraum, Fahrstuhl, Klimatisierung, Brötchen) haben den Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht.
