They tried to charge us, and when we complained, they didn’t charge us, but we should not have had to complain. they should never have tried to charge us for booking a car service at the incorrect time of day.

All'arrivo personale simpatico e scherozo ma molto cortese. La livrea del personale dà un senso di ordine ed eleganza raro. Il presepe all'ingresso è stata una bellissima sorpresa, mi ha colpito molto il fatto che fosse un Ferrigno originale. È molto bello che un'hotel investa in opere d'arte di maestri del territorio. La camera era perfetta. Ho apprezzato molto che tutti gli accessori (pantofole, shampoo ecc) fossero già presenti senza doverli richiedere alla reception o, peggio ancora, scannerizzando dei qr code e ordinandoli su un sito, come fanno adesso altri hotel con la scusa dell'ecologia. Degli arredi in particolare mi sono piaciuti molto gli accessori per la scrittura in pelle come il sottomano e il porta taccuino. Sono proprio un tocco di classe in più. Colazione molto piacevole, non so se sia effetivamente così, ma l'impressione era che fosse stato preparato tutto all'interno dell'hotel. Infine, almeno per quel poco tempo che ci ho passato, gli spazi comuni erano tenuti in maniera impeccabile. In particolar modo il bagno, che non è scontato. Grazie mille per l'esperienza.

All and all our stay was fine. Perhaps average, but the shortcomings mentioned above prevented our stay from being exceptional, which I think hotels of your caliber should strive for. I think more focus on customer satisfaction would be recommended with paying attention to details being of utmost importance. When we arrived, there were four people behind the front desk yet they could not break a €50 Bill into smaller euros. Ridiculous. The chef was able to make a special dish for our traveling companions, which was great and the ability to do that was truly exceptional. Compliments to the chef! No coffee in the morning as we departed at 6:00 AM or no Nespresso machine in room for a hotel striving to be in the top echelon is inexcusable.

Die Geschäftsleitung hat ein gutes Händchen in der Wahl ihrer mitarbeitenden. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle besonders Dario von der reception erwähnen. Er hat mit mir lange vor meiner Ankunft in sehr gekonnter und verbindlicher Weise zum Teil zeitaufwendige Ausflugs- und Besichtigungsprogramme organisiert und sogar in letzter Minute unmögliches möglich gemacht. Dario vertritt die Qualität der formvollendeten, erstklassigen Concierge wie man das noch von den Siebzigerjahren her kennt.
