We really appreciated the help of staff in promptly managing our cases, and especially in our early departure at 5.45 am - this was organised perfectly for us. Our hire car was also arranged with no difficulty at short notice. The beachside arrangements were very congenial, with seats and towels provided and a lovely bar service. Much appreciated. Food was served so graciously, including table service at breakfast which was as good as at dinner time. The staff were always kind and extremely helpful.

All of the reception staff were very helpful and polite. We particularly had good conversations and help with the young lady with long blond hair and I have now realised I do not know her name! Very sorry. Also, Giorgio in the piano bar was excellent at bringing us two beers every night while we listened to Luca’s fantastic piano playing. All the restaurant staff were excellent as, in fact was everyone at the hotel. Just to be clear, the minor issues I mentioned about maintenance and housekeeping are just down to procedures and training which is easily rectified. Overall, we had a fabulous time, thank you.

They are all so pleasant and helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Special thanks to Ernesto the Maitre D’ who was so nice and very very professional. A very nice touch was the bottle of Prosecco in the room which, along with the upgrade made our Honeymoon even more enjoyable (despite the weather some days)! We will return.

Thanks to the pianist even though too loud, we loved his repertoire and enthusiasm. We also highly recommend the food - best food we have ever eaten in a 5* hotel abroad. We had a lovely short break from the uk to celebrate my friends birthday. The staff were all wonderful throughout our stay, friendly, polite, attentive and professional. We loved the hotel and our suite with outdoor pool exceeded our expectations. The hotel team, reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were professional , friendly and welcoming. We always prefer to have dinner out so can't comment on the quality or variety of the restaurant food in the evening. We did have spaghetti carbonara and a glass of rose when we arrived and appreciated the fact that the kitchen stayed open as we arrived just before 10pm. The food was of a good standard. It was interesting that none of the staff wore names badges and wonder whether that is a company policy? I like knowing who I am talking to and felt that this was a slight barrier to communication. If we ever returned to Sardinia we would definitely look to stay with you again. Many thanks to your team for helping make our week away so enjoyable and relaxing.

The housekeeping staff were very nice. There was a rain storm during my stay and my room got partially flooded. I used up all the towels I had to try and cover the water but needed more.
