We spent 5 nights at Grand Relais de Nuraghi and had a wonderful time. The location is great, with a stunning view! The staff were attentive, professional and always happy to help. Breakfast bar catered for different tastes from fresh fruit to cooked breakfast as well as fresh juices, prosecco and hot drinks. We also dinned at the main restaurant in the evening, which ran an immaculate service - the staff were so attentive and made our evening very special. And the food was absolutely delicious food too! The weather in sardinia during our stay was very hot, however we were able to use the hotel's private beach or sit by the pool, both areas had a bar and attentive staff. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here!

Everything was 5 star standard, and overall a peaceful, quiet location. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of ‘bubbly’ brought to our room just after we arrived. We were pleased that despite our morning arrival, the room was ready for us. We appreciated the change of bed linen and towels on a daily basis. We did need 2 extra bed pillows, which were supplied as soon as we requested. Perhaps you could provide these in sealed bag in the wardrobe which other hotels do ? I would like to especially praise the staff in the dining room at Breakfast, the standard of attention was exceptional. We have told several people already about the hotel and it’s high standards!

All of the reception staff were very helpful and polite. We particularly had good conversations and help with the young lady with long blond hair and I have now realised I do not know her name! Very sorry. Also, Giorgio in the piano bar was excellent at bringing us two beers every night while we listened to Luca’s fantastic piano playing. All the restaurant staff were excellent as, in fact was everyone at the hotel. Just to be clear, the minor issues I mentioned about maintenance and housekeeping are just down to procedures and training which is easily rectified. Overall, we had a fabulous time, thank you.

We had a lovely short break from the uk to celebrate my friends birthday. The staff were all wonderful throughout our stay, friendly, polite, attentive and professional. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and Towels replenished twice a daily if required. The staff along with the views make this a 5 star hotel. Please pass our thanks to all the staff.

We loved the hotel and our suite with outdoor pool exceeded our expectations. The hotel team, reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were professional , friendly and welcoming. We always prefer to have dinner out so can't comment on the quality or variety of the restaurant food in the evening. We did have spaghetti carbonara and a glass of rose when we arrived and appreciated the fact that the kitchen stayed open as we arrived just before 10pm. The food was of a good standard. It was interesting that none of the staff wore names badges and wonder whether that is a company policy? I like knowing who I am talking to and felt that this was a slight barrier to communication. If we ever returned to Sardinia we would definitely look to stay with you again. Many thanks to your team for helping make our week away so enjoyable and relaxing.

The staff in the Pool Bar and American bar were polite and courteous, as were most of the staff in the dining room. Some went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The pianist was exceptional and really made the evenings special.

All team were professional, helpful and courteous. They were very well groomed and very well trained. HIgh service standards in the restaurant. These appear to meet the demographic of your market but a less formal approach is almost expected these days.

The housekeeping staff were very nice. There was a rain storm during my stay and my room got partially flooded. I used up all the towels I had to try and cover the water but needed more. The evening staff did not have the best attitude when I called. I wanted to help avoid any water damage by wiping as much of the water as possible.
