Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf dieser herrlichen Insel. Wir haben unsere Ferien in ihrem Resort sehr genossen. Einzige Anmerkung ; wünschenswert wäre es bei den Mahlzeiten weniger Fleisch! Ansonsten ist das Buffet so vielfältig und sehr lecker, mehr als man braucht... .. und auch das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam,;)) Wir sagen "Dankeschön" für all das Erlebte.

Desidero ringraziare tutto lo staff dell’hotel per la splendida accoglienza. Tutti sono stati gentili, disponibili e professionali: dalla reception, sempre attenta, al ristorante, dove Francesco e il suo team ci hanno davvero deliziato. Anche il servizio navetta è stato impeccabile: previsto ogni 30 minuti, ma in realtà era sempre presente, salendo e scendendo con grande flessibilità. Infine, un plauso ai bagnini in spiaggia, che si sono davvero fatti in quattro (anzi, in otto!) per garantire a tutti relax e sicurezza. Grazie di cuore!

The staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling. A particular acknowledgment for “Mr. Woodbridge” (a nickname based on a conversation we had on a city in Canada that we had in common). He is the concierge on the afternoon shift who was always so gracious, funny and informative.

Il complesso é bello e tenuto abbastanza bene, un ringraziamento speciale al vostro personale dei ristoranti, cucina buffet molto buona, pizza sofi eccezionale personale eccellente come i ragazzi dell animazione veramente in gamba! Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia trovo che c’è molto da migliorare sia per pulizia, 10 giorni stesse sigarette nello stesso posto, due rastrellate in spiaggia per levare le alghe secche e pulire non costano niente e veramente la cosa negativa è il chiosco che avete la, la ragazza é simpatica quanto una guardia carceraria il più delle volte si rifiutava di servire i clienti perché occupata con il cellulare o la sigaretta, le poche volte che serviva parlava sempre con qualche collega è criticava il suo lavoro e come era gestita…cose da non fare davanti i clienti… per il resto è stata una bella vacanza in famiglia.
