We did not use the restaurant services except for breakfast. We would like to express our appreciation for the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, without any delays. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job — everything was well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, its organization, and especially the people made a very positive impression. We are even considering coming back next year.

Everything was just awesome -thank you! From the very first minute at the hotel until the end of our stay, everything was perfect. Graditissimi il servizio asciugamani per la piscina e per la spiaggia, l'aperitivo di ben venuto ed il frigobar con bibite fresche pronte alla consumazione. La pulizia della stanza è stata impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in una settimana dalle temperature infernali, ma gli ambienti dell'albergo sono sempre stati gradevoli.

Rezeption absolut TOP, vor allem die Damen. Der Mann dort wusste nicht dass die Damen für uns im Buonamici angerufen haben um einen Tisch zu reservieren, er wollte das nicht machen, die Damen haben das dann gerne gemacht, war sehr nett! Kellner absolut TOP, sehr freundlich, kompetent, fleissig! Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr ordentlich sauber gemacht, wirklich sehr gut!

Die Samen vom Putzteam waren super. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag perfekt hergerichtet. Beim Restaurant stach Herr Torres mit seiner überaus höflichen und freundlichen Art hervor. Jemand, der wirklich den Service für die Gäste lebt und bei dem man sich wohlfühlt. Im Allgemeinen waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
