Gentilezza e completa disponibilità nel risolvere piccoli problemi logistici fanno la differenza in un hotel. Al nostro arrivo ci era stato assegnato il bagno Cristallo non di nostro gradimento,la signora della reception ha fatto in modo,per i restanti giorni del soggiorno,di trovare un posto al Marusca (nettamente superiore e comodo avendo un bambino di 4 anni). Inoltre è stato possibile lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio coperto anche nel giorno della nostra partenza finche ne abbiamo avuto bisogno! Un 4 stelle si vede anche dal personale assunto!Davvero tutto perfetto!

Wie immer ist das Personal super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben für alles immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Lösung, seit der Corona-Zeit, mit dem Eierstand mit Koch, war eine super Entscheidung und auch dies beizubehalten. Auch bei der Menge des Personals wundere ich mich immer wieder, dass täglich so viele im Einsatz sind. Einfach nur weiter so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Es war, wie immer, ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Leider gibt es seit unserem ersten Aufenthalt im Hotel, ist Jahre her, keine Halbpension mehr. Das Restaurant hat viele Gerichte mit Fisch, das leider nicht unserem Geschmack entspricht. Sonst ist alles wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen, Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Everything was just awesome -thank you! From the very first minute at the hotel until the end of our stay, everything was perfect. This was our second visit, and the level of enjoyment was just as high as the first time - thank you for your consistency! :) Even when someone accidentally charged their expenses to our room, the front desk handled it smoothly, no questions asked, and removed the charges from our bill right away. Truly great service!
