I stay in many hotels around the world and have been to many hotels in Italy, The Grand Hotel is really the best hotel I have stayed at... The hotel is magnificent, a historical building with history of its own. The hotel and the rooms are in wonderful condition. The staff are extremely polite and proficient in their abilities. The wonderful smiling ladies at reception, welcoming us upon our arrival. Thank you for always being so helpful. The breakfast team - always attentive ot our needs. The room cleaners did a wonderful job, our room was like new every day. We thank you for the wonderully relaxing stay. Our best regards, Steve & Dunja Dixon

It's 5 stars from me!!! Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. Linens changed daily. Food delicious. I was appointed a lovely room with views of the mountains. Being a solo older traveller sometimes hotels accommodate single ladies in the worst room of the house but certainly not at the Grand Hotel Riviera.

We did not use the restaurant services except for breakfast. We would like to express our appreciation for the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, without any delays. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job — everything was well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, its organization, and especially the people made a very positive impression. We are even considering coming back next year.
