Tomasso on reception is a real diamond. Charming, friendly, very helpful and highly informative. Augustina in the dining room at breakfast alway friendly and interested in what we had done and super helpful with suggestions for beaches to visit. Also the man ( I cannot remember their name) who made sure people were directed to where they needed to be seated who kindly made sure we had an excellent table the evening we dined at the hotel

The whole staff was extaordinay polite and friendly in a very authentic way. Your staff is your biggest asset. It will be worth to care for them and support them in their needs and problems. As a result you ll keep your staff happy which will give customers a great experience. From my perspective your staff contributed much more to our overall experience than location, cuisine or all the other things. All your staff is like that, from the cleaning personal, the service at the bar and at the reception. One more thing: the people from the diving school are also exceptionally friendly and authentic, and fully professional at the same time. I had a great time doing a snorkeling trip, a refresher course and two dives with them. Happy to come back.

Another very important thing for us are Gluten Free options and you absolutely excelled yourselves here. There were very few items on all the menus that could not be accommodated. Your staff were also very good at facilitating this and remembering our needs.

Merci pour l'accueil et la tenue de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est propre, agréable à séjourner, calme. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié chaque jour mais c'est très correct. Les tarifs du restaurant sont élevés, raison pour laquelle nous avons préféré les restaurants en exterieur pour le diner lors de nos sorties. La piscine est parfaite (taille , température, propreté) Le club de plongée sur place est un plus. Le parking grand et ombragé est aussi un point positif. Un service gratuit pour amener les bagages aux chambres serait un plus surtout quand on loge aux étages supérieurs notamment pour les personnes âgées avec des valises de 20kg et plus.

Andrea was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately we didn't meet him after the last dinner to say goodbye and we left very early the next morning. Please pass on my words to him as he is an exemplary professional who offers a lesson in behaviour and politeness for those who also work with the public. The stay was great but Andrea makes us recommend the hotel because the treatment he gave us was one of the best of our lives and the best service I've had in Italy in the 6 times I've visited the country. A big hug from Sammara and Jordan (the Brazilian-Irish couple in room 310, he'll remember). Also a big thanks for your cleaning service as they are very kind and great people.

Massive thanks to Marco who was so attentive and remembered all our choices. A smiley person, a waiter that was looking around him and would come to our table before we even asked him. Such an asset to your hotel, he should be paid double! One day he was off and we could tell....we had to ask 3 times for something to happen. The team at reception, all so happy well mannered and a joy to talk to, especially Giuseppe- so friendly and helpful!!! The other night manager was lovely too but i don't remember his name. Also one of the restaurant supervisors who prepared our breakfast box on the day of our departure-so sweet and thoughtful!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the Hotel. The location is amazing and the fact that the pool had salty water and the beach had access right in front of the hotel made us not want to leave the Hotel. This combined with an adults only but tranquil environment made this stay unforgettable. Furthermore all staff has been very polite and professional but we particularly would like to thank Giuseppe at the reception for being so helpful and Marco who offered an amazing customer service during breakfast, lunch and dinners! Last but not least kudos to the Chef. Everything we tasted was top class.

Un plauso al ristorante panoramico all'interno della struttura, in cui è possibile assaporare un ottima cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave contemporanea. La colazione a buffet (con possibilità di servizio alla carta) è ricca e variegata. Non passava giorno che ci siamo ritrovati a soprenderci di tutta la bellezza.Il personale - TUTTO - competzente e cordiale sono il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Tutto è ben curato, e io mi ritengo essere relativamente esigente. Complimenti. Una cosa mi è un po’ dispiaciuta: ovviamente pagare le consumazioini con l’indicazione del numero di camera è comodissimo. Sono abituato sempre a lasciare la mancia a chi mi serve bene, e qui mi sono trovato un po’ impacciato. Alla fine abbiamo trovato una soluzione. In ogni caso grazie di tutto.

Posizione strategica nella Baia delle Ninfe nell' Area Marina Protetta di Capo Caccia-Isola Piana di Alghero.Spiaggia di sabbia fine attrezzata con lettino ed ombrelloni e rocciosa in acqua (portate le scarpette).Piscine : due con acqua di mare, di cui una con idromassaggio. Qualita' dei servizi offerti elevatissima. Personale: gentilissimo,disponibilissimo, empatico, educato, rispettoso,professionale. Tutti nessuno escluso.Camere: spaziose,arredate con gusto secondo lo stile locale, confortevoli, dotate di un terrazzo , immerse nella Pineta del Parco Naturale di Porto Conte, nel cui interno e' presente un Percorso Vita rigenerante.Pulizia: perfetta ! Ristoranti : due , Peperonerosso e Civico77,entrambi panoramici vista mare con menu' di piatti tipici della tradizione sarda e della cucina italiana: un' esperienza sensoriale unica. Bar : situato a bordo piscina per un romantico aperitivo al tramonto .Colazione: a buffet nella sala vista mare ,ricca e abbondante per varieta' e qualita' dei prodotti , salato e dolce, caldo e freddo. SPA e centro fitness per tutte le esigenze.Da sarda riconosco il progetto della struttura creato nel massimo rispetto della comunita' locale, dell' ambiente naturale, della cultura e delle tradizioni del popolo sardo. Super freundliches Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Giovanni in der Bar. Sehr aufmerksam, speditiv, sehr freundlich, gutgelaunte Ausstrahlung, er merkte sich mein Getränk dass ich gerne ohne Eis genoss. Als Giovanni frei hatte, waren drei Lady dort. Ich sass mehr als zwei Stunden am Tisch bei unseren Freunden, welche Ihr Getränk früher bestellt hatten, da ich noch zur Toilette musste. Kein einziges Mal kamen eine der Ladies an unseren Tisch und fragte nach ob wir noch was möchten, ob alles gut sein. Dies war am Abend wo es auch Livemusik hatte und es sehr wenig Leute auf der Terrasse hatte. Die Ladies waren mit sich am und hinter dem Tresen beschäftigt.
