We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We thought the food in the restaurant was excellent quality and a good variety to choose from. Even though one of us is gluten intolerant there were a selection of dishes to choose from (apart from dessert 🥲). The room was very comfortable and well maintained. We were very pleased with the aircon! It was also really great to have the option of the beach and the pool to use. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. We found everything to be well organised. We also loved the traditional Sardinia dinner, this really was a highlight!

Special thanks of glutenfree products at breakfast, lunch and dinner! Staff was very nice and polite! Clean rooms! Good Food! One negative thing: one waiter at breakfast was clearly in a flu. He wiped his nose with his hands and continued working after that! I mentioned that to the boss at breakfast. After that I saw the waiter still working, but not anymore next day (our kast day).

All staff, at reception, in restaurant and cleaning were friendly & courteous. We wished we could speak Italian, yet managed to get by easily. The only issue was we did not have a car and our travel agent did not make this clear to us that transportation to city of Alghero would be a challenge!! As a suggestion, Conte Rosada management and other neighbouring hotels may wish collectively to consider providing their own hotel daily transfers to the city centre of Alghero ?

Two individuals stood out while staying at the hotel. When checking in the person at the reception was very helpful and friendly and gave a great start to our stay. The other was the manager at breakfast who kept things running smoothly and welcoming. You could see the difference one the one day he was not working and it was not as well organised.

Very friendly welcome from the reception. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and courteous. When we checked out the the reception gave us time to check the bill (all was correct) before paying, and we were offered to stay in the hotel if we had a late flight. We feel Giuseppe was extremely helpful and offered to print bus timetable for us and provided us with a map and gave adequate explanations of directions. He was very friendly and courteous and is an asset to the hotel. Housekeeping staff were extremely efficient and very friendly each morning. Waiters in restaurant were efficient. The hotel is well kept and very clean which is reassuring. Although the location of hotel is remote, the beach was pleasant, clean and easy to reach. Shower and toilets were convenient.

The whole staff was extaordinay polite and friendly in a very authentic way. Your staff is your biggest asset. It will be worth to care for them and support them in their needs and problems. As a result you ll keep your staff happy which will give customers a great experience. From my perspective your staff contributed much more to our overall experience than location, cuisine or all the other things. All your staff is like that, from the cleaning personal, the service at the bar and at the reception. One more thing: the people from the diving school are also exceptionally friendly and authentic, and fully professional at the same time. I had a great time doing a snorkeling trip, a refresher course and two dives with them. Happy to come back.

Another very important thing for us are Gluten Free options and you absolutely excelled yourselves here. There were very few items on all the menus that could not be accommodated. Merci pour l'accueil et la tenue de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est propre, agréable à séjourner, calme. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié chaque jour mais c'est très correct. Les tarifs du restaurant sont élevés, raison pour laquelle nous avons préféré les restaurants en exterieur pour le diner lors de nos sorties. La piscine est parfaite (taille , température, propreté) Le club de plongée sur place est un plus. Le parking grand et ombragé est aussi un point positif. Un service gratuit pour amener les bagages aux chambres serait un plus surtout quand on loge aux étages supérieurs notamment pour les personnes âgées avec des valises de 20kg et plus.

Andrea was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately we didn't meet him after the last dinner to say goodbye and we left very early the next morning. Please pass on my words to him as he is an exemplary professional who offers a lesson in behaviour and politeness for those who also work with the public. The stay was great but Andrea makes us recommend the hotel because the treatment he gave us was one of the best of our lives and the best service I've had in Italy in the 6 times I've visited the country. Massive thanks to Marco who was so attentive and remembered all our choices. A smiley person, a waiter that was looking around him and would come to our table before we even asked him. Such an asset to your hotel, he should be paid double! One day he was off and we could tell....we had to ask 3 times for something to happen. The team at reception, all so happy well mannered and a joy to talk to, especially Giuseppe- so friendly and helpful!!! The other night manager was lovely too but i don't remember his name. Also one of the restaurant supervisors who prepared our breakfast box on the day of our departure-so sweet and thoughtful!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the Hotel. The location is amazing and the fact that the pool had salty water and the beach had access right in front of the hotel made us not want to leave the Hotel. This combined with an adults only but tranquil environment made this stay unforgettable. Furthermore all staff has been very polite and professional but we particularly would like to thank Giuseppe at the reception for being so helpful and Marco who offered an amazing customer service during breakfast, lunch and dinners! Last but not least kudos to the Chef. Everything we tasted was top class.

La struttura, moderna e accogliente, offre una magnifica vista sulla baia di Porto Conte. Piscina, zona lounge, bar e ristoranti si affacciano sul mare e sono curati nei dettagli. L'hotel mette a disposizione innumerevoli servizi, dal centro fitness e spa, alla possibilità di praticare diversi sport nautici e il tennis. Dall'hotel è possibile inoltre prenotare escursioni. Un plauso al ristorante panoramico all'interno della struttura, in cui è possibile assaporare un ottima cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave contemporanea. La colazione a buffet (con possibilità di servizio alla carta) è ricca e variegata. La lode la merita la gentilezza dello staff, preziose le ragazze del ricevimento che vi faranno sentire i benvenuti o i bentornati, e il personale di sala. Vorremmo ringraziare tutto lo staff e la direzione. Sembra quasi surreale valutare tutti i punto, ma per noi è stato effettivamente così. Siamo « capitati per caso » e ce ne siamo innamorati. Non passava giorno che ci siamo ritrovati a soprenderci di tutta la bellezza.Il personale - TUTTO - competzente e cordiale sono il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Tutto è ben curato, e io mi ritengo essere relativamente esigente. Complimenti. Una cosa mi è un po’ dispiaciuta: ovviamente pagare le consumazioini con l’indicazione del numero di camera è comodissimo. Sono abituato sempre a lasciare la mancia a chi mi serve bene, e qui mi sono trovato un po’ impacciato. Alla fine abbiamo trovato una soluzione. In ogni caso grazie di tutto.

Breakfast service was very pleasant, the staff were helpful and accomodating. The lady at the spa with glasses (I think Anna) was very kind, she provided good service especially with the massages. The lady at reception with short curly brown red hair was kind and helpful. The young man at the bar with an earring was very kind.

E' una struttura ricettiva esclusiva, un rifugio di lusso ,ricco di piaceri e comfort.E' un vero resort , cioe' un rifugio lontano dalla propria quotidianita'. Posizione strategica nella Baia delle Ninfe nell' Area Marina Protetta di Capo Caccia-Isola Piana di Alghero.Spiaggia di sabbia fine attrezzata con lettino ed ombrelloni e rocciosa in acqua (portate le scarpette).Piscine : due con acqua di mare, di cui una con idromassaggio. Qualita' dei servizi offerti elevatissima. Personale: gentilissimo,disponibilissimo, empatico, educato, rispettoso,professionale. Tutti nessuno escluso.Camere: spaziose,arredate con gusto secondo lo stile locale, confortevoli, dotate di un terrazzo , immerse nella Pineta del Parco Naturale di Porto Conte, nel cui interno e' presente un Percorso Vita rigenerante.Pulizia: perfetta ! Ristoranti : due , Peperonerosso e Civico77,entrambi panoramici vista mare con menu' di piatti tipici della tradizione sarda e della cucina italiana: un' esperienza sensoriale unica. Bar : situato a bordo piscina per un romantico aperitivo al tramonto .Colazione: a buffet nella sala vista mare ,ricca e abbondante per varieta' e qualita' dei prodotti , salato e dolce, caldo e freddo. SPA e centro fitness per tutte le esigenze.Da sarda riconosco il progetto della struttura creato nel massimo rispetto della comunita' locale, dell' ambiente naturale, della cultura e delle tradizioni del popolo sardo. Durante tutto il periodo della mia vacanza (9 giorni) mi e' stato garantito relax e comfort massimi , regalata un' esperienza sensoriale nel rispetto della natura e del silenzio della mia Terra.Consigliatissimo.Complimenti a tutta la squadra!Grazie.Dimenticavo: accoglie opere d'arte di Giuseppe Carta , di Angelo Maggi ed altri artisti locali.Quando una struttura ricettiva abbraccia la cultura e l' Arte merita il massimo dei voti con lode...e 5 stelle!
