We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We thought the food in the restaurant was excellent quality and a good variety to choose from. Even though one of us is gluten intolerant there were a selection of dishes to choose from (apart from dessert 🥲). The room was very comfortable and well maintained. We were very pleased with the aircon! It was also really great to have the option of the beach and the pool to use. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. We found everything to be well organised. We also loved the traditional Sardinia dinner, this really was a highlight!

All staff, at reception, in restaurant and cleaning were friendly & courteous. We wished we could speak Italian, yet managed to get by easily. The only issue was we did not have a car and our travel agent did not make this clear to us that transportation to city of Alghero would be a challenge!! As a suggestion, Conte Rosada management and other neighbouring hotels may wish collectively to consider providing their own hotel daily transfers to the city centre of Alghero ?

Special thanks of glutenfree products at breakfast, lunch and dinner! Staff was very nice and polite! Clean rooms! Good Food! One negative thing: one waiter at breakfast was clearly in a flu. He wiped his nose with his hands and continued working after that! I mentioned that to the boss at breakfast. After that I saw the waiter still working, but not anymore next day (our kast day).

Two individuals stood out while staying at the hotel. When checking in the person at the reception was very helpful and friendly and gave a great start to our stay. The other was the manager at breakfast who kept things running smoothly and welcoming. You could see the difference one the one day he was not working and it was not as well organised.

When we checked out the the reception gave us time to check the bill (all was correct) before paying, and we were offered to stay in the hotel if we had a late flight. We feel Giuseppe was extremely helpful and offered to print bus timetable for us and provided us with a map and gave adequate explanations of directions. He was very friendly and courteous and is an asset to the hotel. Housekeeping staff were extremely efficient and very friendly each morning. Waiters in restaurant were efficient. The hotel is well kept and very clean which is reassuring. Although the location of hotel is remote, the beach was pleasant, clean and easy to reach. Shower and toilets were convenient.
