We booked a standard room and were upgraded to room 61 on the top floor next to the terrace and had a partial view of the lake. We absolutely LOVED it and will stay here again! We also reserved the spa one evening and had it to ourselves - it was such a treat! One morning, I got a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and it was so wonderful. The restaurant on the ground level was absolutely fantastic, and the hotel offered the best complimentary breakfast with the best view. We loved our time here!

The room (15) was spcious and perfectly comfortable, and the balcony with view spectacular. This was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful, as well as efficient and knowlegeable. All answers were "yes" and never "this is not possible". The room was great and functioned well. By the time we got back from breakfast it was made up. There's a new spa. The hotel is situated on the waterfront in town where there are shops and cafes. I can’t say enough about the staff, from housekeeping, the waitstaff, the restaurant manager, the front desk and the general manager. All of the staff were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. This is what separates good hotels from great hotels. The restaurant and fare offered was also of a quality not associated with most hotels. We enjoyed the meals so much, we dined there four nights out of five, having discovered the restaurant on our second day. The hotel also offers a roof top terrace/bar, where you can relax and take in the glorious views of Lake Como.

We found the Hotel du Lac to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. Davina did a wonderful job of cleaning and tidying our room. We very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Another plus is the ferry being right across the street. The hospitality was extraordinary. The phone usb charger sockets next to the bed and 13 amp English socket was genius and meant my travel adapters were redundant . An added touch in the room was a small guide book for lake Como .The reception staff Zara and Graziano were only two of the exceptional staff , and their knowledge was very broad from transport to recommendations for restaurants etc. The breakfast for lovely and more than adequate for the start to a day on the Lake . The hotel room was very, very nice and the views of the lake from our rooms as well as at breakfast and the rooftop terrace were nothing short of stunning. Gorgeous on a sunny day! The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, courteous and did a great job. They should all be commended. The full breakfast was great as was the staff and service for that meal. The location of the hotel in Bellagio was also perfect being in the center, really the heart of Bellagio. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfecto!

The room was very comfortable. The accommodation with our car was fantastic, I had not booked the garage but there was one available. We had a boat tour at 11:00am when we were supposed to check out, but they allowed me to use the garage until that was done. I felt special being able to drive in ZTL areas.

I had a splendid time staying at the Hotel Du Lac. My third time there, and always a pleasure. I don’t know how you manage the insane crowds and constant barrage of tourists, your staff at the front desk serves with distinction. I was left feeling a little underwhelmed with the restaurant/bar staff downstairs, almost as if I was in their way and as a guest I only ordered a few drinks for me to take to my room. Everyone was polite but seemed uninterested in helping me for the most part. The rooftop bar staff were amazing and welcoming, the views were amazing and the service wonderful and kind. I think where this hotel really shines is with the service. Everyone is super nice and welcoming and extremely professional about their jobs. On top of that, I found the rooms to be very spacious for their price and they were decorated quite nicely. The views were also stunning, and it was nice to have that little balcony to go out on and read and such. The breakfast was really well done and high quality, and had a great variety of offerings.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in room #4! The views from the room are beyond spectacular. I had tears in my eyes when I first walked out on the balcony since the beauty of Lake Como and the mountains took my breath away. I must also mention Chiara (sp?) She wholeheartedly welcomed us upon arrival and that made for a wonderful start to a fabulous time in Bellagio. Also thank you to Luca! He and his wife made us feel like family. We had an amazing Dispensa 63 Dinner in Nature on Tuesday night then on Wednesday evening we were asked to join the party at Du Lac for the lovely Dispensa chef. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité et la vue sur le lac fabuleuse. Cet endroit va avoir du succès! Cerise sur le gâteau : le bar roof-top pour un apéritif en dominant le lac. Bref, on a adoré notre séjour. Cet hôtel ne se contente pas d’un emplacement idéal. L’accueil par tout le personnel, aux restaurants, au bar, est plein d’attentions et personnalisé. This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were 5 people stuck in bellagio and couldn’t find a way back to Milan. At 12.30 am, with the help of the receptionist, we were able to book a room. We absolutely loved our stay at your hotel, and having a balcony with the incredible view of the lake was just wonderful! The room was immaculate as was the whole hotel from what we could see. The breakfast was delicious with lovely staff assisting with anything we required. It was such an exciting trip for us with our daughter getting married and so many friends and family joining us. The staff were all fantastic and very attentive helping with all our needs in the build-up and on the day of the wedding when all the bridal party were getting ready in our room. We have visited Italy on many occasions but this was our first visit to Lake Como. We would love to return one day.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and meeting the Leoni family was a memorable highlight. Breakfast was both delicious and beautifully served with a stunning view. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The drinks at the bar and the food at the restaurant were both delicious, and watching the sunset from the rooftop bar was a truly marvelous experience. We recently had an 8 day stay at Hotel Du Loc Bellagio. What a beautiful experience from start to finish. Our room was spacious so we didn’t feel cramped for such a long stay with a nice large bathroom and room to store all of our things. Everything was spotless and very clean with a very comfortable bed/bedding. We even commented that we slept better there than we do at home. Some very special things to make note of. From the moment we walked through the lobby doors we were welcomed like family from the hotel staff. This is a family owned and operated hotel since the 1950’s and their attention to detail and pride in what they do is evident in every detail from the cleanliness to the staff they hire. Everyone is wanting to help. Danny, one of the sons was particularly kind and helpful. Another thing to note is the amazing breakfast served each morning and we’re informed that another son (who is a chef) has taken over all of the food service for the hotel starting the beginning of this year, 2025. I can honestly say that after traveling Europe extensively over the past decade that the breakfast served each morning was one of the best we’ve ever experienced regarding the quality, freshness and preparation of the food. You can just tell that the suppliers used for their food preparation are exceptional! Bakery that melts in your mouth! Delicious eggs, bacon and sausage! Coffee and hot chocolate made to order! Well done! Two other great features specific to Hotel Du Loc Bellagio are the rooftop terrace and the complimentary Spa. Amazing! The views from the roof are fabulous and the ability to rest in a hot tub or sauna at the end of a busy day was great. A final comment, after ferrying to most of the main towns on Lake Como we noticed quite a few other hotels with a similar name “du loc”. Don’t be confused into thinking that they are a “chain” of hotels like what is found in the states. Each one is completely independently owned and not connected in any way. A final thank you to the Leoni family for a very enjoyable visit!

When I had to reschedule my visit, the hotel offered to waive my cancellation fee if the room could be resold, which it was - that saved me some money and was very much appreciated! The staff even helped press my tuxedo shirt for a wedding I had the next day, and they did a great job! We absolutely loved our stay! 9 years ago we got married at Villa Carlotta and we stayed at Hotel Bellagio then but had a lot of dinners and drinks at Du Lac restaurants and Roof Top (both the one who is downstairs and the one that is breakfast now). So the hotel is special for us because we have a lot of memories attached to both Du Lac and Bellagio hotel. We really enjoyed the renovations that have been made at the hotel and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The spa, the food and the very very kind staff was all amazing!

A wonderfully warm welcome from Sara in reception on our arrival and thanks to Graciana and all the reception staff for their support and assistance during our stay.Equally good service and rapport from the breakfast team with a terrific buffet spread way better than last year. I have to say that Gloria and Marina were so wonderful to us when we came for lunch on Saturday. I had booked a table but had to email to change the booking. Gloria replied so quickly and with such thoughtfulness that we had no worries at all and knew a table would be ready for us. She was so genuine and welcoming when we arrived it felt really special. Marina looked after us at the table, she was just delightful! She looked after us so well and even arranged for a candle for my father's dessert as it was his birthday. They both made our visit so special! I had booked the table after visiting your bistro 6 years ago and having a great experience. We will be back! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at the beautiful Hotel De Lac everything was perfect, the location amazing and the views spectacular, we had the most charming balcony on the side of the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on and people watching, our only negative comment is on our last night there was a singer which was lovely but then the disco came on which had it been not as loud we would not have minded but it was so loud, we are not miserable people we love music and people having fun, but the noise levels from the disco did make it uncomfortable for us to sit on the balcony on our last night, if the volume was just turned down a little it would have been fine. Apart from the noise levels of the disco everything else was absolutely perfect, thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful hotel in the amazing Bellagio

Overall great stay 1. Not having streaming services on TV is really inexcusable. 2. Getting ice from the disgruntled bartenders was an extreme hassle. 3. The king size bed had a large gap. The room was very spacious and clean overlooking Lake Como with magnificent views of the lake upon awakening in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. We had dinner on our last evening at the hotel and the food and service was terrific. I loved how the ownership took advantage of utilizing the roof top bar 2 hours every evening to watch a magnificent sunset and get a chance to meet and greet other vacationers staying at the hotel. The staff was top shelf in every aspect regarding meeting any need or request. The young lady in the front office at check in and throughout our stay could not have been more wonderful. My cousin and I enjoyed 5 nights here. Aside from the nonstop rain and lack of sunshine, we had a PERFECT stay. We LOVE this wonderful, family-run hotel. Everyone is so kind, and helpful. The common area was recently updated and we really utilized it alot. The breakfast was wonderful with AMAZING views. The bedrooms were as comfy as home. Truly, highly recommend!! Perfect in every way

Management and staff responded well to failure of the bathroom lock. Almond milk options were fantastic. The whole stay was lovely with friendly and courteous staff, exceptional facilities and superb food and drink. The Leoni family were friendly and welcoming. Mr Giamluca was very helpful. He explained the ferry lines we needed to use to visit three close islands. Whenever we had a question, the staff member at reception was always able to help us. Great team! Having umbrellas for guest use was very helpful, as well as thoughtful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were very happy to stay a week at your beautiful hotel. It has a location which cannot be improved in any way - the best possible place in Bellagio. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, we appreciated our always pleasant conversations and getting guidance. Sara was invariably smiling and kind. I’d like to highly recommend this hotel! Every staff member was very helpful, polite and professional! We even had the owner get us coffee when we arrived! The room was perfect and you cannot put a price on the view, it was simply stunning! You cannot get a better hotel in Bellagio and we will be back as soon as we can!

Fomos muito bem recebidas pela equipe da recepção. Todos muitos gentis e atenciosos com exceção do sr que fez nosso checkout (parece que era um segurança da noite - saímos às 8am). Esse senhor me avisou que eu tinha que pagar aproximadamente 250 euros, como não entendi o motivo desse valor pedi para ver antes de pagar a que se referia. Ele negou que eu visse antes de pagar. Solicitei pela segunda vez o descritivo do valor, ele foi grosseiro e se negou novamente (eu paguei sem saber o motivo!!). Minha filha consultou uma pessoa, muito gentil, que tinha acabado de chegar. Ela verificou que ele estava cobrando erroneamente coisas referente ao apto 8 e não do nosso apto que era o 18. (3 andar)
