My boyfriend and I had a perfect time every single minute. All of the staff but especially Ciara was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would 100% just come to Lake Como again to say at Hotel Du Lac! We had a 6 AM departure from Como and Ciara went above and beyond and had breakfast for us waiting at the front in the morning since we wouldn’t make it that day! The customer experience at this hotel is amazing highly recommend!

Chiara and Graziano were wonderful in every way, from moving our room next to our sons’ room when they arrived a few days after us, to sharing a wealth of local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the complimentary breakfasts, which are a highlight of every trip, and the staff there is exceptional. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Judy was especially knowledgeable and helpful — my wife loves to cook and bake, and picked up several local tips from her while enjoying breakfast at the restaurant each morning as a wonderful way to start the day. First to the family and staff, all of whom welcomed us like family and were so gracious and understanding at every point. Of particular note: - Dimitria: she was so very pleasant, always smiling, always professional when we saw her and at times, actually felt like our own personal butler in our floor! The one day she was off, the room was cleaned well but dirty glasses/dishes./ utensils were not removed and it was clear that Dimitria had not been there that day. She is a real asset to your hotel. - Chiara Collina: yes we know her well but .. we (and our friends staying with us that week) noticed an unusual mix of professionalism, detailed knowledge (of not just the hotel but the environs/ schedules etc) and warmth. Her smile every time we walked in or out of the hotel was radiant. But it is when she made changes or suggestions to us, thinking way ahead of our needs when we did not .. this is what sets her apart ~ she instinctively knows what your guests need before they do! A rarity, simply put. - Graziano: His welcoming and attention to details and ever so CALM a manner relaxed us from moment one to the moment we (sadly) departed. His grace under fire is incredible and we thank him for such a relaxing visit. A special thank you to Luca, Jane, Daniele, and the entire Leoni family for a visit we will never forget. After 18 visits to Bellagio, you all exceeded our expectations. Our deepest thanks.

We had the perfect holiday staying at the Hotel Du Lac and will definitely be returning. My wife and I would like to make a special recommendation to the following staff: Firstly, there was Graziano at reception who was one of the most polite gentleman we have ever met and couldn't do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and had everything we needed. Then there was the lovely Marina also working in reception and at breakfast who found my hat when I had left it outside and personally made sure it was returned to me. This particular hat has sentimental value and I thought I had lost it for good, so was overjoyed when Marina found it for me. And last, but not least, the wonderful Judy who served us every morning at Breakfast. Despite being one of the hardest workers we have ever met, Judy still made time for pleasant conversation and went out of her way to ensure we had the best service ever. We met as strangers, but left as friends! These 3 fantastic staff memtioned are amongst many at Hotel Du Lac who go above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect holiday. Judy at breakfast was the sweetest, kindest person! Always happy to talk and fetch anything you could possibly need, and has such a radiant smile. Made every morning brighter! Further, all the front desk staff were lovely, greeting us and welcoming us back and asking what fun plans we had. Plus they added such a personal touch always recognising us as we came through the door and handing us our keys without even needing to ask! It was truly amazing how quickly they learnt our faces and room numbers, and so sweet.

I love Hotel du Lac in Bellagio! The lake views of the huge mountains, beautiful Lake Como & the sky right in front of us from our prestige deluxe room with balcony were absolutely spectacular and breathtaking!! The balcony of our room was the perfect spot to see the daily sunset. I love the neutral tones and the comfortable aesthetics of our recently renovated room. We looked forward to relaxing in our room after a full day of galavanting around the villages/towns of Lake Como. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I can't get over the incredible views from the breakfast dining area. We got to enjoy every morning with breakfast this huge panoramic view of Lake Como and its impressive mountains. There was a large selection of hot items, pastries, granola, lots of different variety of fruits, salads, vegetables, as well as teas and made to order coffee. The staff was very friendly and eager to answer our questions and to help. Another great part of Hotel Du Lac in Bellagio is its location. It is located in the heart and center of Bellagio. It is located steps from all the restaurants, shops and beautiful sites of Bellagio; even the ferry station is literally right in front of the hotel. If we ever have the good fortune of returning to Bellagio in Lake Como, we'd love to stay here again!!!

From the moment we arrived, Hotel du Lac gave us what was, without question, the best hotel experience we have ever had. We travel internationally often and have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this one stands out above all the rest. A special surprise was arriving during the hotel’s 70th anniversary celebration. We were invited to join the festivities on our very first night, and it was such an incredible experience. Spending the evening celebrating with the owners, their family, and the local community made us feel like we were more than just guests, we truly felt like part of the family. Everyone on the staff was amazing, genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Every interaction felt sincere, and you could tell how much pride everyone takes in making each guest’s stay special. Meeting members of the owner’s family made the experience even more memorable, and their warmth and hospitality are something we will never forget. The location is perfect, the rooms are wonderful, and the views of Lago di Como are spectacular. But what really makes Hotel du Lac so special is the people. They turned an already beautiful trip into one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Hotel du Lac for making our stay so unforgettable. We will absolutely be back, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We came as part of our honeymoon. Due to high demand when we were booking (sign of a good hotel) we had a Deluxe Room for 3 nights and then a Standard for the final. The staff were very accommodating of this and helped us with the move. Rooms were lovely and spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Didn’t eat at the hotel on an evening but ate at Artura for lunch which was incredible. Thank you for making our stay amazing and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed three wonderful nights at Hotel du Lac in Bellagio! The location is central, the service was exceptional, and our room was super clean and well-equipped. Every day we were greeted by the welcoming staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel. They answered questions, made recommendations, and arranged transportation for us back to MXP, all done with smiles! We had a positively delicious dinner at their restaurant, Gioya, on our first night at Hotel du Lac and enjoyed cocktails each night at the rooftop bar, with great music and amazing views of Lake Como! A beautiful breakfast buffet is provided each morning. We give Hotel du Lac our highest recommendation and hope to return with our family next year!

Every moment of our time at hotel du lac was special. Prior to arrival we received timely and informative responses to our questions, upon arrival we received warm service from reception staff from the moment of walking to our room until our departure, including assistance with travel plans impacted by local strikes. Our reservation at the rooftop bar Celeste was beautiful, our room accommodations were both clean and elegant, and the hotel staff were kind and hospitable throughout our entire stay- I wish I could name them all to give them the gratitude they deserve for their kindness. I’ve spent the last 5 years working in Italy in the summer and I hope to come back soon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It has everything you want in one place and is perfectly located. We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful, location perfect and the breakfast was delicious. My only suggestions would be the following- the bath lotion, body wash etc was almost empty upon arrival. We did not run out but a full bottle just feels more luxurious than an empty one. Hair Conditioner in the room would be great, as well as some small wash cloths. The spa is gorgeous! Would be nice if the hot tub/pool was kept a bit warmer. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful experience from checking in to checking out. Bellagio itself is overrun by day tourists. Thus, recommend to arrive late after 5 pm and leave next day before 11 am. This hotel should receive the highest commendation for their staff, service, professionalism, communication and hospitality! We initially booked through Booking.com and had to book 3 individual times to cover the four days we were going to be at the hotel. The hotel contacted us indicating that they would be able to accommodate us by only changing rooms once and that they will move all of our belongings for us. We inquired into transportation from Milan train station, and they responded immediately with different options of traveling to the hotel and costs. We chose to have a driver who arrived promptly with explicit instructions on meeting him after we got off the train with our luggage. We loved the hotel, the service and location and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio!

We had a wonderful time at Hotel du Lac recently celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. From arrival to departure, the staff were wonderful. On our actual anniversary, we were left a lovely bottle of Prosecco with a card congratulating us…a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Another day, on our return to the room, we were left a lovely bowl of fruit.

My two days here were all too short! The location of the hotel is perfect, central with astounding views. My balcony was at the side but still had views of the lake. But my lasting memory is of the kindness of all the staff - I have a walking problem and both reception and dining room staff were so thoughtful and caring. Thank you! We traveled with our 7th month old and were offered diapers, changing table, and bath tub. They also accommodated a high chair for us during each dining experience and kept our stroller safe in the lobby during our stay. Included parking was a huge plus too.

On our last day we enjoyed many bottles of vino also on the piazza and the reception team went above and beyond to help our family get a taxi to the airport as the fast ferries were all cancelled. We loved every element of our stay! From the meeting the owners, to working with the manager on some last minute unexpected changes on our end, to the servers in the restaurant and the housecleaning staff, everyone was kind and the customer service top notch! We had to switch rooms (due to changes on our end) and I forgot my necklace in the shower of the first room. I didn’t realize it until they moved us into our new room and found my necklace there waiting for me. Thank you! The location of the hotel is also perfect. If we are so fortunate as to travel to Bellagio again, we would absolutely stay at the Hotel Du Lac!

The lady who checked us in at the hotel was exceptional. We never asked her name but she speaks 5 languages. The lady was so professional and helpful. We had trouble with the TV directions being only in Italian. While it was her job, this lady rushed right up to our room and fixed the problem. She was/is the most professional and helpful hotel staff we met on our entire month in Italy. You need to give her a raise!!

My husband and I just returned from four nights at Hotel du Luc. It was absolutely fantastic! EVERYTHING was delightful, from the desk staff, no matter who it was, to the SUPER clean rooms daily taken care, to the sauna, availability of different messages (which we benefitted from) and the staff there were very skilled. The food at the restaurant was delicious and served decoratively. Each morning we were eating a superb breakfast served daily with a kind, professional, attentive service. I could keep going on with this Hotel. In addition to all of this the culture, scenery and beauty out states anything. YOU will not be disappointed.

We loved staying at Hotel Du Lac. It exceeded expectations in every way. The spa was amazing, very luxurious. We loved both the rooftop bar and cafe on the ground floor. Out room was clean and comfortable and the small balcony was an unexpected surprise. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond. Family owned, they are always there to help with all of our questions and we had many since it was our first time in the area. The hotel could not have been in a better location right on the water in the town of Bellagio. The breakfast was great (bacon crispy) and we were there when the rooftop bar opened for the season which was nice to go to for a cocktail and snacks! The bed was very comfortable, it was the only bed that was not hard on our entire Italy trip.

I would give this hotel 5 stars. We loved every single day spent there: lovely staff, amazing views, perfect location. We have rented a car and have been provided with a garage. The road from the airport wasn’t as difficult as we were expecting, there was a wiggly road at the end, but not too narrow, two cars can pass. The room was very quickly served with TLC. The breakfast was with a very good variety of choices. We would definitely recommend this place.

We booked a standard room and were upgraded to room 61 on the top floor next to the terrace and had a partial view of the lake. We absolutely LOVED it and will stay here again! We also reserved the spa one evening and had it to ourselves - it was such a treat! One morning, I got a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and it was so wonderful. The room (15) was spcious and perfectly comfortable, and the balcony with view spectacular. We very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Another plus is the ferry being right across the street. The hospitality was extraordinary. We appreciated the gifts of Prosecco, fruit, chocolates and calendar. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is excellent, right across from the ferry and directly on the main promenade, close to all the shops and restaurants. Dear Hotel de Dulac, Paola..at the front desk was a life saver. After being stranded in Bellagio (Floods/Mud slides, roads blocked) she came to our rescue. We frantically tried to call Cuomo Luxury Suites for assistance via mobile & Paola made contact with our hotel but they could not help. Your hotel is beautiful and the shining star of the lake. You saved us and accomodated us for the night. What a wonderful staff. Bravo ..Because of you're helpful navagation we made it back to Milan. Extremely comfortable bed and crisp, soft bed linen. Lovely room to relax in or sit on the spacious terrace. Excellent shower and toiletries. Appreciated use of super soft towelling robes and slippers and a U.K. plug socket at desk (very unusual, but very welcome). If only there was a mirror to sit at whilst using the socket for hairdryer.
