2026-11-02

We loved staying at your hotel. We booked at the last minute and were pleased from the moment we arrived. Everything was so easy (after our drive through Como). The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was the best, so patient, helpful and friendly.

2026-10-29

A beautiful hotel so convenient to the port. Very modern rooms and breathtaking views at breakfast where the restaurant overlooks the stunning lake and mountains.

2026-10-29

Every single person we interacted with was lovely. Warm, friendly, helpful & kind. Whenever we needed something, they were there so quickly with new pillows (I am allergic to down), tissues, our spa towels & flip flops. Such quick service with a smile. The shampoo & body lotion smelled wonderful!

2026-10-29

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was extremely helpful in giving advise and handling any concerns we had.

2026-10-26

Front desk staff was amazing and very helpful

2026-10-26

There was a woman who was working at the receptionist desk (I’m very sorry that I do not remember her name right now) who was extraordinarily helpful in arranging for the cold storage of our medicine, and made our stay that much more relaxing. I very much appreciated her support.

2026-10-26

2026-10-26

Wonderful visit!

2026-10-25

Nada por que encuentro todo ideal. La verdad, hasta económico para la ubicación que tiene!

2026-10-24

From being welcomed by the lovely ladies at the reception we experienced nothing but being really welcomed. The girl from the exception showed us. The room, explained us everything. The room was marvelous, bed, bedding, and pillows like for a king and a queen, superior towels in the bathroom, nice bar. The restaurant on the first floor was excellent. Breakfast was lacking nothing, great Italian specialties, and as in any area, nothing but going to external to make our stay unforgettable I should also mention that parking 100 meters away from the outstanding hotel at the promenade is a real plus. By the way charging of EVs is also available subject to reservation. We th al the entire team for the great time we had.

2026-10-25

We loved every minute :)

2026-10-25

Es war alles super. Lage, Zimmmet, Qualität der Speisen. Aber über allem steht die Freundlichkeit, Professionaltät, Hilfsbereitschaft und die „can do attitude“ des gesamten Personals.

We loved staying at this hotel. The employees were kind and gracious. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

2026-10-21

When we arrived, Bellagio Taxi had gotten into a car accident (we used your much better service back to Milan and loved our safe driver) so we were upset when we arrived. Sara greeted us, assisted with the interpretation with our driver - and was so helpful and made us feel so at home. We truly feel that her kindness went beyond regular customer service and we were so nervous that that taxi experience would ruin our trip - and then we checked in with Sara, saw our beautiful room, view and the hotel itself and were completely happy. I feel that she got us back on track and we loved the hotel so much. What a wonderful way to start our honeymoon. Thank you for making it so special! We loved it all. Oh, and loved the spa and breakfast too. And roses in the lobby. And all of it!!

We had an amazing time, hotel was beautiful and the food and staff was top quality. Will be booking again when visiting como.

2026-10-20

The young lady; I apologize, for not knowing how to spell her name, was a blonde and very helpful to me. She took the time to help me schedule a hair appointment. I was having difficulty with the language barrier. She absolutely saved my day!! Her courtesy and patience were so kind. I was distraught and she even guided me with directions to the salon. She’s an absolute delight and serves her guests well, by going above and beyond! She sets a wonderful example for the Hotel! Thanks so much looking forward to revisiting!

2026-10-20

What a wonderful stay we had in the Hotel du Lac . All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay more perfect . Even the Owner of the Hotel got in on the action by informing me and my son that the Football was on in the Restaurant sitting room and that the staff would change the channel for us . It’s the small things that count . The waiter whose name we missed (from Kyrghistan) looked after us whilst we dined in the outside bar area really well. The added attraction of the singer on the Saturday was also perfect we really enjoyed the Vibe . Thank you .

2026-10-20

We had the most wonderful time. The breakfast was extraordinary. I loved talking to the staff and learning about them.

2026-10-19

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great. Value was great. Breakfast everyday included was amazing. We had the room 60 across from the bar on 5th floor. Sometimes that was a disadvantage from a traffic standpoint and when going to bed as people tended to use that area after hours. Also a weird smell like cabbage in the room in night. Cleared with opening doors. The front desk staff was the best and so accommodating. We also enjoyed the spa! Two thumbs up

2026-10-17

Everything was perfect!

2026-10-18

Everything was absolutely perfect — from our beautiful room and upgrade to the incredible location and stunning views. The rooftop bar was the perfect spot for drinks at sunset, and the spa was a lovely add after a long day travelling too. The staff truly couldn’t have done enough for us and made us feel so special throughout our stay. A particular thank you to the lovely man on reception (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name!) — he was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary so special and unforgettable. ❤️🥂 We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Bellagio is officially my favourite place in the world! 🇮🇹❤️

2026-10-11

Very nice stay! Great location!

2026-10-11

An unforgettable stay with stunning lake views! My husband and I spent three wonderful days at Du Lac Hotel and Spa, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We stayed in a Prestige Deluxe room with a lake view, and it was exceptional—pristine, spotless, and beautifully upgraded with modern amenities. And they clean the room everyday. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring fantastic water pressure and reliably hot water. The location simply can't be beat. The ferry dock is right in front of the hotel, and you're surrounded by great dining options. That said, the hotel itself has plenty to offer, including two restaurants and a wonderful rooftop bar. One of our favorite parts of the trip was having breakfast: the buffet had a fantastic selection, and enjoying that view of the lake while we ate was a huge bonus. Above all, the staff provided top-notch service. From the front desk team, who were wonderfully friendly and gave us great tips on local restaurants and ferry schedules, to the entire crew, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Modern, clean rooms, a perfect location, and exceptionally warm service—we absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend Du Lac Hotel and Spa!

2026-10-11

Everything was great, as always!

2026-10-11

We definitely plan on returning to Bellagio and well certainly book again at your exquisite hotel thank you again for making the last few days of our.”holiday” so memorable and enjoyable. I wish i could remember everyone’s names. Housekeepers were amazing. Marina always had a friendly smile and spoke to us whether at breakfast or Arturo’s. Entire breakfast staff was wonderful… Judy greeted us by name each morning. (And others that i can’t recall names). Sarah and Daniel (and the others at the front desk that i regret not remembering their names) were always eager to assist. Always a pleasure to speak with Luca and Kiko when i saw them.

2026-10-02

I used the Spa at the hotel. It was included in my hotel reservation, the Spa was very nice, relaxing and cozy. It is a must visit area. Just call the front desk, tell them what time you would like to use the Spa and they will bring to your room slippers and a towel to use at the Spa. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this hotel and the location and views are spatacular and amazing. Book this hotel when you visit Bellagio and you will not regret it.

2026-09-29

Room, cleanliness and service was excellent

2026-09-28

Amazing hotel, can’t wait to return!!!!

2026-09-28

The staff at hotel du lac were excellent as was the ongoing emails and communication before my visit. I ate at the restaurant that is not associated with the hotel (the fancy one) and was not impressed. Very expensive and I was not happy. However I ate at the rooftop and had appetizers there and they were wonderful. I think the fancy restaurant needs a menu change or something. Staff was nice but food was very expensive and I was not impressed. And on the final note to ask a guest when paying their bill if they want to tip the hotel staff..... bad taste. I have never ever been asked at checkout to provide a tip to the hotel staff. I paid for my room and it was expensive and I thought that was the only thing in bad taste. Need to stop that. If a guest wants to tip staff they will do it on their own.

2026-09-28

Thanks, very good hotel.

We were exceedingly pleased with everything about the Hotel Du Lac. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and well located. The staff was exceptional. They were courteous and so helpful. Breakfast was great and the view from dining was beautiful. We had a Standard room. It was well appointed and had a small balcony. The room and bath were small but it did not disrupt our stay. The Hotel was first class, the Staff were very polite and friendly and courteous, the reception, the housekeeping, the breakfast and bar staff, superb from the first to last minute of our stay, breakfast was very good and the roof top bar & Restaurant, GREAT, just can not fault The Hotel Du Lac. Thank you

2026-09-19

The young slim lady with long hair on reception when we checked in was fabulous. Such a lovely smile, a great welcome and so helpful a real credit to the hotel. We have travelled round Italy in the last few weeks and she is by far the nicest lady on any of the hotel receptions. It was a shame she wasn't working the day we left I would have liked to say goodbye. Also the breakfast was fabulous. The best scrambled eggs we have ever had in a hotel. I rarely eat scrambled eggs in a hotel but yours were clearly fresh and not out of a bottle. The downstairs bar was very good.

2026-09-19

Everything was wonderful. The staff at reception was fantastic and immensely helpful.

2026-09-20

Front desk staff was fantastic. The roof top bar crew seemed overwhelmed and a little short at times. Having another server may lessen the strain.

2026-09-20

Excellent in all ways

All staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel was beautiful & clean.

2026-09-18

This was the BEST hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy (out of 3 hotels). The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast with a view was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The lady who runs the breakfast area (Judy?) did a wonderful job and is very friendly. Sarah at the front desk was also very helpful. I wish we could've stayed more nights at the Hotel du Lac and fewer at the other hotels! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

2026-09-02

We loved our stay

2026-09-02

All of the staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Chiara and Graziano took care of our every need — they were amazing! We remembered them from our stay last year, and they were just as attentive this time around. We’re thrilled they’re part of your team. This year we returned and brought our two boys along. Chiara and Graziano were wonderful in every way, from moving our room next to our sons’ room when they arrived a few days after us, to sharing a wealth of local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the complimentary breakfasts, which are a highlight of every trip, and the staff there is exceptional. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Judy was especially knowledgeable and helpful — my wife loves to cook and bake, and picked up several local tips from her while enjoying breakfast at the restaurant each morning as a wonderful way to start the day. We felt like family. Thank you so much! Our boys will certainly make your beautiful hotel their own destination in the years to come. — The Arther Family (Fred, Mary, Kevin, and Michael)

2026-08-28

We had the perfect holiday staying at the Hotel Du Lac and will definitely be returning. My wife and I would like to make a special recommendation to the following staff: Firstly, there was Graziano at reception who was one of the most polite gentleman we have ever met and couldn't do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and had everything we needed. Then there was the lovely Marina also working in reception and at breakfast who found my hat when I had left it outside and personally made sure it was returned to me. This particular hat has sentimental value and I thought I had lost it for good, so was overjoyed when Marina found it for me. And last, but not least, the wonderful Judy who served us every morning at Breakfast. Despite being one of the hardest workers we have ever met, Judy still made time for pleasant conversation and went out of her way to ensure we had the best service ever. We met as strangers, but left as friends! These 3 fantastic staff memtioned are amongst many at Hotel Du Lac who go above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect holiday. Many thanks, and hope to see you all again next year. Johnny & Dawn (stayed on the 18th to 28th Aug 2026).

The front desk staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The food at breakfast and the view is amazing. The food at the restaurant on the ground floor was very good and well done. We enjoyed time every day in the spa.

First to the family and staff, all of whom welcomed us like family and were so gracious and understanding at every point. Of particular note: - Dimitria: she was so very pleasant, always smiling, always professional when we saw her and at times, actually felt like our own personal butler in our floor! The one day she was off, the room was cleaned well but dirty glasses/dishes./ utensils were not removed and it was clear that Dimitria had not been there that day. She is a real asset to your hotel. - Chiara Collina: yes we know her well but .. we (and our friends staying with us that week) noticed an unusual mix of professionalism, detailed knowledge (of not just the hotel but the environs/ schedules etc) and warmth. Her smile every time we walked in or out of the hotel was radiant. But it is when she made changes or suggestions to us, thinking way ahead of our needs when we did not .. this is what sets her apart ~ she instinctively knows what your guests need before they do! A rarity, simply put. - Graziano: His welcoming and attention to details and ever so CALM a manner relaxed us from moment one to the moment we (sadly) departed. His grace under fire is incredible and we thank him for such a relaxing visit. A special thank you to Luca, Jane, Daniele, and the entire Leoni family for a visit we will never forget. After 18 visits to Bellagio, you all exceeded our expectations. Our deepest thanks.

2026-08-28

Judy at breakfast was the sweetest, kindest person! Always happy to talk and fetch anything you could possibly need, and has such a radiant smile. Made every morning brighter! Further, all the front desk staff were lovely, greeting us and welcoming us back and asking what fun plans we had. Plus they added such a personal touch always recognising us as we came through the door and handing us our keys without even needing to ask! It was truly amazing how quickly they learnt our faces and room numbers, and so sweet.

Beautiful room with a lovely view.

2026-08-18

I love Hotel du Lac in Bellagio! The lake views of the huge mountains, beautiful Lake Como & the sky right in front of us from our prestige deluxe room with balcony were absolutely spectacular and breathtaking!! The balcony of our room was the perfect spot to see the daily sunset. I love the neutral tones and the comfortable aesthetics of our recently renovated room. We looked forward to relaxing in our room after a full day of galavanting around the villages/towns of Lake Como. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I can't get over the incredible views from the breakfast dining area. We got to enjoy every morning with breakfast this huge panoramic view of Lake Como and its impressive mountains. There was a large selection of hot items, pastries, granola, lots of different variety of fruits, salads, vegetables, as well as teas and made to order coffee. The staff was very friendly and eager to answer our questions and to help. Another great part of Hotel Du Lac in Bellagio is its location. It is located in the heart and center of Bellagio. It is located steps from all the restaurants, shops and beautiful sites of Bellagio; even the ferry station is literally right in front of the hotel. If we ever have the good fortune of returning to Bellagio in Lake Como, we'd love to stay here again!!!

2026-08-03

Thank you for a lovely stay. We came as part of our honeymoon. Due to high demand when we were booking (sign of a good hotel) we had a Deluxe Room for 3 nights and then a Standard for the final. The staff were very accommodating of this and helped us with the move. Rooms were lovely and spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Didn’t eat at the hotel on an evening but ate at Artura for lunch which was incredible. Thank you for making our stay amazing and would definitely recommend.

2026-08-04

From the moment we arrived, Hotel du Lac gave us what was, without question, the best hotel experience we have ever had. We travel internationally often and have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this one stands out above all the rest. A special surprise was arriving during the hotel’s 70th anniversary celebration. We were invited to join the festivities on our very first night, and it was such an incredible experience. Spending the evening celebrating with the owners, their family, and the local community made us feel like we were more than just guests, we truly felt like part of the family. Everyone on the staff was amazing, genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Every interaction felt sincere, and you could tell how much pride everyone takes in making each guest’s stay special. Meeting members of the owner’s family made the experience even more memorable, and their warmth and hospitality are something we will never forget. The location is perfect, the rooms are wonderful, and the views of Lago di Como are spectacular. But what really makes Hotel du Lac so special is the people. They turned an already beautiful trip into one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Hotel du Lac for making our stay so unforgettable. We will absolutely be back, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Even before we arrived, the correspondence was outstanding, with the reception team kindly arranging trips and restaurant reservations for us, making everything effortless. When we opened the door to our room, it truly took our breath away. It was everything we had hoped for and more—a dream room that I know I will remember forever. The hotel has such a special atmosphere. Being family-run gives it a warmth and authenticity that is so rare to find, and it is clear that every member of the family genuinely cares about their guests and takes immense pride in creating an unforgettable experience. We left with wonderful memories and only one wish—that we can return one day. Thank you for making our stay so special. I will be recommending this beautiful hotel to everyone I know.

We enjoyed three wonderful nights at Hotel du Lac in Bellagio! The location is central, the service was exceptional, and our room was super clean and well-equipped. Every day we were greeted by the welcoming staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel. They answered questions, made recommendations, and arranged transportation for us back to MXP, all done with smiles! We had a positively delicious dinner at their restaurant, Gioya, on our first night at Hotel du Lac and enjoyed cocktails each night at the rooftop bar, with great music and amazing views of Lake Como! A beautiful breakfast buffet is provided each morning. We give Hotel du Lac our highest recommendation and hope to return with our family next year!

2026-07-24

Every moment of our time at hotel du lac was special. Prior to arrival we received timely and informative responses to our questions, upon arrival we received warm service from reception staff from the moment of walking to our room until our departure, including assistance with travel plans impacted by local strikes. Our reservation at the rooftop bar Celeste was beautiful, our room accommodations were both clean and elegant, and the hotel staff were kind and hospitable throughout our entire stay- I wish I could name them all to give them the gratitude they deserve for their kindness. I’ve spent the last 5 years working in Italy in the summer and I hope to come back soon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It has everything you want in one place and is perfectly located. Grazie Mille!!!

2026-07-24

We had a wonderful stay. We would have liked to eat in the first restaurant but it was fully booked. It would have been helpful to be told to book a few days ahead rather than wait and see if any places came up the next day.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, and would go back any time.

Très beau séjour Rien à dire C était très agréable Je reviendrai et je recommande

2026-07-12

Hotel Du Lac in Bellagio is truly fantastic. The staff is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. The owners are very involved, and their presence adds a personal, welcoming touch that you don’t often find. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with thoughtful details everywhere you look. Food and drinks are excellent, and the rooftop bar Celeste is a standout. Even the large ice cubes in our cocktails had “Celeste” imprinted on them—one of those small touches that shows how much care goes into everything they do. If you appreciate craftsmanship, hospitality, and a hotel that takes pride in the details, Hotel Du Lac is a perfect choice.

The room was always clean and done in a timely manner. Housekeeping was so friendly. We also LOVED the buffet breakfast included in our rate. The staff in the morning was amazing, every single person. One woman made it extra special by bringing our daughter a hot chocolate in the morning. Thank you for helping us out with taxi service when we got to Como city by mistake. We felt safe and taken care of. Also, breakfast was wonderful.

2026-07-05

We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful, location perfect and the breakfast was delicious. My only suggestions would be the following- the bath lotion, body wash etc was almost empty upon arrival. We did not run out but a full bottle just feels more luxurious than an empty one. Hair Conditioner in the room would be great, as well as some small wash cloths. The spa is gorgeous! Would be nice if the hot tub/pool was kept a bit warmer. Thank you for everything!

2026-07-05

Completely enjoyed our stay! We will recommend your hotel to our friends.

2026-07-05

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our room #23 was beautifully appointed and while we were unable to get a lake view, the room was very nice. Special thanks to Chiara and Daniele and all the front desk staff. Also a special mention to the woman at breakfast (blonde hair and glasses). I've forgotten her name but will not forget her excellent service, hospitality and friendliness. She made every morning a joy! Also special mention to maria on the front patio. She is a real gem. Very much looking forward to visiting Lake Como again and will be sure to stay at your wonderful hotel!

Wonderful experience from checking in to checking out. Bellagio itself is overrun by day tourists. Thus, recommend to arrive late after 5 pm and leave next day before 11 am. That way will get a wonderful peaceful evening and dinner as well as early morning walk around and amazing breakfast experience.

2026-07-03

A simply spectacular stay! Will highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bellagio!

Judy and Maria were fantastic and always a pleasure to see in the morning at breakfast.

2026-07-02

This hotel should receive the highest commendation for their staff, service, professionalism, communication and hospitality! We initially booked through Booking.com and had to book 3 individual times to cover the four days we were going to be at the hotel. The hotel contacted us indicating that they would be able to accommodate us by only changing rooms once and that they will move all of our belongings for us. We inquired into transportation from Milan train station, and they responded immediately with different options of traveling to the hotel and costs. We chose to have a driver who arrived promptly with explicit instructions on meeting him after we got off the train with our luggage. We loved the hotel, the service and location and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio!

2026-07-01

Très bel hôtel avec situation idéale pour tout faire à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus ! Un grand merci pour l’attention et le geste apporté pour le cadeau des produits de soin ! Un séjour parfait !

We had a wonderful time at Hotel du Lac recently celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. From arrival to departure, the staff were wonderful. On our actual anniversary, we were left a lovely bottle of Prosecco with a card congratulating us…a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Another day, on our return to the room, we were left a lovely bowl of fruit.

This hotel is beyond stunning, with a staggering view round every corner! Impressed by a 3 pin socket at waist level in my room. I enjoyed my last dinner - inventive tasty dishes with friendly service. Can't wait to to return!

2026-06-20

My two days here were all too short! The location of the hotel is perfect, central with astounding views. My balcony was at the side but still had views of the lake. But my lasting memory is of the kindness of all the staff - I have a walking problem and both reception and dining room staff were so thoughtful and caring. Thank you! PS Very impressed with the 3 pin socket in my room!
