Während unserer ersten Nacht in Ihrem Hotel stürmte die Bora und drückte Regenwasser ins Zimmer. Es wurde sofort reagiert und wir konnten im Zimmer mit Lagunenblick verbleiben. Many thanks to Riccardo for arranging a last-minute ride to Ravenna when our cruise ship was diverted, and then calling me when we were on Venice to advise that the cruise ship was providing a free transfer to Ravenna, thus saving me a lot of money. I wanted to provide him a tip for his efforts, but unfortunately, he was gone by the time we returned from Venice. I feel terrible that I was unable to show my appreciation.

My husband and I are travelling with Trafalgar. Our tour director requested that we have a room with a walk-in shower which was provided. We appreciate this accommodation. We did not use room service, therefore the neutral response. Housekeeping was great. We inadvertently locked ourselves out of our room on the balcony. We were unhappy at the room allocated to us despite requesting specifically at reservation room with full height doors as on your website and photograph included with our booking and being told explicitly that hotel was full. However on showing emails sent at time of reservation we were offered a better room at no cost so thank you for this. Alle hier im Hause kümmern sich perfekt um die Gäste: Empfang, Shuttle-Service, Frühstück und Room-Service - alles von so unaufdringlicher und professioneller Präsenz, dass es eine Wohltat ist! Dazu die Architektur eines Traditionshauses (allein der Frühstückssaal ist ja traumhaft schön), gepaart mit modernem Hotelkomfort - all das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Vorrei esprimere gratitudine e complimentarmi con il personale alla reception, gentilissimi ed efficienti, hanno prestato attenzione a una mia richiesta, e al personale addetto alla ristorazione, di una cortesia non comune. Un pranzo di Pasqua superlativo ha contribuito a rendere la nostra permanenza perfetta. Tornando a Chioggia, la nostra scelta cadrà sicuramente sul Vostro hotel.

Thank you for letting us to bring our dog to the breakfast room with us since he cannot be alone in the room because he is scary of a new place. And gluten free option on breakfast was nice. Beds are very comfy and also we appriacated an extra 30 minutes to check out so we could enjoy breafast without a rush to pack our suitcases.

Da molti anni (credo circa 10) trascorro alcuni giorni alla fine di ottobre nel vostro hotel e non riesco a trovare argomenti di critica, se non la scomodità del garage che tuttavia non penso sia eliminabile, anche se anni addietro prenotando con molto anticipo potevo usufruire del posto di fronte all'hotel........
