We would like to thank Anna, Tania and Marcello in the restaurant for their helpfulness while we were there. In particular, we would like to say how impressed we were with Emanuele. His professionalism, helpfulness and whole demeanour were well beyond his age and much appreciated. We wish him well for an excellent future. He deserves it. Don’t lose him. Overall, and despite some of the reports that we have made, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. It is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We hope to return for our third visit in the future.

Stunning hotel and room. 104 Staff makes this place special. Waiters, Dining Room manager (Mr Bond he said James Bond 😂). He was so funny. Cleaners excellent. Pool bar staff chatty. Mr Piano Man great. Everyone professional. Only one who was glum and not smiling was the older tall man on reception who checked us out early morning on 7 June as he never even said goodbye or asked if we had had a good holiday. Just took our payment! Thanks to chef who baked me a surprise birthday cake and everyone sang happy birthday. Best cake I have ever tasted. Wonderful place. The receptionists and waiters were all very friendly and helpful except one waitress who constantly ignored us during our dinner. One more reason not to have dinner anymore in the hotel next to the menu which is not good for teenagers/ kids.

Compliments to the housekeeping team for excellent daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast team was always very welcoming and made sure our breakfast was relaxed. Bar team was very hospitable and welcoming. Same for the restaurant team during dinner. Furthermore we are very happy that in your hotel there are no issues in finding a sun bed and hardly any guests reserving their spot without being at the pool. That is our number one irritation when traveling and a reason to choose this location. It truly adds value to a comfortable stay. Hope this will be maintained!

I was. traveling with a medicine that needed to be kept frozen. I noted that the front desk staff was very helpful and concerned, They made arrangements for freezer storage that was accessible anytime during the day or night as needed. These special arrangements were very helpful.

Der Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel war wie eine Reha für Körper und Seele! Es passte einfach alles, wenn ich von meinem Zimmer 503 runter zum Meer schaute, ging mein Herz auf, wenn ich dann zum Frühstück ging wurde ich unglaublich aufmerksam begrüßt, das Personal laß einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab, das Buffet war zu jeder Zeit einwandfrei hergerichtet und sehr, schmackhaft. Das Gesamtprojet vom la Bisaccia ist einzigartig. Aber eine kleine Kritik muss ich für den erfolgreichen Weiterbetrieb Ihres Hauses doch erteilen, dass ist der Gesamtzustand der Zimmereinrichtung, besonders die Elektrizität, aber auch die fehlende Dusche, dafür eine Badewanne. Da müsste mal ein bisschen investiert werden. Trotzdem bedanke ich mich bei Ihnen für einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus.

We found all the bar and restaurant staff to be both efficient and friendly, but we wish to send our appreciation in particular to Anna and Daniele, who were our main waiters, who had such a nice kind manner and helped us with the wine list, as we wanted to try the local wines of Sardegna. Compliments to the chef too, the food in the evening was delicious and we loved the extensive choice at the breakfast buffet! All in all, we were very happy that we chose this hotel :-)

Many thanks for the dining room staff. Their so friendly and service was smooth and filling. Always a smiling warm welcome every morning. Our time was difficult as the weather was very stormy, and raining alot, but they were always so kind and friendly. As was the reception staff. The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed our vacation , A suggestion would be on a rainy day, maybe a cooking class from the chefs, would be fun. Or make a new cocktail of floral class. A few table games, would have helped with the time passing. Congratulations, wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Bisaccia. The maids left our room spotless everyday, the reception staff were very welcoming, breakfast and dinner staff were all lovely. My biggest thanks is to the pool/bar staff, Marco, Fabio and all the others could not do enough for you. They were super helpful, polite,very welcoming and funny. They interacted exceptionally well with guests and are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again

Special mention and many thank yous to Antonello in the restaurant who set a wonderful tone. He makes La Bisaccia so special. Also warm thanks to Francesca who is a wonderful hostess and super hard worker. Antonio was always helpful especially when Antonello was on his day off, and Emanuel (Ema) with his easy laugh kept things fun and efficient. At the pool / lunch bar, we want to thank Fabio who always had a good joke, Ilaria for her super efficient service, and Viola for her quickness. Big thanks to the chef and entire kitchen staff for delicious food, especially the sea bream and vongole pasta - so good! The Argiolas Cannonau was also very good. Carla and the two older gentlemen at reception were very helpful always. And of course, last but not least, a very special thank you to all of the incredibly hard working ladies in housekeeping who are heroes and who do so much behind the scenes to make the hotel wonderful. Overall, it was a truly fantastic stay and we thank you all very much! See you next summer!

All staff from the ground men, gardeners, cleaners and in-house staff waiting in staff and reception were amazing. Extremely polite friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our cleaners Isabella and Roberta were lovely ( we left them a little note and small tip when we left and hope they received it). The breakfast staff were amazing and looked after us ensuring mum had a cushion and we had ‘our’ table. We were always looked after by the pool bar too, chatting and taking good care and attention. We really felt looked after and welcomed. The man on the piano was also lovely saying hello to us as we were nearly always sat having a drink after the pool or beach before returning to our room to freshen up, and we would listen to the music each time. The life guards both on the beach and by the pool were lovely too! Genuinely could not fault the staff they are all a credit to the hotel. Thank you for an amazing 3 weeks!!

Ci si sente in paradiso. Anche Manuela alla reception ha un team giovane e simpatico e in qualche modo rende tutto possibile con un grande sorriso. Had a very enjoyable stay with you last week. Our room was fantastic, breakfast choices and service was excellent. All staff were excellent but special thanks to Fabio, Viola, Alaria and the rest of the pool bar team - their service was outstanding. Nearly all the staff were absolutely brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Apologies, we can't remember the names of all the staff who treated us so well, but special praise for Viola, Ilaria, Fabio and Marco in the bar, as well as Anna and the Captain in the terrace restaurant. The pianist was great and very friendly and the pool boys were also very good.

We had an amazing holiday thank you Without exception your staff were friendly polite and professional at all times. It was definitely service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We hired a car for three days and took it back after two. We were happier just to be around the pool garden and beach. It was a little piece of paradise. Angie and Chris Page 😃❤️

Francesca in restaurant was very amenable and greeted us on all occasions. Very engaging and a credit to the hotel. Franco on hotel reception made us feel welcome from the start of the holiday and provided us with excellent information as well as checking on our well being throughout our stay. The lifeguard from near Brindisi was also extremely helpful and always engaged in conversation ( sorry to not remember his name). All three made the effort to make our holiday a wonderful experience. Stets freundliche Begrüßung. Sehr freundliches Restaurant und Barpersonal. Sehr zuvorkommend und immer wurden Wünsche beachtet und erfüllt. Schon nach dem ersten Tag wusste der Chef vom Restaurant und ebenfalls ein paar Mitarbeiter unsere Zimmernummer. Auch wenn wir nicht täglich dort zu Abend gegessen haben hat man uns sehr freundlich und lächelnd begrüßt. Wir hatten täglich die Möglichkeit unsere Kühlakkus für die Gefriertruhe abzugeben, das war ein toller 1a Service !!!! Die abendliche Livemusik war wunderschön und passend. VIELEN DANK DAS WIR UNSER ZUVOR PREFFERIERTES ZIMMER ERHALTEN HABEN. Unsere Putzdame war sehr sehr nett. Sofortiger Austausch des defekten Kühlschranks!!! VIELEN DANK DAFÜR!!! SCHÖNSTES HOTEL MIT SCHÖNSTER ANLAGE UND SCHÖNSTEM POOL UND SCHÖNSTER URLAUB DEN WIR JE VERBRACHT HABEN. DANKE !!!!!!!
