We had issues with the bikes when out on a cycle and they were not in a condition where they could be rode back without having the proper tools to fix them. We were very impressed at how promptly your mechanic arrived with replacements, he really saved the day as it would have taken us about three hours to walk back.

Room (with sea view) too expensive( nice room, but the price (almost 300 euro a night) is what you normally pay for a 4 or even 5 star hotel. My travel agent booked it, but I would look for more reasonably priced options next time (even though I really enjoyed your hotel)

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel upon checkout and was already preparing to fly to another country. We arrived hours before the check-in time, and we were able to store our luggage in the meantime + we received a text message as soon as our room was ready (and still before the actual check-in time). We were always kindly greeted, even if it was the 5th time we would pass by the reception that day. The staff was extremely helpful: e.g. when we needed a taxi, they would arrange one for us. When my partner needed medical help, they helped us with our questions. They even asked her the following day how things were going and if she was alright. The staff knew our room number, so when ordering something at the bar or asking for towels, it was quick and easy. Overall a very, very pleasant courtesy, kindness and helpfulness from the staff. We're definitely coming back and recommending Hotel Nautilus to friends and family.
