We arrived hours before the check-in time, and we were able to store our luggage in the meantime + we received a text message as soon as our room was ready (and still before the actual check-in time). We were always kindly greeted, even if it was the 5th time we would pass by the reception that day. The staff was extremely helpful: e.g. when we needed a taxi, they would arrange one for us. When my partner needed medical help, they helped us with our questions. They even asked her the following day how things were going and if she was alright. The staff knew our room number, so when ordering something at the bar or asking for towels, it was quick and easy. Overall a very, very pleasant courtesy, kindness and helpfulness from the staff. We're definitely coming back and recommending Hotel Nautilus to friends and family.

I have been lucky enough to visit many different places in europe for summer holidays, but I have never come across with such a lovely, kind and helpful people as the Nautilus staff! They could have been more helpful, they were there every time we needed them, any special requests or favour they always did and more important with a smile in their face. The hotel is tidy, the room booked is clean, the young staff are extremely polite, friendly, helpful and professional, they solved all our requests immediately. To all the wonderful team at the Nautilus, thank you for an amazing holiday. What a fantastic team, right across the hotel staff, everyone were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The cleaning staff were the best I've experienced, so hard working and always smiling and always doing an excellent job. Reception team were superb, anything we wanted organising they did for us - we literally turned up at the appropriate time and everything was ready - Hire car, Boat trip, taxis into Cagliari etc. Overall, we have to say that that's one of the best holiday hotel experiences we've had made even better by the wonderful Poetto beach and island of Sardinia which we have fallen in love with. Thank you to everyone, we will be back and adding further reviews on social media and trip advisor. Have a great season and enjoy the wonderful Sardinian weather.
