Great breakfast staff, friendly staff at the reception. Very nice we could store our bags for a couple of hours, even after the stay. Very much appreciated. Room (with sea view) too expensive( nice room, but the price (almost 300 euro a night) is what you normally pay for a 4 or even 5 star hotel. My travel agent booked it, but I would look for more reasonably priced options next time (even though I really enjoyed your hotel)

Sono italiano, ma abito in Brasile. Vengo regolarmente in Italia per visitare mia madre. Sono d anni cliente Accor ed è la prima volta che sclego un hotel fuori dalla rete. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e considero il prezzo pagato buono rispetto al servizio ricevuto. Amo la Sardegna e probabilmente il prossimo anno tornerò. Se i prezzi saranno attraenti, certamente ripeterò l'esperienza con voi.

We arrived hours before the check-in time, and we were able to store our luggage in the meantime + we received a text message as soon as our room was ready (and still before the actual check-in time). We were always kindly greeted, even if it was the 5th time we would pass by the reception that day. The staff was extremely helpful: e.g. when we needed a taxi, they would arrange one for us. When my partner needed medical help, they helped us with our questions. They even asked her the following day how things were going and if she was alright. The staff knew our room number, so when ordering something at the bar or asking for towels, it was quick and easy. Overall a very, very pleasant courtesy, kindness and helpfulness from the staff. We're definitely coming back and recommending Hotel Nautilus to friends and family.

The staff was so kind and helpful, always greeting us warmly when we passed reception. They knew our coffee order by heart. When I had some trouble with an infected mosquito bite, multiple members of staff checked in to see how I was doing. My partner and I were very pleased with the services!

I have been lucky enough to visit many different places in europe for summer holidays, but I have never come across with such a lovely, kind and helpful people as the Nautilus staff! They could have been more helpful, they were there every time we needed them, any special requests or favour they always did and more important with a smile in their face. Amazing staff, outstanding breakfast in terms of both quality and variety, and great location and facilities! My best stay so far in Cagliari, even compared to Palazzo Tirso! Will be back in a few weeks, I hope to be able to profit once again of the great seaview room we had last time ;-)

Ottima organizzazione e disponibilità del personale; pulizia delle camere, dei corridoi e dell'area esterna eccellente; eccezionale cordialità di TUTTO il personale. Colazione a buffet molto buona: tutto fresco, di buona qualità e vario; cappuccino di prima classe! Grazie per queste eccellenti condizioni alberghiere per una vacanza di successo per tutta la famiglia (11 persone).
