This was the best hotel we have stayed in it was the personal touches and upgrades the staff went above an beyond for me and Mason its actually quite emotional writing this as this place has left a special place in my heart and we will be back please appreciate the staff here they are true treasures one in particular Gustavo he was so attentive and such a wonderful human when I cried as my recently passed away he listened with no judgement and so helpful along with all the staff thanks for the best memories

J’ai organisé un week-end d’anniversaire surprise pour mon fiancé du 20 au 22 mars, et tout était absolument parfait. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue mer et grand balcon, un vrai bonheur ! La communication avec l’hôtel a été irréprochable du début à la fin. Le staff — vraiment tout le monde — a été extrêmement avenant, gentil, réactif, souriant et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions qui font toute la différence : un mot d’anniversaire de la part de l’équipe, leur aide précieuse pour la décoration, ainsi que le stockage de la surprise (les kayaks) dans votre local à vélos. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe ! Ayant eu l’occasion de séjourner dans plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles sur la Côte d’Azur, je peux vous assurer que la qualité humaine et le niveau de service que vous proposez sont loin d’être systématiques.

Sarei partito dalla struttura verso le 16. La camera era pagata fino alle 12. Mi son stati chiesti 100 euro, scontati... Mi è sembrato eccessivo, non ho accettato. A 50 euro non avrei fatto ostruzionismo e sarebbe stato un soggiorno al 100% soddisfacente. Solo questo

We were very pleased with the wonderful staff, the care and attention they took with every aspect of our stay. From the warm welcome to the attentiveness at any moment of the day, 5 stars! When our daughter left her rucksack on the bus on arrival with her favourite teddy and pens, the staff tried and tried to call the bus company to find the bag. When there was no luck, they told us where to go to try the lost property at the bus depot. Unfortunately we didn't find the bag, but my daughter was given a new teddy (similar to the old one) by the staff with a card. We are all very grateful for the thoughtful gift, it really helped our daughter Emmeline enjoy her holiday. All in all we are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We found the hotel to be excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Hotel in Cagliari. I could not comment on the breakfast because we did not attend in spite of having paid for them. We did find the restaurants in the immediate vicinity lacking in variety with most focusing on seafood to which I have allergies. That is not a reflection on the hotel just an observation. We very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly come and stay again.

We arrived without luggage after being impacted by the Berlin Airport Cyber Attack and had to forego our Como leg due to staying in Zurich longer in an attempt to retrieve our luggage (unsuccessful). Arrived not in the greatest state of mind but Sara looked after us, gave us a bigger room and everyone has just gone above to accomodate us. Bikes, breakfast, affiliated restaurants and beach bar and other dining suggestions all at your finger tips. We will come back for sure. Our 2 weeks Sardinian holiday almost ended before it began. At Cagliari airport, luggage in hand, my app suddenly read: “Reservation cancelled.” My wife was unwell, and I stood frozen, imagining every worst-case scenario. One phone call later, everything changed. The Hotel Nautilus receptionist passed me to Mirko. Calm, professional, and kind, he assured me there was a solution: though the hotel was full, he arranged three different rooms over our two-week stay. That moment of relief felt like salvation — and it set the tone for the days ahead. Hotel Nautilus is more than a hotel; it’s a retreat by the sea. Just one minute from the beach, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, you wake up feeling as if you live on the shore. The restaurant staff are cheerful and attentive, setting up your spot each morning and serving food that can be billed directly to your room. Dinner on our first night was unforgettable. Mirko suggested a restaurant just 30 meters away, with a 10% guest discount. Authentic Sardinian cuisine, professional service, and affordable prices — we were hooked. The rooms, though simple in design, were immaculate and comfortable. Moving between three rooms, we noticed the same high standards in each. The location is brilliant: a quiet, car-free street by the sea, yet with a bus stop only a minute away. In under 20 minutes you’re in Cagliari, and bikes are available to explore the coast and the flamingo-filled park. Breakfast deserves special mention. Fresh, varied, and topped with some of the best coffee we’ve had in Italy. Every staff member, from breakfast service to reception to cleaning ladies, radiated warmth and professionalism. With three separate buildings, the hotel feels intimate, never crowded. What began with panic turned into one of the most memorable holidays of our lives. Mirko and the all hotel team not only saved our trip — they made it extraordinary. We’ll be back, without a doubt. Thank you so much.

We had issues with the bikes when out on a cycle and they were not in a condition where they could be rode back without having the proper tools to fix them. Room (with sea view) too expensive( nice room, but the price (almost 300 euro a night) is what you normally pay for a 4 or even 5 star hotel. My travel agent booked it, but I would look for more reasonably priced options next time (even though I really enjoyed your hotel)
