We had a lovely stay and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. In particular the blonde lady who serviced our room and the young lady on reception on the day we arrived. Breakfast was excellent with very pleasant and attentive staff and one of the best selections of breakfast we have had anywhere. Tha barman who prepared our drinks and evening snacks for the lounge or our room was also very nice.

Thank you to all the staff at Palazzo. Me and my cousin had the best time and the staff were always so welcoming and happy to help with any queries we had. A special thank you to the reception staff who organised our taxis, and to the barman who works nights and was always happy to advise us on good places to go and offer a friendly chat on our return in the evenings.

We gave some feedback about the cleanliness of the room and this was dealt with very quickly and to our satisfaction. The staff / management were excellent, apologetic and resolved the issue. When a problem is reported, it is very important that it is taken seriously and sorted out promptly. The team did an excellent job!
