The staff and manager were exemplary and went above and beyond for myself and my friends. My friend had an injured knee from a bike wreck earlier that day and the staff helped us with getting a taxi to the hospital, and the manager even went and picked them up from the emergency room to bring them back to the hotel after they were done because they couldn't get a taxi. This was such a wonderful experience in every way, would rate 11 out of 10.

Colazione top, prodotti freschi e scelta abbondante, si vede che ci tengono. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilità al top: ci hanno aiutato con ogni richiesta. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare spa e piscina ma dall’esterno sembravano molto curate. Un ringraziamento speciale alla direzione per l’accoglienza e la cura dei dettagli. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to help me when I had a fall whilst there. They administered first aid and requested an ambulance for me . Debbie was so good and very reassuring which helped me so much . They checked up on me when I was at the hospital , organised food for when we returned and Mickol came to the hospital to collect us after she finished work . Thanks to the lovely night porter who made food for us and chatted to us after serving us a drink . All this made the day so much better after a horrible few hours . We appreciate all the help and kindness shown to us very much .

They were very polite and courteous no request was too much trouble The bar staff were also very friendly. I had a few different cocktails they were made to an excellent standard. The evening bar man was very efficient and polite and friendly The staff at breakfast were quick to accommodate our coffee orders and kept the food replenished. We were staying for 10 nights so a some variety would have been welcome. I did enjoy the mini pastries but they were only there twice The cleaners jet the room clean The room was a little battered and could have done with some touch up. Some drawers for clothes would have been nice especially as we were there for 10 days

Hi to the Hotel Palazzo Team, My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We especially want to mention the night shift staff member who finished his shift around 7:30 AM—he was incredibly helpful. On our first night, we had some bugs and mosquitoes in our room, and he kindly assisted us in removing them so we could sleep peacefully. The ladies working during breakfast were also very kind and made our mornings enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! We would come again.

We stayed in room 110 between 5-11 June 25. My partner and I had a wonderful stay, which was all down to the staff. Every member of the front office team were very welcoming and accommodating. The team answered all of my partners questions and were extremely polite. I too found found them to be exceptional. The bar staff were absolutely brilliant, very warm and accommodating. What interactions we had with the cleaning team, was again top notch. Very polite and warm and I apologise, I did not leave a tip as I could not locate the cashpoint to draw some money out. I only had breakfast once, but again, the staff were top notch. Having previously worked in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say your team are excellent and a huge asset to the hotel.
