We would especially like to acknowledge Micol, who cared for us so well on arrival. My wife had some concerns about mobility and the location of the hotel. Micol listened sympathetically and was very helpful, meaning that we stayed at the hotel rather than choosing to move elsewhere. She also checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure that we were OK, which we appreciated very much. The breakfast staff also worked very hard.

This was our first time in Italy and booking this hotel was a last minute decision but I am so glad I made the booking. The staff were really kind, always ready to help my daughter and I and always pleasant. The room, common areas and pool were always very clean, great breakfast, spa services included in booking and really really ideal location whether you’re driving or relying on other means of transportation. The promenade is a 7 min walk max down the road, with lots of restaurants, a cute little beach and things to do explore. The ferry port is also along the promenade for easy day trips along the lake. A great base and hotel choice if you’re visiting lake Garda. Thanks to the entire team from my mini and I!

Même en cherchant bien je ne vois pas ou je pourrais mettre un avis négatif, chambre un peu petite peut être? mais ca ne pénalise pas le sejour. Un Bravo en plus pour votre petit déjeuner tant sur le plan prestation que sur la belle disponibilité de votre personnel pour cette collation comme pour le bar d'ailleurs il est impossible de quitter l'hotel et d'avoir faim le matin Et chose importante , le descriptif correspond bien à ce que nous avons eu et vu.

Khalaf, the night manager, was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. He was always incredibly helpful, greeted everyone with a genuine smile, and was consistently cheerful. As Scotland fans, we were watching matches at some very unusual hours because of the kick-off times, but Khalaf was always kind, accommodating, and happy to help, no matter the time of day or night. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope his hard work and dedication are recognised. I would also like to thank the man who served at breakfast and at the bar. I am unsure of his name but he was also very friendly and extremely helpful to us. His service was consistently excellent and really added to our positive experience.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts sehr genossen haben. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Poolbereich. Dort konnte man Cocktails genießen, und auch Badetücher wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem standen ausreichend Liegen bereit, so dass man sich nie Sorgen machen musste, keinen Platz mehr finden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der persönlichen Mitarbeiter – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Service. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The staff and manager were exemplary and went above and beyond for myself and my friends. My friend had an injured knee from a bike wreck earlier that day and the staff helped us with getting a taxi to the hospital, and the manager even went and picked them up from the emergency room to bring them back to the hotel after they were done because they couldn't get a taxi. This was such a wonderful experience in every way, would rate 11 out of 10.

Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to help me when I had a fall whilst there. They administered first aid and requested an ambulance for me . Debbie was so good and very reassuring which helped me so much . They checked up on me when I was at the hospital , organised food for when we returned and Mickol came to the hospital to collect us after she finished work .
