Your front desk young lad who spoke English ( I think his name was Gabriele) was exceptional. He went out of his way to help not just us but many other English speaking guests. Sadly I lost my sun glasses at the hotel and I wonder if you have found them. They may well be in the reception area. If you do find them is it possible that you can return them to me by post ?

And the variety and quality of desserts at the breakfast exceeded my expectations: they are not extremely sweet and so tasty. I would go there again for desserts only. Grilled peppers and eggs with spinach were also good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not crowded, no queues. Thank you for not charging kids for breakfast, it always gives extra points to the hotel.

The helpfulness of Fellipo before we arrived was superb!!! The front desk staff is super professional. The room was amazing too. I have stayed at many, many hotels over 40 years and 50+ countries, and the management of this hotel should get a pay increase because they are fantastic.

Everyone went out of their way to make things possible - an ion to ion your dress, changing a room at short notice, special requests during breakfest... the Wifi was very good and worked faultlessly during the entiire week, this was mich appreciated. We had one dinner in the restaurant and the atmosphere and the food were outstanding. A special shoutout to the gentlemen at the reception, both day and night, who with their kindness, expert knowledge of the city and helpfulness were the perfect embodiment of Hotel Politeama. If we ever come back to Palermo, we will definitely stay here again! PS: I can't really say anything about the room prices, because I did not pay for the room myself and do not knpw how much it was.
