Die zentrale Lage des Hotels und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Mailand würde ich wieder das Hotel Windsor wählen.

Our stay at the Windsor Hotel was great. Even better was that we forgot a bag at the hotel when we left to return to Genoa. We called the hotel when we got off the train and the staff let me know that they had the bag. When I returned to the hotel the next day to get my bag the staff were friendly and polite. They said a hotel guest had found the bag and gave it in. This shows the kind of guests your hotel attracts. Thank you very much.

The location is great. Reception is very helpful in guiding us regarding parking, shopping etc. The room was comfortable and we loved the restaurant. The staff were helpful and the food was fantastic. That's precisely the reason why we couldn't book an additional night at short notice.

Kitchen staff were exceptional as well as the overall service. Whenever I called reception e.g. for water or airconditioning or safe queries someone always immediately came to the room to assist. Our initial room had a leak in the bathroom and we were upgraded without hassle. We really appreciated the stay.

No me quedé con el nombre, pero la chica que nos atendió en el bufet del desayuno fue muy agradable nos escuchó hablar en español y enseguida se dirigió a nosotras en español porque lo hablaba ya que había estudiado en canarias creo recordar. Al día siguiente nada más bajar se acercó a saludarnos y preguntarnos si queríamos lo mismo, y se acordaba a la perfeccion siendo yo un poco rara al tomar el café. La verdad es que nos pareció muy profesional y lo comentamos. Muchas gracias por todo!

Siamo stati incredibilmente grati che ci fossero sempre bevande gratuite disponibili nel minibar. È un piccolo dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto il fatto che la colazione fosse inclusa nella prenotazione della camera. It's a great hotel within the heart of Milan. It is much more impressive and good value of money in person as compared to online comments. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast options are much better than most of the other hotels. It's quite accessible to trams and train stations.

We booked Windsor hotel after owner of the appartment we’ve initially booked ghosted us. After hours sitting on the street in 35C we got replacement booking here and everyone was nice, AC on point, tasty breakfast, loved it.
