I would like to sincerely thank the staff the Windsor hotel for their very kind and considerate help during my stay at the Windsor hotel. I suffered an issue (pre-existing condition) with one of my knee which require me to go to the hospital to get an evaluation/medication. They staff went above and beyond lending me some crutches and also helping me with my bags from my room to the lobby and in general getting around the hotel. I truly appreciate the help that was given too me. I will stay here again at my next Milan visit!

El servicio es muy bueno y sin muy atentos con los huéspedes, ante cualquier duda o pregunta se preocupan por resolver cualquier inquietud o problema que se pueda presentar, por ejemplo, no podía abrir la puerta de mi cuarto, no sé si sea el sistema porque en el elevador no tuve problema, pero en la recepción me dieron respuesta inmediata y de manera muy cordial. La señora encargada del buffet del desayuno es muy cordial y atenta, siempre resuelve cualquier inconveniente con alguna mesa o el servicio de café.

Our stay at the Windsor Hotel was great. Even better was that we forgot a bag at the hotel when we left to return to Genoa. We called the hotel when we got off the train and the staff let me know that they had the bag. When I returned to the hotel the next day to get my bag the staff were friendly and polite. They said a hotel guest had found the bag and gave it in. This shows the kind of guests your hotel attracts. Thank you very much.

Kitchen staff were exceptional as well as the overall service. Whenever I called reception e.g. for water or airconditioning or safe queries someone always immediately came to the room to assist. Siamo stati incredibilmente grati che ci fossero sempre bevande gratuite disponibili nel minibar. È un piccolo dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto il fatto che la colazione fosse inclusa nella prenotazione della camera. I loved this hotel as our last stop for Italy. Close to train station I was able to do a day tríp to Como. Room was cleaned and clean towels were provided that day. I notified them that I need to check out very early and they gave us bag with breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay
