I called in the last minute to Milan. they kindly give me a hand and help me out with the very emergency situation. My flight was cancelled due to weather condition with Typhoon in Taiwan. I had to delay for 2 days. I really feel sorry for the staff. I really love to stay in the hotel when i am in Milan, this is like my home in my country. I will never forget this time they helped me with a situation. I will suggest to all my friends to take stays in this hotel. The mattress is now improved also, this is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good.

Everything was fine. We were there only one night and in the mirning, our hot water knob was not working and we had to have someone come to fix it and they came quick but it delayed us 20 min which in turn caused us to rush out which was stressful. Perhaps inspecting your shower and making sure everything is in working order before check in would be my suggestion.

All your staff were extremely pleasant and so helpful. Every member of staff that I spoke to were genuinely so upbeat and looked very happy in their job. I spoke with many restaurant staff, 3 different concierge staff, super helpful I forget to look at their names: the guy who checked us in so cheerful (we had a funny conversation about the language of dripping water :-) ), the guy who helped us book a tour and the lady who we asked for shoe shops in particular, and a super helpful porter who helped us with our luggage when he saw us leaving our room, help us in the lift and stored our bags. The superstar has to be Evan, he worked the evening shift in the restaurant, we didn't dine their but came in for desserts at the end of the evening. He was to cheerful, happy and so so funny and made great effort in conversation with us, we couldn't stop laughing. The hotel had a very relaxed appeal, nice lobby decor. Even though it was a bit smaller than I expected it didn't disappoint at all. I had read the reviews before booking, some said the trams/transport were noisy and disturbed their sleep, I didn't think the noise was bad at all. I read a review about no tea/coffee facility in the room which tends to be standard facility available in other places, however one suggestion would be to offer a complimentary tea/coffee on arrival once guests have checked in/settled in. That might be a good way to start the visit. Transport link were excellent, on our doorstep, who could ask for more - it was fab. All in all we had an amazing time in Milan and enjoyed our stay in Hotel Windsor - thank you!!
