My room's air conditioning was broken when I returned from the club late, like 3:30am. Even though the hotel was almost 100% booked, Lucca told me all the details about the 2 available rooms & let me choose the one I preferred to move to for the night. Also, the breakfast selection was very good & the location is excellent, plus it's so nice that Lime scooters has a parking spot onsite.

We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff were terrific in particular the man on front desk that checked us in. He also helped us when leaving to go through dining room to tram, to save getting wet as it was pouring rain on checkout. Those little chestures are things not forgotten. He's a great worker . Ashame we didnt get his name.

The representative at the front desk who checked me in on Saturday early afternoon was very kind. When she saw in my passport that I was born in Cincinnati Ohio she asked me about the Cincinnati Bengals NFL team and I learned that she was a Green Packers fan. She was also able to find me an available room to occupy right away - even though check-in time was later in the afternoon. What a friendly and helpful person. Also, the maid in the hallway on the 7th floor was always friendly when I was passing by on Saturday and Sunday, Even though she was hard at work, she took the time to smile and say "buon giorno". Also - the gentleman who checked me out on Sunday morning was very friendly and even knew my name - and he was helpful in allowing me to store my luggage for a few hours and arranging a taxi to the airport. These acts of kindness make such a difference in making you feel welcome when you are traveling internationally. Thank you for a enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Very helpful staff who took time to help when we had queries for getting about Milan. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms provided everything we needed.
