No me quedé con el nombre, pero la chica que nos atendió en el bufet del desayuno fue muy agradable nos escuchó hablar en español y enseguida se dirigió a nosotras en español porque lo hablaba ya que había estudiado en canarias creo recordar. Al día siguiente nada más bajar se acercó a saludarnos y preguntarnos si queríamos lo mismo, y se acordaba a la perfeccion siendo yo un poco rara al tomar el café. La verdad es que nos pareció muy profesional y lo comentamos. Muchas gracias por todo!

We booked Windsor hotel after owner of the appartment we’ve initially booked ghosted us. After hours sitting on the street in 35C we got replacement booking here and everyone was nice, AC on point, tasty breakfast, loved it.

L’hôtel est magnifique et d’une propreté remarquable. Notre chambre # 426 est spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable. Ameublement au goût du jour, lit King est douillet, chambre de bain bien équipée. L’hôtel offre le p’tit déjeuner buffet WOW, toute une table pour commencer la journée, pâtissiers italienne, café, fromage etc au goût du ciel. Le service est impeccable. My room's air conditioning was broken when I returned from the club late, like 3:30am. Even though the hotel was almost 100% booked, Lucca told me all the details about the 2 available rooms & let me choose the one I preferred to move to for the night. Also, the breakfast selection was very good & the location is excellent, plus it's so nice that Lime scooters has a parking spot onsite.

We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff were terrific in particular the man on front desk that checked us in. He also helped us when leaving to go through dining room to tram, to save getting wet as it was pouring rain on checkout. Those little chestures are things not forgotten. He's a great worker . Ashame we didnt get his name.
