My room's air conditioning was broken when I returned from the club late, like 3:30am. Even though the hotel was almost 100% booked, Lucca told me all the details about the 2 available rooms & let me choose the one I preferred to move to for the night. We enjoyed our stay. Reception staff were terrific in particular the man on front desk that checked us in. He also helped us when leaving to go through dining room to tram, to save getting wet as it was pouring rain on checkout. Those little chestures are things not forgotten. He's a great worker . The representative at the front desk who checked me in on Saturday early afternoon was very kind. When she saw in my passport that I was born in Cincinnati Ohio she asked me about the Cincinnati Bengals NFL team and I learned that she was a Green Packers fan. She was also able to find me an available room to occupy right away - even though check-in time was later in the afternoon. What a friendly and helpful person. Also, the maid in the hallway on the 7th floor was always friendly when I was passing by on Saturday and Sunday, Even though she was hard at work, she took the time to smile and say "buon giorno". Also - the gentleman who checked me out on Sunday morning was very friendly and even knew my name - and he was helpful in allowing me to store my luggage for a few hours and arranging a taxi to the airport. These acts of kindness make such a difference in making you feel welcome when you are traveling internationally. Thank you for a enjoyable and comfortable stay.

We arrived before noon and were so happy to hear that a room was available. The very kind desk service person realized we had accidently booked 2 twin beds - and put us in a junior suite so that we could be in one bed. She then arranged a boxed breakfast as we had to leave at 5 am. So kind!

I called in the last minute to Milan. they kindly give me a hand and help me out with the very emergency situation. My flight was cancelled due to weather condition with Typhoon in Taiwan. I had to delay for 2 days. I really feel sorry for the staff. I really love to stay in the hotel when i am in Milan, this is like my home in my country. I will never forget this time they helped me with a situation. I will suggest to all my friends to take stays in this hotel. The mattress is now improved also, this is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good.

The team were all so helpful and kind. We received breakfast bags for the day we checked out because it was too early for breakfast. They did everything they could to help and accommodate us.
