Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Even down to small things like when it was raining one of the ladies who was cleaning the room next door ran after us with an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. It seems silly but it really makes a massive difference. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but like I said every staff member deserves a massive thank you.

Lorenzo was very kind and a good bar tender. Stefano was great as well along with the front staff who were always in a happy mood. Our florentine steak did lack flavor and our clams were sandy without crab in a seafood dish that we ordered.

Julia at the front desk was amazing and always ready to answer any questions we had! Lorenzo was great making sure we always had whatever we needed and his fun cocktails and mocktails were delicious! The staff overall was wonderful and happy to help in any way we asked. Our first night we got to the property later than expected and weren't very hungry and the head chef was willing to serve me a caesar salad even though it was after 6:30 and it was just what I wanted!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at your beautiful facility. The food, beverages and amenities were all perfect. The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly and kind. The reception team at check in initially presented an air of aloofness (which was a bit uncomfortable for a new guest on arrival), but that was overcome by the lady who eventually checked us in and showed us to our room.

Our 5 night stay at Borgo Vescine in May 2025 was outstanding. Communications prior to arrival were first class. We received a very warm welcome and were made to feel like VIPs for the entirety of our stay. All staff performed above and beyond in their fields; the office team, the hospitality team, the housekeeping & yard teams. The rooms and grounds were utterly gorgeous, like the most romantic Tuscan movie set you could imagine. We participated in various activities which were excellent and highly recommended, such as a cooking class, wine tasting and truffle hunting! Additionally, the office arranged off-site activities on our behalf, such as horse riding and hot-air ballooning. We slept well, ate well, played well and did not want to leave. Borgo Vescine, you should all be so very proud of the unique and beautiful experience you deliver to your guests.

I commented to the management office how happy O was with the service and response. We had an issue with hot water that was fixed in moments after we mentioned it. Our driver on our departure day had an issue with his vehicle. We were given the opportunity to relax, enjoy a Cappucino in a warm dry place while we waited for another driver to come.

The staff were all very hard working and friendly. The service throughout all parts of the hotel and experiences was top notch. I seriously enjoyed the relationships that I created with the staff as well as the other guests. The communal dinners that encouraged the guests to get to know each other were amazing, I hope there is even more encouragement of the guests to do this and become friendly with each other. I had the best night of my entire holiday at the Olive Garden dinner getting to know the other guests at my table. Elizebetta for the cooking class was amazing and so sweet, Silio and his dogs Umbria and Brina were all hearts full of gold and they have all made life long memories for me and my Fiancé. The head waiter at the Bistro was hilarious and had amazing service along with all other service staff. The chef’s food was all fantastic. The head of the staff / hotel was amazing and made us feel very welcome and at home, as did the rest of the service staff. You definitely pay for the experience, but it is absolutely worth it because of the work and effort all of the team put in, Well done. I want to come back to Italy, just to I can relive my experience

Geweldige bediening en zeer vriendelijk personeel!!! En de behulpzaamheid!!! Eten was overal heerlijk!!! Buiten ziet alles er prachtig uit, heel sfeervol! De avonden in de olijfboomgaard en op het plein waren gezellig en sfeervol! (Toen waren wel álle lampjes aan!). Erg leuk ook om andere gasten te leren kennen. We zeiden tegen elkaar dat het een geluk was dat we ook beide avonden mee hebben kunnen maken. Want stel dat we op een andere dag (bijvoorbeeld op zaterdag) gearriveerd waren dan we hadden deze 2 dagen niet mee kunnen maken, dat zou erg jammer zijn geweest. We hebben 4 geweldig fijne dagen bij jullie doorgebracht!

We received a very warm welcome by the Gentleman at the reception who invited us for a drink at the bar and then walked with us to our room and told us more about the place. Later he also recommended a nice restaurant in a small village which was excellent! We enjoyed the beauty all around us. The breakfast was good and the hight light was the dinner party with the band playing in the backround. The atmosphere was good- we got to meet some of the other guests and the food was good!
