I commented to the management office how happy O was with the service and response. We had an issue with hot water that was fixed in moments after we mentioned it. Our driver on our departure day had an issue with his vehicle. We were given the opportunity to relax, enjoy a Cappucino in a warm dry place while we waited for another driver to come.

The staff were all very hard working and friendly. The service throughout all parts of the hotel and experiences was top notch. I seriously enjoyed the relationships that I created with the staff as well as the other guests. The communal dinners that encouraged the guests to get to know each other were amazing, I hope there is even more encouragement of the guests to do this and become friendly with each other. I had the best night of my entire holiday at the Olive Garden dinner getting to know the other guests at my table. Elizebetta for the cooking class was amazing and so sweet, Silio and his dogs Umbria and Brina were all hearts full of gold and they have all made life long memories for me and my Fiancé. The head waiter at the Bistro was hilarious and had amazing service along with all other service staff. The chef’s food was all fantastic. The head of the staff / hotel was amazing and made us feel very welcome and at home, as did the rest of the service staff. You definitely pay for the experience, but it is absolutely worth it because of the work and effort all of the team put in, Well done. I want to come back to Italy, just to I can relive my experience

De avonden in de olijfboomgaard en op het plein waren gezellig en sfeervol! (Toen waren wel álle lampjes aan!). Erg leuk ook om andere gasten te leren kennen. We zeiden tegen elkaar dat het een geluk was dat we ook beide avonden mee hebben kunnen maken. Want stel dat we op een andere dag (bijvoorbeeld op zaterdag) gearriveerd waren dan we hadden deze 2 dagen niet mee kunnen maken, dat zou erg jammer zijn geweest. We hebben 4 geweldig fijne dagen bij jullie doorgebracht!

The breakfast was good and the hight light was the dinner party with the band playing in the backround. The atmosphere was good- we got to meet some of the other guests and the food was good!
