Grounds/landscaping crew - The property was incredibly well maintained and groomed. We were especially in awe of the herbs and peppers that lined the walkways. The flowers, vines, trees, paved stone walkways, copper gutters, and even the random snails were all so beautiful!

The staff were all very hard working and friendly. The service throughout all parts of the hotel and experiences was top notch. I seriously enjoyed the relationships that I created with the staff as well as the other guests. The communal dinners that encouraged the guests to get to know each other were amazing, I hope there is even more encouragement of the guests to do this and become friendly with each other. I had the best night of my entire holiday at the Olive Garden dinner getting to know the other guests at my table. Elizebetta for the cooking class was amazing and so sweet, Silio and his dogs Umbria and Brina were all hearts full of gold and they have all made life long memories for me and my Fiancé. The head waiter at the Bistro was hilarious and had amazing service along with all other service staff. The chef’s food was all fantastic. The head of the staff / hotel was amazing and made us feel very welcome and at home, as did the rest of the service staff. You definitely pay for the experience, but it is absolutely worth it because of the work and effort all of the team put in, Well done. I want to come back to Italy, just to I can relive my experience

Geweldige bediening en zeer vriendelijk personeel!!! En de behulpzaamheid!!! Eten was overal heerlijk!!! Buiten ziet alles er prachtig uit, heel sfeervol! De avonden in de olijfboomgaard en op het plein waren gezellig en sfeervol! (Toen waren wel álle lampjes aan!). Erg leuk ook om andere gasten te leren kennen. We zeiden tegen elkaar dat het een geluk was dat we ook beide avonden mee hebben kunnen maken. Want stel dat we op een andere dag (bijvoorbeeld op zaterdag) gearriveerd waren dan we hadden deze 2 dagen niet mee kunnen maken, dat zou erg jammer zijn geweest. We hebben 4 geweldig fijne dagen bij jullie doorgebracht!

I enjoyed my stay at the Borgo Vescine. We received a very warm welcome by the Gentleman at the reception who invited us for a drink at the bar and then walked with us to our room and told us more about the place. Later he also recommended a nice restaurant in a small village which was excellent! We enjoyed the beauty all around us. The breakfast was good and the hight light was the dinner party with the band playing in the backround. The atmosphere was good- we got to meet some of the other guests and the food was good! This was our second “anniversary” visit. The first time, fifteen years ago, we fell in love with the place. This time, fifteen years later, the staff was a warm and welcoming, the improvements that have been made since our last visit and the accommodations themselves were top-notch. At the last minute, the receptionist was able to book us in the same room we had 15 years ago and arranged a dinner in the olive grove - which we loved. We can’t say enough good things about Il Borgo de Vescine. We WILL be back!

grazie atutto lo staff, personale di sala molto competente, unica pecca e la metto in questa string perchè è solo un suggerimento, il personale della colazione (ad eccezione del giovane ragazzo) discute molto tra di loro a voce piuttosto alta ed i piatti vuoti sono rimasti sul nostro tavolo per tutta la durata della colazione, ho chiesto gentilmente di portarli via perchè le vespe stavano banchettando. il resto è stato perfetto ed Elena è semplicemente fantastica!!!
