I love very much the hotel. It’s beautiful and lived all the experiences. The cooking class was excellent, the restaurants delicious especially the terrasse. The waiter so knowledgeable and nice. The waiters and staff all had a great attitude. They were helpful but also playful, when we invited to it. That makes all the difference for a stay like ours. Especially our spontaneous Karaoke on Saturday was memorable.

We had a great time at our stay. The dinner under the stars was my favorite experience. The pool was my favorite place. The hiking trails were gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was amazing. But my favorite thing of all was actually the staff. In particular, the waiters at breakfast/Terazza/the bar who were there every day and night, the sommelier who gave me a wonderful private wine tasting and the reception staff - who even helped ensure I was able to easily and safely get my passport and jewelry which I accidentally left behind. They helped me avoid a stressful situation that I'm incredibly grateful for. I could tell everyone at Borgo Vescine worked very hard and made special effort to make sure we had a great stay. More than most establishments. Thank you all so much!!

Even the maintenance, room service, housekeeping staff exceeded our expectations. We were also very grateful to the concierge and reservation staff that help helped us check in, answer our questions during our stay and for all the recommend recommendations that were given to us during the day to help us have the best vacation we could have. Literally cannot say enough good things about everyone there. This trip to Tuscany was a huge bucket list scratch for my Husband and I. There are so many options for accommodations throughout Tuscany. It was very difficult to choose, but we are so grateful we chose Borgo Vescine, for our vacation because it created an authentic experience that exceeded every possible expectation we could’ve ever had.

The Concierge was very polite and professional when solving the problem of our leaky roof. We had a lot of water dripping on the headboard and on one side of our bed, he gave us the key to the room next door and allowed us to keep our clothes in our first room, making our stay much smoother. I was told at checkout that the roof would be properly repaired during the close-down at season end. And our Sommelier was amazing! Cannot remember her name, blonde with glasses, excellent knowledge. Very unique property, spectacular views during the day, but equally enjoyed walking the property at night; very intimate and quiet. We also very much enjoyed the farm to table cooking class with Chef Daniel and Francesca, we shared many laughs and had fun learning as well.
