We had a great time at our stay. The dinner under the stars was my favorite experience. The pool was my favorite place. The hiking trails were gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was amazing. But my favorite thing of all was actually the staff. In particular, the waiters at breakfast/Terazza/the bar who were there every day and night, the sommelier who gave me a wonderful private wine tasting and the reception staff - who even helped ensure I was able to easily and safely get my passport and jewelry which I accidentally left behind. They helped me avoid a stressful situation that I'm incredibly grateful for. I could tell everyone at Borgo Vescine worked very hard and made special effort to make sure we had a great stay. More than most establishments. Thank you all so much!!

The Concierge was very polite and professional when solving the problem of our leaky roof. We had a lot of water dripping on the headboard and on one side of our bed, he gave us the key to the room next door and allowed us to keep our clothes in our first room, making our stay much smoother.
