The staff at Remmese was incredibly accommodating, especially the gentleman with the shaved head (so sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind to us when we needed a snack between the restaurant serving hours). We very much enjoyed the wine tasting & pairing dinner and our sommelier was very knowledgeable and personable (again, sorry I don’t remember her name).

Everyone was attentive, helpful and kind. I really enjoyed every element of the Le Agavi. The Beach Club restaurant was outstanding and my wife and I enjoyed taking the water taxi into town. Every morning we would read the news and in the evening we would have a nightcap. We loved doing that from our balcony. The only thing that made me sad on the trip is that we did not come to Italy sooner! I can’t wait to come back.

i forgot his name, he served the wine/liquor counter in the evenings that is located by the front desk in the same building. he also served the alcohol at the pool during the day. he completely changed my experience of being in positano from average to excellent. he recommended me a pasta place in rome, tonnarello on v. della paglia, and it was lifechanging. he is also incredibly friendly and extremely humble. i wish him the best and hope to see him again when i return

Honestly we had spent 3 days at a hotel in Sorrento and had such a horrible and dismissive expereince with the staff there, the second we came into Le Agavi it was like a fresh of breath air. The kindess and attentiveness of all of the staff, from front desk, masseuses, people at the resturant, just everybody was incredible. We were just blown away by the service and care. We enjoyed the pool personnel, very helpful, and checked on us frequently. This was not done as well down at the ocean by the staff down there. The manager personally walked us to our room and this started our entire stay with a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the site was incredibly beautiful. In Tony's case, we arrived at the pickup area for a return trip on the shuttle after 9:30 PM. Thinking we would have to wait for an hour, We were quite surprised when shortly after, Tony drove into the pickup area. He told us that he thought that the 9:30 shuttle was very full, so he thought returning early was indicated. He didn't need to arrive early, but he cared about the guest's needs.
