Your resort is just beautiful, the rooms were spectacular and so clean , the beach, pool , restaurants and food were an A+ . The shuttle and water taxi were terrific and so accommodating. The lift was so fun ! It was a wonderful vacation for my family in every way . Elizabetha - she was wonderful and so truly helpful ! Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday . Melania always quickly and effectively helped us with everything we needed—reservations, boat trip, getting to town, dinner reservations at the hotel, etc.. and she made it easy and joyful. We cannot say enough about what an incredible person Melania is and that she made our trip so enjoyable and made us want to come back to stay with you again. In Tony's case, we arrived at the pickup area for a return trip on the shuttle after 9:30 PM. Thinking we would have to wait for an hour, We were quite surprised when shortly after, Tony drove into the pickup area. He told us that he thought that the 9:30 shuttle was very full, so he thought returning early was indicated. He didn't need to arrive early, but he cared about the guest's needs. Giuseppie was so friendly and accommodating every morning at breakfast - we looked forward to seeing him every morning. Pardon me for forgetting his name, but the night shift employee whose name begins with an A is absolutely hilarious and friendly. We loved chatting with him every night. He would get on shift around 6:30pm and I remember he said he has some young grandchildren. Additionally, the woman responsible for keeping our room was wonderful- I do not remember her name, but if you could please look at your records and see who the main person cleaning our room was and please recognize her for her stellar work. The bartender at night was courteous and remembered our favorite cocktails. The shuttle van driver was a reliable.

The room was lovely as was turn down service and room cleaning. Staff were all very friendly. The concierge was so helpful showing us to the room and explaining the locations for other activities. In addition, my daughter’s luggage was lost and they went above and beyond to try and retrieve it before we left. The failure was American Airlines and not the staff who called the airport to try and get that luggage. Many thanks to them for their efforts.
