Here's a polished review you can post: Our stay at Le Agavi in Positano was absolutely exceptional. The entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. Every single team member was kind, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A special thank you to the manager, Sonya, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. We would also like to recognize the bellman who graciously carried our heavy bags to and from our room. His help and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. The level of service at Le Agavi is second to none. It is rare to find a hotel where every staff member consistently delivers such warmth and care. We highly recommend Le Agavi to anyone visiting Positano and looking for an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return!

In Tony's case, we arrived at the pickup area for a return trip on the shuttle after 9:30 PM. Thinking we would have to wait for an hour, We were quite surprised when shortly after, Tony drove into the pickup area. He told us that he thought that the 9:30 shuttle was very full, so he thought returning early was indicated. He didn't need to arrive early, but he cared about the guest's needs. Giuseppie was so friendly and accommodating every morning at breakfast - we looked forward to seeing him every morning. Pardon me for forgetting his name, but the night shift employee whose name begins with an A is absolutely hilarious and friendly. We loved chatting with him every night. He would get on shift around 6:30pm and I remember he said he has some young grandchildren. Additionally, the woman responsible for keeping our room was wonderful- I do not remember her name, but if you could please look at your records and see who the main person cleaning our room was and please recognize her for her stellar work. Also, from my interaction with Sonia, it is clear she leads understanding treatment of people matters the most. This is our favorite hotel in the world. Every single person at the hotel we encountered was just wonderful from assistance with dinner reservations to the shuttle to helping us get around. I was blown away by the helpfulness of ALL of the staff. My first day, Guiseppe was incredibly attentive at the pool. I then spent most of my time at the Beach where Christian and the others were very helpful and attentive. The waiters/servers were also wonderful there! At Remmese for dinner, I was blown away by how the chef accommodated my order since I was by myself so that i could enjoy a meal that was for 2 people on the menu. It was one of the best meals I had in Positano. The boat staff, like Mossimo, made me feel safe and comfortable! The breakfast staff--all of them, were so kind and welcoming with a smile. Finally, I have to give a shout out to the concierge team, and Ivan, who were patient and beyond helpful as I explored my dinner options while there. They were very kind and warm with all of my questions! I cannot wait to come back!

We spent a week at Le Agavi in early July and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible. While I cannot remember all the names, I would say that the pool staff and bartender was super friendly and helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast was quick, happy and always so attentive to our needs. The front desk staff was always eager to answer our questions, make reservations and help us with anything we needed. The shuttle drivers were kind and always on time with a smile. We thought everyone at the beach and the beach restaurant were great and also the water taxi. Big shout out to Joe, the boat driver we had for our 4 hour trip up and down the coast. He was fantastic! Thank you and we hope to come back again someday!

It was a really great experience which I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s going to Positano! The only bad thing that happen to my stay would be the problem my boyfriend encountered with the cleaning clothes service which damaged his polo Loro Piana by washing it not correctly… which made his pretty upset. But it’s on process, he already contacted the hotel to see what can be done to repair the damages.
