Omg🇮🇹 LAgavi was an amazing experience, one we will never forget . Sonya was beyond kind,helpful,courteous, answered every question,helped with reservations. Giuseppe at the pool was wonderful, he prepared lunch for us every day made sure we had plenty of drinks, food, towels, he was lovely to my grandchildren. I will never forget Giuseppe. For breakfast in the morning, there was another Giuseppe that took care of us from day one he made us feel so welcome offered us so many different choices at breakfast. He was sure that we had a coffee every morning our juices my sister-in-law eats gluten-free. Giuseppe made sure she had plenty of snacks and gluten free food options. We can’t say enough about La agave we love everyone there. It was a wonderful vacation experience. Looking forward to coming back again. We love you guys the Cascone family.🇮🇹

Their professionalism and warmth made everything effortless. Thank you to Antonino for his patience and friendly service driving the shuttle throughout our stay. The beach bar staff were attentive, welcoming, and always made us feel well cared for. A special thank you to the taxi boat captain, who always made us feel safe and took great care of our family on every trip to and from the beach. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team. Every evening it was a pleasure to return to a spotless, beautifully organized room—it truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed the pool personnel, very helpful, and checked on us frequently. This was not done as well down at the ocean by the staff down there. The manager personally walked us to our room and this started our entire stay with a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the site was incredibly beautiful. We will recommend to friends and family. We hope to return in the near future.

Melania stood out as an Outstanding person/employee! She was so efficient and helpful, and she is so genuinely warm and welcoming. Melania always quickly and effectively helped us with everything we needed—reservations, boat trip, getting to town, dinner reservations at the hotel, etc.. and she made it easy and joyful. We cannot say enough about what an incredible person Melania is and that she made our trip so enjoyable and made us want to come back to stay with you again. Everyone was wonderful but I would like to mention Ivan (spelling?) at reception when we arrived and Tony. In Tony's case, we arrived at the pickup area for a return trip on the shuttle after 9:30 PM. Thinking we would have to wait for an hour, We were quite surprised when shortly after, Tony drove into the pickup area. He told us that he thought that the 9:30 shuttle was very full, so he thought returning early was indicated. He didn't need to arrive early, but he cared about the guest's needs. Giuseppie was so friendly and accommodating every morning at breakfast - we looked forward to seeing him every morning. Pardon me for forgetting his name, but the night shift employee whose name begins with an A is absolutely hilarious and friendly. We loved chatting with him every night. He would get on shift around 6:30pm and I remember he said he has some young grandchildren. Additionally, the woman responsible for keeping our room was wonderful- I do not remember her name, but if you could please look at your records and see who the main person cleaning our room was and please recognize her for her stellar work. Every member of staff we engaged with were first class. They could not have done more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
