When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff. One member in particular, I wish I could recall his name, was extremely helpful in his explanation of the surrounding area and accomadating us by gettng a cab to visit Santarcangelo, where my grandparents were from. I was also informed that my surname, Semprini, was a popular name in Rimini. In fact he shared that there was a Street or Avenue or Lane named Semprini. I wish we had more time, I would have journeyed out to try to find it for a picture. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again!

I did appreciate compensation for the 1 night. It just wasn’t enough for what we went through. 2 days of our weeklong vacation were ruined because of the leaking roof and lack of A/C. The staff at breakfast was ALWAYS fantastic!!! Super nice, very helpful, we loved them.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir auch die Rolläden im Fenster, dann konnte man nachts gut schlafen und tagsüber die Sonnenstrahlung abhalten. Das finden Deutsche immer sehr angenehm ;-) Sehr angenehm war auch, dass man am Pool sitzen konnte ohne gleich etwas verzehren zu müssen. Vielen Dank!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam. Ook de mensen van de bar zeer vriendelijk. Spijtig dat ik hun naam niet meer weet. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen. Een opmerking: er was een jongen achter de bar, die naar ik denk autisme heeft. Veel dingen waren verkeerd gebracht, hij kon op veel vragen, wat de bar en eten betreft niet beantwoorden. Hij moest er telkens iemand bij roepen. Toonde geen emotie, amper antwoord. Lieve jongen maar niet iemand om die job te doen, spijtig.

Personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Un ringraziamento speciale alla governante del piano di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome ( eravamo alla stanza 305). Nel corso degli anni abbiamo visto un alternarsi di ragazzi e ragazze, alcuni ormai sono volti quasi familiari ma tutti accomunati da professionalità, cortesia e sorrisi. Grazie per aver reso anche quest'anno il nostro soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri

Se fosse stata a 150,00 magari riuscivamo fare qualche giorno in più. Comq, grazie siamo state bene, spiaggia compresa. Agosto volevo tornare ma i prezzi sono troppo ma davvero troppo alti.
