Complimenti per le migliorie apportate all'area spa: la grande sauna esterna, i dispenser dell'acqua, l'area relax più organizzata e la novità dei rituali in sauna. Il personale della Spa è preparato e squisito come ogni volta, questa volta abbiamo anche notato con piacere che la responsabile si è attivata per inibire un comportamento scorretto di alcuni ospiti che parlavano a voce molto alta disturbando il relax di tutti. Wow what a great stay with great friendly helpful staff. Incredibly clean, staff does an amazing job cleaning daily. Gym was great Everyone was so helpful. Absolutely loved the cappuccinos and breakfast. And the pool. Highly recommended. We picked Rimini almost at random (end of train line to other cities and the beach), then found your place. Was a bit worried, but wow so nice. Thanks so much for the great visit.

While I can’t recall the names of your staff, we were warmly greeted every we came in, the food was spectacular and the environment welcoming and very friendly! Ich fand das Hotel richtig gut und such den service die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und können schnell unverständlichkeiten aufklären. Ich bin sher dankbar für den Aufenthalt gewesen ich fand es super und meiner Mutter war ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und der blick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft gewesen. Wir hatten immer ein sauberes Zimmer und auch die lautstärke war super von draußen sehr gut gedimmt durch die Balkong tür auch die klimaanlage war super leise was wirklich gut war.

I'll rate the vacation to Booking.com (as we booked through them), but I can only say bog thanks for the lovely stay. People are different and something small things make big difference. Here we find everything very thoughtful and well functioning for a nice Vacation. Tha suite is very satisfying, the lokation is perfekt, the staff and the food, and the drinks.. everything works perfekt for us. We are fully enjoying aour holiday so big thanks! We love it ❤️

All the staff was so nice and helpful. The only reason I don't know more names is that they were too small on the name tags and I could not read them. The cleaning lady we talked to, bar staff, breakfast questions, reception question, solving problems... you guys are great! The kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning was great.

Veniamo a Le Rose da tanti anni e in periodi non sempre di vacanza. In questa occasione siamo state benissimo pur avendo scelto una stanza più semplice del solito. Ci sono piaciuti molto il servizio di acqua free, le biciclette disponibili senza costi, la possibilità di fare acqua gym inclusa. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e sorridente.

We stayed at the hotel from Monday to Saturday and were generally satisfied. The hotel is clean, and most of the staff are very friendly. A special mention goes to the lady who cleaned our room – she was always cheerful, very quick, and thorough. Really excellent! Breakfast was okay. There was a decent selection, but it lacked that typical Italian charm. For example, we missed things like olives. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold every morning – which was a pity. Maybe the heating plate was broken or simply missing a proper cover. The massage treatment was definitely a highlight – very relaxing, and we felt truly comfortable. However, what really spoiled our last day and left a lasting negative impression was the way we were treated at the beach area. We paid extra every day to reserve front-row sunbeds and regularly spent money at the beach bar – so we definitely contributed financially. On Friday, our last full day, there was a misunderstanding regarding €10. We simply asked a polite question, but the lady at the beach reception reacted in a very condescending way. She smirked at us and made dismissive comments in Italian in front of other guests – unfortunately for her, we understand Italian and heard exactly what she said. That was upsetting and completely inappropriate. One of the staff members tried to smooth things over afterward, which we appreciated. But the way that woman treated us was very disappointing. When we mentioned the incident at the front desk, we didn’t get the feeling that it would actually be addressed. On the contrary, it felt like we weren’t taken seriously – which made us wonder if this kind of thing happens more often. Since we specifically booked this holiday for the beach and the sea, this situation really cast a shadow over our entire stay. And even though the hotel itself is fine, we unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience. That said, we still want to give general praise to the hotel management for creating such a pleasant and well-kept atmosphere overall.

Ho soggiornato presso la Vostra struttura in occasione del mio matrimonio. Mio marito ed io siamo stati trattati come amici di vecchia data, coccolati e viziati oltre misura. L'ospitalità romagnola è famosa ma Voi vi siete superati. In ringraziamento particolare va ad un ragazzo del bar di cui non ricordo il nome: capelli lunghi e tratti esotici. La sua carineria e la sua gentilezza sono state un vero regalo!
