Generally, our stay was really great. Stuff was really friendly, smiling and eager to help. At the last day we met general manager who was very polite, helpful and friendly. We can really recommend hotel and stay in Rimini in this location.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un addio al nubilato e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! La posizione è strategica e assolutamente fantastica: l'hotel si trova vicino a tantissimi locali, il che lo rende perfetto per viversi al meglio le serate e la movida senza stress. Siamo state nella suite 501: una camera favolosa, super comoda e organizzata benissimo, che ha permesso a noi 6 ragazze di condividere un'unica stanza in totale comfort. La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti, inoltre, è davvero impeccabile. Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è senza dubbio lo staff. Tutti si sono dimostrati straordinariamente cordiali, disponibili e simpatici. Non solo sono sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, ma è stato un vero piacere scambiare con loro anche una semplice chiacchierata. Nota di merito anche per l'area benessere: abbiamo adorato la piscina, utilizzata in più occasioni, e l'esperienza in SPA è stata magica. Un grazie speciale va a Rubert, che in sauna ci ha regalato un momento di puro relax sventolando l'aria calda con tre oli essenziali diversi e una musica di sottofondo super rilassante. In sintesi: tutto fantastico ed un'esperienza unica che consigliamo vivamente a tutti! Un caro saluto, Le ragazze della 501 ✨

L'hotel ci era sembrato perfetto per il nostra breve soggiorno, rispetto all'esigenze di quel periodo. Ora che abbiamo una bimba, i nostri bisogni sono cambiati, eppure il vostro Hotel ha saputo intercettare e esaurire le nostre rinnovate esigenze. Credo questo sapersi adottare a clienti diversi, o vederli tornare in nuove situazioni familiari, racconti della grande qualità del servizio offerto, a tutti i livelli.

Complimenti per le migliorie apportate all'area spa: la grande sauna esterna, i dispenser dell'acqua, l'area relax più organizzata e la novità dei rituali in sauna. Il personale della Spa è preparato e squisito come ogni volta, questa volta abbiamo anche notato con piacere che la responsabile si è attivata per inibire un comportamento scorretto di alcuni ospiti che parlavano a voce molto alta disturbando il relax di tutti. La Spa è ciò che ci fa scegliere ormai da tempo la vostra struttura!

We had great restaurant suggestions, we were assisted with a reservation and when we requested an iron or extra towels everything was set in place very fast.
