V'deim (pardon spelling) was amazing! He was instrumental in our amazing holiday, recommending food, sites, tickets, cars, etc. He went above and beyond to address our needs! Francesca, his coworker, was also very generous with her time to assist us in planning. The location was perfect for us to do all the things we came to do! Ebikes within 2 blocks, many nearby street cafes and restaurants, easy to walk to stores and train, even an amazing rooftop bar at your sister hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. My wife and I stayed for three nights in January 2025 and enjoyed the stay. The hotel is in an ideal location, it was very clean and quiet. We would stay there again on a return trip.

The pace is sincerely nice but the staff is superb. Lovely young people and the lady ag the breakfast bar is really nice. I love staying in this hotel and will continue staying there. Ginebra is a amazing as a person and employee. All of them. Super happy.
