Francesca, his coworker, was also very generous with her time to assist us in planning. The location was perfect for us to do all the things we came to do! Ebikes within 2 blocks, many nearby street cafes and restaurants, easy to walk to stores and train, even an amazing rooftop bar at your sister hotel. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant in suggesting and booking places to eat, ordering taxis and, most importantly, sorting out a problem with a hotel booking for later in our trip. All of them deserve medals. This is the second year we have stayed at the hotel. We so much appreciated our stay last year that we brought friends this year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. My wife and I stayed for three nights in January 2025 and enjoyed the stay. The hotel is in an ideal location, it was very clean and quiet. We would stay there again on a return trip.
