The staff was awesome, extremely accommodating and helpful. We booked only one night and realized we needed to add two more nights. They booked us into their sister hotel Antico, for the second night. They delivered our luggage to the other hotel for us. The third night, we returned to Palazzo Scamozzi and our luggage was waiting for us in our room. We had problems with our cell phones and they made phones calls for us. They helped us in so many ways. We will forever be grateful for them.

We appreciated being able to leave our bags after checkout but before our actual departure while we enjoyed seeing more of the city. The hotel personnel were very kind to us and communicated to us in English because of our unfamiliarity with Italian language. The office manager called us a taxi. Everything was perfect except that we did not stay long enough!

V'deim (pardon spelling) was amazing! He was instrumental in our amazing holiday, recommending food, sites, tickets, cars, etc. He went above and beyond to address our needs! Francesca, his coworker, was also very generous with her time to assist us in planning. The location was perfect for us to do all the things we came to do! Ebikes within 2 blocks, many nearby street cafes and restaurants, easy to walk to stores and train, even an amazing rooftop bar at your sister hotel. Unique, but attractive room setups that met my needs perfectly! Grazie mille!

Most courteous, genuinely cheerful, and helpful team, including the front desk, the cleaning crew, and the breakfast crew. There is a young gentleman at the front desk that was also there during our previous stay and is always accommodating and proving us with helpful information regarding Vicenza. Cudos also for the lady in the breakfast crew who is always cheerful and gracious with our attempts to say a few words in Italian
