V'deim (pardon spelling) was amazing! He was instrumental in our amazing holiday, recommending food, sites, tickets, cars, etc. He went above and beyond to address our needs! Francesca, his coworker, was also very generous with her time to assist us in planning. The location was perfect for us to do all the things we came to do! Ebikes within 2 blocks, many nearby street cafes and restaurants, easy to walk to stores and train, even an amazing rooftop bar at your sister hotel. Unique, but attractive room setups that met my needs perfectly! Grazie mille!

Staff are lovely especially the staff on breakfast one of the ladies just loves my daughter as we've been there twice now and always makes an effort to make her feel nice!
