We stayed there for a wedding and the facilities were wonderful! Rooms were comfortable, food was great and the whole setting felt like we were at our own personal villa up in the hills with just fiends and family! It was a wonderful weekend! And the staff were superb - sorry we kept them all up so late Saturday night but they were back at work Sunday morning with smiles and a great attitude!

L’accoglienza, l’amore , la passione e la dedizione si percepisce dal fantastico percorso culinario dello Chef Boffa , al servizio impeccabile di tutto il personale (dal bar, alla locanda e al bistrot) e dalle mani professioni del team della spa. Il tutto contornato dagli stupendi paesaggi collinari, i profumi primaverili e la location curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci tengo a dedicare due parole in più per la cena con menù degustazione ai piedi delle Alpi, perché non è da concepire con una cena ma come un’ esperienza. C'est la 4eme fois que nous venons à San Uffizio. Bravo pour l'accueil et la qualité du service. La restauration est excellente et le personnel de salle est très professionnel. But the very friendly check-in lady provided us with two great dining alternatives which we gladly accepted. We had two great experiences and especially liked the second dining option at Locanda Casa Costa. Excellent food and great wine pairing thanks to the owner of the restaurant.

We really enjoyed conversations with Anneka who was on reception and bar duty during our stay. Also the usual barman who was very passionate about his profession, suggesting drinks to satisfy every palate. To be honest every member of staff we encountered were professional and courteous during our stay!

Except the first experience at the pool, we really liked the staff, super friendly, smiling and helpful. This is true for the restaurants, bar, reception and cleaning team. We got help to find a good restaurant . We also appreciated the efforts all did to speak some french and we were impressed that most of them spontaneously tried to interact in french to make our life easier, without us asking for it.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. On one occasion we couldn’t get any running water and one young man, who was on the reception late that evening went to great lengths to help us, offering bottled water to improvise for the inconvenience and assuring us he would find a solution in the morning, when the manager was in attendance.
