Er tat mir leid, weil er m.E, nichts zu tun hatte. Vielleicht ist es eine gesetzliche Vorschrift, dass er dort sein musste?

Our appreciation extends to the entire team, from those we encountered front of house to the many people working behind the scenes. There was a warmth and generosity of spirit throughout the hotel that felt completely natural rather than trained or scripted. People seemed genuinely happy to help, proud of the property and, importantly, respectful and supportive of one another. Having spent so much of my life in hotels, I have learned that when the same attitude is evident across different departments and at different levels of an organisation, it is rarely accidental. It normally tells you something about the culture of the hotel and the leadership behind it. Sant’Uffizio has an exceptional team, and they deserve enormous credit.

Anna at reception was fantastic and so were the staff at the gourmet restaurant. We forget to mention in advance that my fiancé was pescatarian and the staff and the chef did an amazing job creating a lovely and delicious menus for my fiancé. Well done. Also the president of the group was at the property during the stay and he asked us a few times if everything was okay / we were enjoying our stay which was very nice of him.

Servizio molto attento e disponibile a partire dall’accoglienza, al personale del bistrot (sia per cena sia per il servizio colazione), al personale di Spa, agli addetti dell’area piscina e pool bar. La struttura é molto bella, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza, e può giustificare il prezzo elevato, può essere solo il servizio offerto. Il personale era giovane e probabilmente alle prime esperienze, ma l’attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente è stata alta.
