Wir haben ganz spontan , ein paar Tage vor Anreise gebucht. Der junge Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und auch der weitere Schriftverkehr zur Buchung verlief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Hotelangestellten waren ALLE sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer um eine nette Auskunft bemüht. Danke für diesen tollen , schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen .

We had a lovely week at the Sky Pool Hotel Sole. Ideally placed and an easy walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, especially the reception and catering staff. Food was excellent but the menu for half-board guests was limited especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan. However, there was flexibility within the menu and alternative options were offered by the staff - eg starters as mains, salad or omelette etc The cleaners were excellent and the room was spotless. Overall, a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and to recommend to family and friends. x

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel" Sky Pool Hotel Garda" hat mir mit meinen Schwestern und Schwägerin sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Reinigungspersonal leistet sehr gute Arbeit!! Der Handuchwechsel würde auch alle 2 Tage reichen. Tischdeckenwechsel im Restaurant finde ich etwas übertrieben und nicht Umweltfreundlich. Würde auch dort etwas weniger Wechsel reichen. Der Parkplatz den wir mit unserem Kleinbuss( Bulli) benutzen durften,,hatte ebenfalls einen guten Preis. Nur noch teurer darf es insgesamt für uns nicht werden!! Wir haben uns wie immer über unsere % gefreut. Seit vielen Jahen besuchen wir ihr Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

We liked the way the trainees were nurtured, when being trained. We saw a growth in their confidence and they were less diffident. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was immaculate after Juliana had cleaned it. If we return to that part of Italy we would rebook. We fLund there there were not enough sockets in the room and the lift jumped. A huge thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us on our visit to Lake Garda! Our reception was very good. When we asked for a room with a double bed, rather than two singles pushed together, another room was quickly assigned. When our shower had a flood on first use, it was quickly sorted. Marian and all the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and accommodating. I am vegetarian, and Marian made sure I was always given choices that I was happy with, for our evening meal. The breakfast buffet was always amazing. The night porter was also so helpful on our early departure; making sure that we were able to have some breakfast before we were picked up. The room and bed were very comfortable, and cleaned and tidied every day.

All the employees were amazing = helpful, smiling and open for a talk and advise. One morning, there were no more plain croissants close to breakfast close time, and the lady said "well just bake some for you" - and after 10 minutes 3 fresh warm croissants were delivered to our table. Every morning we were served lovely Cappuccino! Also at the pool bar, everyone was performing fast and good service with a smile. At the reception we were greeted with a smile and a Hello every time we came in or went out. A big thank you to all of you, for making our stay relaxing and wonderful !

My sister and I had never stayed at your hotel before despite visiting the resort three times before. We were very very pleased with the experience. We were immediately greeted with a smile. Made to feel at home. Although I will admit we found our room on the small side with a rather underwhelming balcony view at the rear end of the property which I assume is allocated to all Tui clients, I cannot think of any other negatives,.... aside from music played inside the hotel which can seem a bit intrusive and not, I have to say, to my personal taste! Otherwise I have no complaints whatsoever. The food in your hotel is very very good. The pasta dishes in particular were delightful. That is the best lasagne I have ever tasted. I loved the big omelettes at breakfast. Your waiting staff are wonderful. I really appreciated their very helpful and friendly approach. It's the same with the bar staff. The hotel bar is brilliant and not just in terrible weather! I also really liked the reception area with facilities for making hot drinks Lots of thoughtful little touches. Thank you for everything you did to make our holiday to Garda a major success despite the fact that the weather was TERRIBLE!!! But as Scots.... we are used to it!

Your location is perfect for the town centre, busses and ferries. There was an excellent choice of food that was tasty and well presented. Everything about our stay was excellent. I'd particularly like to mention all the staff at the hotel who were all so pleasant, friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The only reason we probably wouldn't come back again is because we like to chose different places to visit, we rarely go back to the same place. However, we would absolutely recommend Sky Pool Hotel to anyone else visiting Garda. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay at the hotel because there is no aircon or fan in the room. The room we had was south facing and extremely hot at night. When the door is open the roads and nearby bars/ restaurants are noisy to about 1ish in the morning. Then things start up again around 6am. Plus with the windows being open we got mosquito bites which makes the holiday unpleasant. Even with the windows open it is difficult to get air flow as there is no other windows in the rooms. British people are not used to heat at this point in the year so suggesting that it’s not hot for yourselves or for locals doesn’t seem a good justification and spoils the sleep / rest we would expect on a holiday. Staff were all excellent and rooms very clean. Food good.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen wieder sehr genossen. Besonders möchten wir das sehr freundliche Personal loben. Alle Mitarbeiter haben uns immer sehr nett begrüßt und bestens bedient. Das Personal beim Frühstück hat uns bestens mit Kaffee versorgt, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Buchung eines Ausflugs und das House-Keeping hat unser Zimmer immer sehr schön sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer und auch sonst im Haus hat alles funktioniert und alles war jederzeit sehr sauber. Machen sie auf jeden Fall so weiter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
