An overall fantastic experience just exactly what we wanted. All staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hotel fresh and clean throughout. Exceedingly comfortable bed, room always fresh and tidy, The roof pool an absolute delight to swim in and very easily accessed by stairs and or lift offering a fantastic view of the lake, Dressing gowns very much appreciated, Nothing was a problem in the Restaurant for example could have two starters if one wanted instead of the main meal, and could enjoy "un vero caffe" at breakfast available on request. Liked the idea of ordering dinner at breakfast time, Excellent choice for breakfast and dinner always nicely presented and the fish in particular for lake fish was outstanding lovely choice of salads etc available pre-dinner with great cheese board available post dinner. The Mozzarella di Bufala served in the pool bar (all the way from Campania) was absolutely "squisita" definitely the real thing and fresh as a daisy. A seamless stay as said above exactly what we wanted totally chilled out and very relaxing and excellent value for money. Grazie a tutti voi!

We had a lovely week at the Sky Pool Hotel Sole. Ideally placed and an easy walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, especially the reception and catering staff. Food was excellent but the menu for half-board guests was limited especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan. However, there was flexibility within the menu and alternative options were offered by the staff - eg starters as mains, salad or omelette etc The cleaners were excellent and the room was spotless. Overall, a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and to recommend to family and friends. x

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel" Sky Pool Hotel Garda" hat mir mit meinen Schwestern und Schwägerin sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Reinigungspersonal leistet sehr gute Arbeit!! Der Handuchwechsel würde auch alle 2 Tage reichen. Tischdeckenwechsel im Restaurant finde ich etwas übertrieben und nicht Umweltfreundlich. Würde auch dort etwas weniger Wechsel reichen. Der Parkplatz den wir mit unserem Kleinbuss( Bulli) benutzen durften,,hatte ebenfalls einen guten Preis. Nur noch teurer darf es insgesamt für uns nicht werden!! Wir haben uns wie immer über unsere % gefreut. Seit vielen Jahen besuchen wir ihr Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

A huge thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us on our visit to Lake Garda! Our reception was very good. When we asked for a room with a double bed, rather than two singles pushed together, another room was quickly assigned. When our shower had a flood on first use, it was quickly sorted. Marian and all the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and accommodating. I am vegetarian, and Marian made sure I was always given choices that I was happy with, for our evening meal. The breakfast buffet was always amazing. The night porter was also so helpful on our early departure; making sure that we were able to have some breakfast before we were picked up. The room and bed were very comfortable, and cleaned and tidied every day.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From reception staff (Margarita and Valeroni) to staff in general was exceptional. Gentile and others in the restaurant also very, very good and friendly. Room cleaning staff also of a high standard. Night security friendly and welcoming. Hopefully I have the correct name spelling. Reception staff I have named ‘out of this world’. Very rarely do we leave a ‘tip’ but on this occasion we felt it necessary to do so in all departments.

All the employees were amazing = helpful, smiling and open for a talk and advise. One morning, there were no more plain croissants close to breakfast close time, and the lady said "well just bake some for you" - and after 10 minutes 3 fresh warm croissants were delivered to our table. Every morning we were served lovely Cappuccino! Also at the pool bar, everyone was performing fast and good service with a smile. The entire staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned like clockwork while we had breakfast, and the restaurant and bar staff (led by Marian) were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Sehr schöner Pool mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir sind am Empfang sehr lieb empfangen worden. Ohne dass wir reserviert hatten, wurden uns Zimmer gezeigt. Und wir konnten ein Zimmer auswählen. Und reibungslos konnten wir das Zimmer um zwei Nächte verlängern. Alles TOPP Ich empfehle ihr Hotel liebend gern weiter. Freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel. Lieber Gruß Viola

We had travelled for two days and were exhausted on arrival. To be met by such a wonderful team on arrival.. from reception to housekeeping and to our breakfast hosts - the service was outstanding. The breakfast options were beyond expectations and to have a bag prepared for us due to a super early departure was really appreciated.

As I booked my holiday a year in advance I requested a room at the front of the hotel on the second floor which we have been in the past, unfortunately are room was at the side of the hotel on the third floor view was a block of apartments and looking down at the hotel bins, apart from that the hotel is clean and staff friendly and efficient

My sister and I had never stayed at your hotel before despite visiting the resort three times before. We were very very pleased with the experience. We were immediately greeted with a smile. Made to feel at home. Although I will admit we found our room on the small side with a rather underwhelming balcony view at the rear end of the property which I assume is allocated to all Tui clients, I cannot think of any other negatives,.... aside from music played inside the hotel which can seem a bit intrusive and not, I have to say, to my personal taste! Otherwise I have no complaints whatsoever. The food in your hotel is very very good. The pasta dishes in particular were delightful. That is the best lasagne I have ever tasted. I loved the big omelettes at breakfast. Your waiting staff are wonderful. I really appreciated their very helpful and friendly approach. It's the same with the bar staff. The hotel bar is brilliant and not just in terrible weather! I also really liked the reception area with facilities for making hot drinks Lots of thoughtful little touches. Thank you for everything you did to make our holiday to Garda a major success despite the fact that the weather was TERRIBLE!!! But as Scots.... we are used to it!

Your Hotel was bright, clean and airy and felt relaxing and ‘homely’. Our room was bright, comfortable, well equipped and cleaned perfectly each day. The pool was a perfect temperature and the pool area a good mix of sun loungers and tables/chairs. Your Staff were all smiley, friendly and professional. Your location is perfect for the town centre, busses and ferries. There was an excellent choice of food that was tasty and well presented. The Sky Pool Hotel Sole Garda was without doubt the best private hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing hotel rooms immaculate although pool & seating area floor upstairs could have done with more attention . Restaurant staff fantastic compliments to Marian Gentile, & Nina for going the extra mile to help us with the menu. Compliments to the chef food always amazing . Great location ., fabulous stay. Maybe ramp up the air conditioning in the rooms a bit it did get rather hot . Sorry from that loved it 😁

Every member of staff I met was friendly, highly efficient and helpful. Two small suggestions: Coffer available in rooms and in the reception area and some of the food was not hot enough for the British taste. I didn’t mind as I knew about that from previous trips to Italy but it’s the one thing I overheard others mention negatively. Gracie Mille- I had a wonderful holiday!

A wonderful stay at Sky Pool Sole Hotel. Drinks on arrival a nice touch and rooms comfortable and modern. We enjoyed the breakfasts very much - a great selection and all staff were so friendly & helpful. A great location & the sun terrace relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Wonderful gelatos and drinks. All in all a gem of a hotel and would recommend.

All staff very friendly especially Nina in the dining room who was very efficient and took an interest in the clients wishes. Reception also assisted to booking the Opera evening and taxi service to same. The solo singer was very good but he needs to bond with the clients a little more and encourage them to sing with him on certain of his songs. Loved the relaxed pre dinner drinks by the pool and good service.
