Hello, Following some somewhat negative comments about certain aspects of the hotel and to reassure future clients: 1. I had no problem with parking and I have a VW Tiguan, which is not a small car; of course, it's a bit tight but with a few maneuvers, there was no problems. 2. As for the restaurant, I was completely satisfied with the quality and quantity, with impeccable service. I had the panorama room which was very beautiful and the view was exceptional. The team we interact with everyday is what makes Sole Garda Sky Pool great. Angela’s breakfast smile every morning (and bringing our daughter a hot gluten free croissant every day), Max at the front desk with his charming personality and great Garda insights, Fabio and Andrea at the Sky pool Bar crafting great cocktails and late afternoon snacks and the lovely cleaning team who had to deal with our three teenagers in a different room which requires extra special attention. The location is great and the accommodations what you’d expect - but it’s the people that make it extra special. This is a place you won’t forget.

Wir baten um einen anderen Tisch, der uns angeboten wurde, eine nette blonde Servicekraft stimmte zu, die dunkelhaarige Servicekraft nahm Ihr die Menükarten ab u. verwies uns auf den alten Platz. nach dem Motto, entweder hier oder gar nicht! Wir wollten da nicht sitzen, da wir die kalte Klimaanlage nicht vertragen. Bei Rückfragen bezüglich des Namens der unfreundlichen Dame, bitte Angelo befragen er kennt den Vorfall. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with Valerio at reception being a standout. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great advice on planning our days out and providing us with ferry vouchers that made exploring the area even easier. The dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight, with the option to order freshly made omelettes, and the dinner options were consistently delicious. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of food surpassed my expectations. The waitstaff were always on hand to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was also fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant servers, made us feel at home and truly added to the enjoyment of our trip. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Hotel Sole Garda highly enough. Liked the idea of ordering dinner at breakfast time, Excellent choice for breakfast and dinner always nicely presented and the fish in particular for lake fish was outstanding lovely choice of salads etc available pre-dinner with great cheese board available post dinner. The Mozzarella di Bufala served in the pool bar (all the way from Campania) was absolutely "squisita" definitely the real thing and fresh as a daisy. A seamless stay as said above exactly what we wanted totally chilled out and very relaxing and excellent value for money. Grazie a tutti voi!

Die Zimnereinrichtung und das Bad ist qualitativ hochwertig und funktional sehr gut durchdacht, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben ganz spontan , ein paar Tage vor Anreise gebucht. Der junge Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und auch der weitere Schriftverkehr zur Buchung verlief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. We had a lovely week at the Sky Pool Hotel Sole. Ideally placed and an easy walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, especially the reception and catering staff. Food was excellent but the menu for half-board guests was limited especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan. However, there was flexibility within the menu and alternative options were offered by the staff - eg starters as mains, salad or omelette etc The cleaners were excellent and the room was spotless. Overall, a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and to recommend to family and friends. x

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel" Sky Pool Hotel Garda" hat mir mit meinen Schwestern und Schwägerin sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Reinigungspersonal leistet sehr gute Arbeit!! Der Handuchwechsel würde auch alle 2 Tage reichen. Tischdeckenwechsel im Restaurant finde ich etwas übertrieben und nicht Umweltfreundlich. Würde auch dort etwas weniger Wechsel reichen. Der Parkplatz den wir mit unserem Kleinbuss( Bulli) benutzen durften,,hatte ebenfalls einen guten Preis. Nur noch teurer darf es insgesamt für uns nicht werden!! Wir haben uns wie immer über unsere % gefreut. Seit vielen Jahen besuchen wir ihr Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

We liked the way the trainees were nurtured, when being trained. We saw a growth in their confidence and they were less diffident. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was immaculate after Juliana had cleaned it. If we return to that part of Italy we would rebook. We fLund there there were not enough sockets in the room and the lift jumped. A huge thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us on our visit to Lake Garda! Our reception was very good. When we asked for a room with a double bed, rather than two singles pushed together, another room was quickly assigned. When our shower had a flood on first use, it was quickly sorted. Marian and all the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and accommodating. I am vegetarian, and Marian made sure I was always given choices that I was happy with, for our evening meal. The breakfast buffet was always amazing. The night porter was also so helpful on our early departure; making sure that we were able to have some breakfast before we were picked up. The room and bed were very comfortable, and cleaned and tidied every day.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From reception staff (Margarita and Valeroni) to staff in general was exceptional. Gentile and others in the restaurant also very, very good and friendly. Room cleaning staff also of a high standard. Night security friendly and welcoming. Hopefully I have the correct name spelling. Reception staff I have named ‘out of this world’. Very rarely do we leave a ‘tip’ but on this occasion we felt it necessary to do so in all departments.
