Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer, 311, war nach dem Frühstück immer in einem Top-Zustand. Der Zimmerservice hat eine hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Da können sich in Deutschland einige Hotels noch viel anschauen. Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten war super. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Man wurde immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt, was auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Die Mahlzeiten, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, waren qualitativ sehr hoch. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen gehabt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder. Viele liebe Grüße an alle Hotel-Mitarbeiter

Thank you so much to the staff who really look after this hotel and the guests. The hotel is immaculate, the food is lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. All staff members were lovely, but we had most interaction with staff in the dining room. Special thanks to Angela for being such a lovely lady and to reception staff who helped me with an issue I was having, making phone calls on my behalf. Thanks also to the chef/kitchen staff for their lovely meals and for preparing fresh eggs for breakfast for me a couple of days. They also prepared an alternative meal for my son when he was not keen on the day's options.

Hello, Following some somewhat negative comments about certain aspects of the hotel and to reassure future clients: 1. I had no problem with parking and I have a VW Tiguan, which is not a small car; of course, it's a bit tight but with a few maneuvers, there was no problems. 2. As for the restaurant, I was completely satisfied with the quality and quantity, with impeccable service. I had the panorama room which was very beautiful and the view was exceptional. The team we interact with everyday is what makes Sole Garda Sky Pool great. Angela’s breakfast smile every morning (and bringing our daughter a hot gluten free croissant every day), Max at the front desk with his charming personality and great Garda insights, Fabio and Andrea at the Sky pool Bar crafting great cocktails and late afternoon snacks and the lovely cleaning team who had to deal with our three teenagers in a different room which requires extra special attention. The location is great and the accommodations what you’d expect - but it’s the people that make it extra special. This is a place you won’t forget.

Wir baten um einen anderen Tisch, der uns angeboten wurde, eine nette blonde Servicekraft stimmte zu, die dunkelhaarige Servicekraft nahm Ihr die Menükarten ab u. verwies uns auf den alten Platz. nach dem Motto, entweder hier oder gar nicht! Wir wollten da nicht sitzen, da wir die kalte Klimaanlage nicht vertragen. Bei Rückfragen bezüglich des Namens der unfreundlichen Dame, bitte Angelo befragen er kennt den Vorfall. We found the hotel to be extremely well managed in all areas. The reception staff were friendly and helpful dealing efficiently with any issues. The dining room staff were attentive and professional at all times. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, the room was always left clean and tidy after their work. Exceptional Stay at Hotel Sole Garda I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sole Garda Sky Pool Hotel Sole Garda for two weeks, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with Valerio at reception being a standout. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great advice on planning our days out and providing us with ferry vouchers that made exploring the area even easier. The dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight, with the option to order freshly made omelettes, and the dinner options were consistently delicious. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of food surpassed my expectations. The waitstaff were always on hand to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was also fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant servers, made us feel at home and truly added to the enjoyment of our trip. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Hotel Sole Garda highly enough. With exceptional food, impeccable service, and a beautiful setting, it made for a truly memorable vacation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Exceedingly comfortable bed, room always fresh and tidy, The roof pool an absolute delight to swim in and very easily accessed by stairs and or lift offering a fantastic view of the lake, Dressing gowns very much appreciated, Nothing was a problem in the Restaurant for example could have two starters if one wanted instead of the main meal, and could enjoy "un vero caffe" at breakfast available on request. Liked the idea of ordering dinner at breakfast time, Excellent choice for breakfast and dinner always nicely presented and the fish in particular for lake fish was outstanding lovely choice of salads etc available pre-dinner with great cheese board available post dinner. The Mozzarella di Bufala served in the pool bar (all the way from Campania) was absolutely "squisita" definitely the real thing and fresh as a daisy. A seamless stay as said above exactly what we wanted totally chilled out and very relaxing and excellent value for money. Grazie a tutti voi!
