Such welcoming and friendly staff. We had a wonderful few days.

2026-10-18

We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help at the drop of a hat. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their kindness and willingness to assist really made a difference. Learning the local language can sometimes be a little challenging, but everyone we tried it out on was incredibly patient, encouraging, and more than happy to help us improve our pronunciation. These little interactions made the experience even more special and memorable. The hotel has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness of the staff truly made our stay stand out. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. We would love to return in the future!

2026-09-13

Our stay at the hotel was so relaxing. Excellent breakfast and evening meal choices. Very good staff. Lovely to come back after a busy hectic day on the lake to such a calming place, and lovely clean room. The pool and pool bar had wonderful views, a nice place to have a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Arriving 9.30 pm we weren’t expecting any food and were both pleasantly surprised to have something to eat after a long day travelling. We noticed a lot of the guests had been before which is a sign of a good hotel and its staff. The location of the hotel is very good. Thank you for a lovely holiday Elaine and Bryan Humphreys

2026-08-16

We had a fantastic stay with you last week, the hotel was everything we needed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, all speaking very good English, our fridge was not working very well on our first day and when I mentioned it to the reception staff, they had it replaced immediately. Naoeme was also very helpful when advising us on transport to the airport and arranged a taxi for us. The hotel was extremely clean as were our rooms. Considering all elements, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The restaurant manager and his team were excellent. Ana and Sara always very pleasant and happy to help in any way. The team remembering our names, asking if we had a nice day and offering advice on where we should visit made our stay most enjoyable. My wife and I could see that the restaurant was well run with an efficient team all working together. The little touches like providing refreshment in the reception area whilst you are waiting for your transportation to the airport was excellent.

My wife and I had the most wonderful holiday and definitely the most enjoyable stay at an hotel ever. Our room was cool and comfortable and very well appointed. The cleanliness was maintained daily and always immaculate for our return (a big thank you Ida). The staff are very friendly and the restaurant staff immaculate. The meals are, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the ambiance, the quietness, and the generous servings of Parmesan - thank you! The cold water and detox ginger, in the lounge area near reception, was very welcome after a days sight seeing. We had an initial problem with the refrigerator door not closing properly in our room and this was attended to promptly. Although not used, the pool towels and bath robes provided are a very nice touch. Overall an excellent hotel and we will definitely visit again.

2026-07-23

2026-07-19

The staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful and always had a smile 😊

2026-07-19

We came back to your hotel after staying last May and absolutely loving it - particularly how warm and welcoming all of your staff were. Unfortunately this year there was a new member of staff that made us quite uncomfortable on a number of occasions. He seemed to take enjoyment out of this. Simply put, Labib is in the wrong industry. We will be returning to Lake Garda annually, and your hotel would have always been unquestionably the hotel where we stayed. However, after feeling uncomfortable on each encounter with Labib I don’t feel we will return to Sky Pool Hotel. Please note that the rest of your staff are warm, welcoming and a joy to encounter.

2026-07-19

I suffer from a severe sesame allergy. The man in charge of waiting at table was very careful to ensure that i didn't order meals containing sesame. This he did for my entire holiday. So a big thank you goes to him and his professionalism. The reception and room services were both excellent.

Thank you for looking after us do well and making our stay so enjoyable. Thanks to the cleaning staff who kept our room pristine and the whole hirel clean and hide. The food was excellent. A good choice, delicious and well presented. The staff in the restaurant were the best we've experienced anywhere. A very enjoyable stay.

2026-05-21

There should be a downstairs bar and comfortable furniture as sitting at the upstairs open bar area is too cold at night, a lot of people went out for a drink so you are losing money by not doing this. We went to the Continental Hotel, you should be aware of their lounge rooms which were very welcoming.Excelent team of waiting staff at your hotel, and chef and cleaning staff.

2026-05-21

The breakfast team and bar staff were great and reception team were too. The level of cleanliness was outstanding . Our room was well looked after. One thing , for the cost of the room perhaps fresh bottles of water replaced daily would have been appreciated.

2026-05-21

All staff lovely and very helpful creating a welcoming atmosphere.

2026-05-21

Keep up the good work continue to support you guests

All members of staff were truly excellent.

2026-04-30

It is a lovely hotel and the situation is perfect for the Lake, bus depot and restaurants. The one downside was that the room was very small to fit two single beds. We could only manage inches between us. Apart from that I really enjoyed our stay..

2026-04-30

Great staff in all departments

Viele liebe Grüße an alle Hotel-Mitarbeiter

2025-10-23

Thank you so much to the staff who really look after this hotel and the guests. The hotel is immaculate, the food is lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. All staff members were lovely, but we had most interaction with staff in the dining room. Special thanks to Angela for being such a lovely lady and to reception staff who helped me with an issue I was having, making phone calls on my behalf. Thanks also to the chef/kitchen staff for their lovely meals and for preparing fresh eggs for breakfast for me a couple of days. They also prepared an alternative meal for my son when he was not keen on the day's options.

2025-10-23

The housekeeping staff did a first class job. Friendly, efficient and very professional. Well done Ida and crew. The dinning room was excellent due to a great extent to Marian, Angela, Daniela, Anna and Libal, thank you all for making our stay memorable. Thanks to the unseen Chefs for great food. Thanks to reception for help and efficient check in and out.
