We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help at the drop of a hat. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their kindness and willingness to assist really made a difference. Learning the local language can sometimes be a little challenging, but everyone we tried it out on was incredibly patient, encouraging, and more than happy to help us improve our pronunciation. These little interactions made the experience even more special and memorable. The hotel has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness of the staff truly made our stay stand out. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. We would love to return in the future!

On the day of our check out at 07:00 on the 24/09/26, we were notified our flight had changed from Verona to Milan. The receptionist (I am sorry I do not know her name as we were a little preoccupied) contacted the taxi firm you had sorted out for us and cancelled our original pick up to Verona and got a taxi to take us to Milan within 15 mins. Please pass on our thanks and I am sorry I did not say that on the day. This was our 4th stay and we will be back again.

We had a very enjoyable week at your wonderful hotel. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, and was kept spotlessly clean by Donatella. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and were really impressed by the range and quality of the food. It was also a treat to sit outside on the attractive terrace every morning. The dinners were also very good and the service impeccable. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in over many years and was made particularly special by all the kind, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met was lovely! Lovely to come back after a busy hectic day on the lake to such a calming place, and lovely clean room. The pool and pool bar had wonderful views, a nice place to have a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Arriving 9.30 pm we weren’t expecting any food and were both pleasantly surprised to have something to eat after a long day travelling. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the room, including the detail to cleanliness and beautiful white decor. The size of the room for 4 people was perfect. The quality of the slippers were really lovely as well. The staff were very professional and welcoming, and we tremendously enjoyed the rooftop pool area with the amazing views and drinks. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the most memorable moment that we really enjoyed was the evening of music with Ale Fusco. We would love to return again! We had a fantastic stay with you last week, the hotel was everything we needed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, all speaking very good English, our fridge was not working very well on our first day and when I mentioned it to the reception staff, they had it replaced immediately. Naoeme was also very helpful when advising us on transport to the airport and arranged a taxi for us. The hotel was extremely clean as were our rooms. Considering all elements, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were also very touched to receive a breakfast bag on our day of departure as we were leaving at 6am. Cannot fault anything about our stay and will definitely be back at some stage.

Wir haben uns in den letzten 6 Tagen in Ihrem tollen Hotel rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang, der Service im Restaurant und die Reinigungsdamen gaben alle ihr Bestes und sind mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. The restaurant manager and his team were excellent. Ana and Sara always very pleasant and happy to help in any way. The team remembering our names, asking if we had a nice day and offering advice on where we should visit made our stay most enjoyable. My wife and I could see that the restaurant was well run with an efficient team all working together. The little touches like providing refreshment in the reception area whilst you are waiting for your transportation to the airport was excellent.

My wife and I had the most wonderful holiday and definitely the most enjoyable stay at an hotel ever. Our room was cool and comfortable and very well appointed. The cleanliness was maintained daily and always immaculate for our return (a big thank you Ida). The staff are very friendly and the restaurant staff immaculate. The meals are, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the ambiance, the quietness, and the generous servings of Parmesan - thank you! The cold water and detox ginger, in the lounge area near reception, was very welcome after a days sight seeing. We had an initial problem with the refrigerator door not closing properly in our room and this was attended to promptly. Although not used, the pool towels and bath robes provided are a very nice touch. Overall an excellent hotel and we will definitely visit again.

Ein sehr großes Lob an das Team (Laura, Valerio, Marijan, Diana, Dyana......) An der Poolbar fehlt Fabian und Andrea sehr, hier hatten wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Kleine Kritik: An einem Abend wollten wir an der Poolbar Getränke für das Zimmer mitnehmen, wir waren schon spät dran 22:50 Uhr. Keine Begrüßung vom Kellner (Name weiß ich nicht) nur wir schließen in fünf Minuten. Das ganze fanden wir nicht okay. Die Dame (Name weiß ich nicht) hat uns dann die Getränke to go gemacht, war auch sehr freundlich. Der Service hat am Nachmittag ab 14:00 Uhr beim Schichtwechsel sehr nachgelassen. Es kam niemand zur Bestellung aufnehmen, wenn wir bestellt hatten gab es keine Chips/Nüsse nur auf Nachfrage. Wahrscheinlich waren wir zu verwöhnt von den Jahren zuvor. We came back to your hotel after staying last May and absolutely loving it - particularly how warm and welcoming all of your staff were. Unfortunately this year there was a new member of staff that made us quite uncomfortable on a number of occasions. He seemed to take enjoyment out of this. Simply put, Labib is in the wrong industry. We will be returning to Lake Garda annually, and your hotel would have always been unquestionably the hotel where we stayed. However, after feeling uncomfortable on each encounter with Labib I don’t feel we will return to Sky Pool Hotel. Please note that the rest of your staff are warm, welcoming and a joy to encounter.

Besonders gefallen haben uns das ausgezeichnete Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen sowie das vielfältige und hochwertige Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und die großzügige Dusche war ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. There should be a downstairs bar and comfortable furniture as sitting at the upstairs open bar area is too cold at night, a lot of people went out for a drink so you are losing money by not doing this. We went to the Continental Hotel, you should be aware of their lounge rooms which were very welcoming.Excelent team of waiting staff at your hotel, and chef and cleaning staff.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer, 311, war nach dem Frühstück immer in einem Top-Zustand. Der Zimmerservice hat eine hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Da können sich in Deutschland einige Hotels noch viel anschauen. Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten war super. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Man wurde immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt, was auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Die Mahlzeiten, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, waren qualitativ sehr hoch. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen gehabt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder. Viele liebe Grüße an alle Hotel-Mitarbeiter

Thank you so much to the staff who really look after this hotel and the guests. The hotel is immaculate, the food is lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. All staff members were lovely, but we had most interaction with staff in the dining room. Special thanks to Angela for being such a lovely lady and to reception staff who helped me with an issue I was having, making phone calls on my behalf. Thanks also to the chef/kitchen staff for their lovely meals and for preparing fresh eggs for breakfast for me a couple of days. They also prepared an alternative meal for my son when he was not keen on the day's options.

The housekeeping staff did a first class job. Friendly, efficient and very professional. Well done Ida and crew. The dinning room was excellent due to a great extent to Marian, Angela, Daniela, Anna and Libal, thank you all for making our stay memorable. Thanks to the unseen Chefs for great food. Thanks to reception for help and efficient check in and out.
