The location was remote and stunning — truly a place to get away from it all, which I value so highly. The welcome and hospitality from the staff were top-quality, first-class ++. I felt so comfortable with the place and its furnishings — the views were out of this world. The food was delightful and of incredible quality, and the service team — the waiters, etc. — were so knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I didn’t want the dining experience, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, to end… I wanted more and more. Everyone was courteous, polite, friendly, and welcoming — which is not an easy task, but they struck the balance perfectly. The room was spotlessly clean, cosy, and inviting — we loved it. It has to be said that it is very remote, which for me (and others like me) is part of the appeal, though not everyone will feel the same — having a car is quite important.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The reception are lovely and the restaurant staff similarly so. Our hire car broke down and everyone was sympathetic and helpful with taxis. Special thanks to the young lady who sorted out the taxi overcharge.
