Wir waren 3 Nächte da und es war unfassbar schön. Die Ruhe, der gute alte und so umsichtig gestaltete Ort, die so qualtitativ hochwertige Auswahl der Bettwäsche und der Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer - alles zusammen ein Gesamtkunstwerk. Wir waren in Brescia und Verona an einem Tag und einmal am anderen Tag in Sirmione, was sie von euch aus so gut als Tagesausflüge gestalten lässt. Eure Bedienungen - beim Frühstück und Abends - und abends die Rezeptionistin sind unfassbar authentisch freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr aufgehoben. Wir haben nach dem ersten Abendessen schon überlegt, ob wir auswärts essen, uns aber die beiden weiteren Abende für euer Restaurant entschieden. Tartar, Ente, Trüffel Pasta und Fischsupper waren sehr gut und ALLE Nachspeisen samt Espresso ein Gedicht. Der Frühstücksspot im Wintergarten ist genial. Ich komme gerne wieder

The location was remote and stunning — truly a place to get away from it all, which I value so highly. The welcome and hospitality from the staff were top-quality, first-class ++. I felt so comfortable with the place and its furnishings — the views were out of this world. The food was delightful and of incredible quality, and the service team — the waiters, etc. — were so knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I didn’t want the dining experience, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, to end… I wanted more and more. Everyone was courteous, polite, friendly, and welcoming — which is not an easy task, but they struck the balance perfectly. The room was spotlessly clean, cosy, and inviting — we loved it. It has to be said that it is very remote, which for me (and others like me) is part of the appeal, though not everyone will feel the same — having a car is quite important.

We loved our stay with you. The position of the hotel is spectacular, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast in the pavilion was delightful. The poached eggs were perfect and served with astonishing speed.

Booking system was fast and efficient and the response time to emails was very quick. Reception staff were extremely kind along with the catering, cleaning and all other members of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel above the lake-stunning views, spotless rooms, great service and food. The management even accomodated all our requeats before we made the reservation. Possibly best stay at Lago Di Garda. Would definetly return if in the area.
