Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und gut gelauntes Personal. Der Hund wurde nicht nur akzeptiert, sondern war wirklich herzlich willkommen und liebte es durch den Park zu rennen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks und des Abendessens war fantastisch. Der private Whirlpool war ein Traum und die Ausstattung der Zimmer war hervorragend. Es war äußerst luxuriös stets deutsch oder englisch sprechen zu können. Auch die Begrüßung und die Frühstückskarte auf deutsch waren sehr aufmerksam.

We found your hotel and staff to be lovely. We loved the restaurant staff; their English speaking was great & they were welcoming. We thought the breakfast was exceptional; the menu idea is brilliant and saves on wasted food. The cleaning staff were really lovely and smiley and did a really good job. The pool temperature was brilliant and the availability of towels for swimming and sunbathing was great. The owner/manager (presumably) was on site each day and helping with the grounds, breakfast, in the restaurant and this gave us confidence that he cared about the customer's experience. Thank you as we had a really relaxing stay and there wasn't much which we would suggest improvements on.

This was our second visit to the hotel (first visit was back in 2011 and we would have returned earlier if Covid had not impacted our plans!) We were not disappointed, the friendliness and professionalism of all staff was exceptional but I would like to mention the young lady who served us on the evenings of 7/7 and 9/7. Unfortunately we did not get to know her name but she spoke excellent English, Italian, German, Hungarian and is learning Japanese. You are so fortunate to have such a dedicated member of the team.

Nous avons passé une magnifique nuit dans votre hôtel. Nous fêtions nos 2 ans de relations et le cadre était idéal pour cela. Les repas servis étaient à délicieux et le buffet du petit déjeuner avait tellement de choix, tout était bon. Je suis très heureuse d’avoir pu boire mon café moi qui suis intolérante au lactose j’ai souvent du mal à trouver des alternatives. Vous en aviez et c’est un grand +. Le personne était très poli, très accueillant et chaleureux, tous très souriant. C’était agréable de pouvoir parler en français. Les lits à Baldaquin au bord de la piscine, nous avons adoré. La chambre avait une grande douche et sentait très bon, les draps étaient de superbes qualités. La décoration était charmante. Comme c’était le soir d’un match de foot, nous avons été un peu gêné par le bruit du voisinage mais vous n’y pouvez rien. Nous reviendrons de sûr dans votre hôtel !
