Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at C Hotel Ambasciatori in Firenze. Special thanks to the lady staff at reception when we checked in. We faced some issues in our booking but she helped us throughout. The issue was not the hotel’s responsibility but she , knowing we didn’t speak Italian, even made local phone calls for us , interpreted for us …. We really appreciated her help. The breakfast at hotel was good, managers were welcoming . Food is widespread and good.

I want to send a BIG thank you to the guy [sry forgot his name] who looked for my folder after the Getinge sessions, which I left behind and had important notes I wanted to take with me, but I ended up leaving it behind. When I realised all this, I was already on my way to the airport to fly back to Malta. I unfortunately do not know their names, but at the breakfast buffet the gentleman at the desk checking us into breakfast each morning was incredibly kind. Also the young gentleman who brought us cappuccinos was very attentive. Each staff member at the buffet and in the hotel greeted us and offered assistance, going above and beyond. This was my second visit to the hotel, and definitely not the last!

Staff were super friendly and attentive. We witnessed one of your receptionists identify a pick pocket saving someone’s handbag from being stolen. We stayed in room A01 and I ordered drinks from the bar, the bar man on duty was particularly friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough. He was a credit to your hotel.
