At check in, the front desk associate offered us an upgraded room for larger size, opposite side of hotel from train station and a balcony with nice view. All were good except room size was still pretty small. Also, another associate corrected the missing booking.com free breakfast and it was a very nice buffet.

Very smiley and helpful staff. Lovely hotel that catered very well for people of our age (80 plus) and made the celebration of our 60th wedding anniversary special. Hotel is well situated for station and areas/monuments we wanted to visit. Unlikely to return simply because we are getting too old to sightsee!

Great location. Room just a little dated. Couple of mishaps with the room, but were very quickly corrected, so cannot complain, (shower tray blocked, batteries in the safe needed replacing. Bed was a double instead of two singles. But that could be down to my travel agent. Staff came to seperate bed & remake immediately! No milk or cream with the coffee facilities). Tiny issues. I WOULD stay hear again.

The location of the hotel is excellent & what a view of the Duomo too, that was an unexpected bonus! Despite being opposite the station as soon as the door was closed there was no noise. Very easy to navigate from the airport with the tram station right outside the hotel. A 10 minute walk & you’re in front of the Duomo, perfect location for our stay in Florence.

I was telling one of the beautiful, wonderful ladies at check out (Oh how I wish I would have gotten her name!) that we have been in many countries in Europe and this is BY FAR the best experience we have ever had. The staff was positively world class! The gorgeous, classy, professional ladies at the desk were most helpful at all times. An absolute delight! We were treated with first class, even world class hospitality the entire time. Our room was lovely. The breakfast was the best we've had in Europe. We were given an exceptionally early check in and even a late check out. Positively wonderful experience. I just can't say enough about your amazing hotel and staff. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambasciatori in Florence. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern and comfortable rooms that were well maintained. Everything was spotless, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They provided excellent service throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, and were happy to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect, especially for travelers arriving by train. Being just steps from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station made getting around incredibly convenient, while many of Florence's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping streets were within easy walking distance. I highly recommend Hotel Ambasciatori for its cleanliness, excellent service, and unbeatable location.

Breakfast was excellent, and the managers are always around—kind and very generous with their hospitality. The location was great—very close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the center of Florence. The staff were very helpful; Giovanni, in particular, is very clever and an excellent problem solver. The only issue is that some rooms do not have a cupboard/wardrobe for storing clothes.

We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again.

Lorenzo at reception is very friendly and helpful. He managed to make us check in asap and did room upgrades for us so we can get rest after long journey. Also, a staff (she is a lady on duty, don’t know her name) at reception in the evening of 10 May offered me one Euro coin, her kindness resolved my problem with drying at a laundromat. Thanks to Lorenzo and the lady. We felt so warmly welcomed to the hotel and Florence!

We stayed at c-hotels Ambasciatori in Florence for 14 nights and had a wonderful experience, mainly due to Giulia B. at the front desk. We had a late check-in and was greeted by Giulia with a beautiful smile, she made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. She arranged a room for us with a balcony and view of Florence which was quite nice. Giulia was extremely efficient, professional, courteous, kind, and helpful, I can’t say enough about her excellent service. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, she recommended a really good restaurant close to the hotel the night we checked-in, and ordered packed breakfast for us when we had early scheduled tours. Thank you Giulia for your excellent service. The room was clean, impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping also provided excellent service, they replaced all toiletries when they cleaned the room. When we called about the broken safe in our room, the hotel staff responded quickly and replaced it the next morning. Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of selections of hot and cold foods, and Katy (staff) was very courteous and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend c-hotels Ambasciatori to anyone who wants a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence

I would to thank Michel at reception. He was so helpful with moving us to another room. We were not comfortable with the bathroom and he gladly assisted us such with such ease. However, the staff member who assisted me at check-in listened carefully to my requests and handled the situation very professionally. I was informed that there was no twin room with a bathtub available at that time, but I was kindly offered a double room that would be changed to a twin room in the evening. When I returned later that day, the room had already been prepared as promised, which I truly appreciated. Furthermore, I was told that my room could be changed to my preferred room the following day. Thanks to the excellent communication among your staff, the information was clearly shared, and the room change was handled smoothly the next day. All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located near the station, and overall exceeded my expectations. I had a very satisfying and pleasant stay. Thank you again for your excellent service.

The lady named Angelica provided exceptionally wonderful service during breakfast. She is the person I remember most from my visit to Florence and my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. Because of her, I would like to stay at the Ambassador Hotel again on my next visit. The room initially assigned to me was very cold, but the room I was moved to was warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling from Korea to Florence. She helped create truly wonderful memories for me. Thank you very much.

La gentilezza e l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff, sia alla reception, che nella sala colazione è sincera e veramente gradevole quando si viaggia per lavoro e si è normalmente nervosi e stanchi. Le stanze hanno tutti i servizi e gadget che uno spera di trovare, che non sempre sono presente nei 4 stelle: bollitore con biscottini, ciabatte, frigobar, campioncini Grazie ancora. Non sempre riesco a trovare una stanza a tariffe adeguate alle mie policy aziendali ma quando riesco, siete sempre la mia prima scelta a Firenze!

Very satisfied from Julia in the reception to Angelica at breakfast there was a feeling of warm hospitality. Also, some small gifts and a warm welcoming note in the room make a difference.

I whish I could stay longer at this hotel! The staff in general was very helpful, caring and attentive. Take my hat off, especially to Angelica in the breakfast area and to the manager a tall gentleman with glasses (sorry don't know the name) very polite and he made sure we were pleased and happy with our meal. Thanks a million.

All of the staff was outstanding! The check-in staff and breakfast staff especially! Check-in allowed us to check our bags about 5 hours before check-in time. We were able to enjoy touring around Florence without our bags. Such a wonderful help.
