Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality during my stay. Although I had sent my room requests through Agoda in advance, the information had not been shared with the hotel. However, the staff member who assisted me at check-in listened carefully to my requests and handled the situation very professionally. I was informed that there was no twin room with a bathtub available at that time, but I was kindly offered a double room that would be changed to a twin room in the evening. When I returned later that day, the room had already been prepared as promised, which I truly appreciated. Furthermore, I was told that my room could be changed to my preferred room the following day. Thanks to the excellent communication among your staff, the information was clearly shared, and the room change was handled smoothly the next day. All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located near the station, and overall exceeded my expectations. I had a very satisfying and pleasant stay. Thank you again for your excellent service.

The lady named Angelica provided exceptionally wonderful service during breakfast. She is the person I remember most from my visit to Florence and my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. Because of her, I would like to stay at the Ambassador Hotel again on my next visit. The room initially assigned to me was very cold, but the room I was moved to was warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling from Korea to Florence. She helped create truly wonderful memories for me. Thank you very much.

La gentilezza e l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff, sia alla reception, che nella sala colazione è sincera e veramente gradevole quando si viaggia per lavoro e si è normalmente nervosi e stanchi. Le stanze hanno tutti i servizi e gadget che uno spera di trovare, che non sempre sono presente nei 4 stelle: bollitore con biscottini, ciabatte, frigobar, campioncini Grazie ancora. Non sempre riesco a trovare una stanza a tariffe adeguate alle mie policy aziendali ma quando riesco, siete sempre la mia prima scelta a Firenze!

Sehr hilfsbereite und kompetent Rezeption. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit kalten und warmen Gerichten, frische Croissants und sonstigen Kuchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, gegenüber von Hauptbahnhof . Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 10-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort nach Pisa mit dem Zug nur knappe 1 Stunde( ca. 10€) und Flughafen 20 min( nur 1,70€/ Person) erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen. Es war alles super. Vielen lieben Dank.

Es wurden uns immer frische Cafés, Cappuccinos und sonstiges zum Tisch gebracht,. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und lecker, sehr umfangreich( gekochtes Ei, Rührei, Wurst, Bacon, verschiedene Käsesorten, frische Obst und Gemüse, verschiedene Kuchensorten und vieles mehr . Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

We couldn’t check in as we arrived early buy when we came back around 3pm, it still took a while before we could enter the room. The shift of the staff who handled us earlier ended (when I asked about our room at about 3pm, she said there was change of staff) and there might not have been a proper turnover to the incoming staff because I had to ask against 3:30 if we could enter our room already. We had to wait for almost an hour before our room became ready. I loved the idea though of a welcome drink.

Je remercie plus particulièrement Mr Maurizio ,qui nous a surclassé et accompagné jusqu'à la chambre Et le Mr à l' entrée du restaurant du petit déjeuner (iranien de nationalité je pense) qui ,chaque matin nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire .sans oublier la très belle OSHINI qui était très attentionnée et vérifie à chaque fois si on avait besoin de quelque chose , malgré que tout était disponible ,vu la qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner.franchement BRAVO.Merci pour la boisson de bienvenue,merci pour la carte avec le gentil message et merci pour le Regalo 😄: spaghetti avec le nom de l hôtel.Je recommande votre hôtel sans hésiter.Grazie mille.

On a passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel. Grâce à Angelica on a eu chaque jour un cappuccino frais joliment décoré, Victoria nous a fourni plein de renseignements utiles. La literie (matelas) sont excellents, la chambre était toujours bien rangé et chaque jour on a eu une bouteille d'eau. Un plus le centre historique est à deux pas, facilement accessible à pied, la gare est en face de l'hôtel. Que souhaiter de plus ? Je ne peux que recommander. Un grand merci à personnel de l'établissement pour notre séjour confortable à Florence !

From our arrival to departure we were looked after exceptionally well. Guilia at the check in desk was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem - we already felt like we were at home, especially when she informed us of our upgraded room! We couldn’t believe it! The room was extremely comfortable, the linen on the beds was amazing - clean, crisp and classy. From the daily fresh linen to the very thoughtful welcome note and leaving gift of a bag of pasta along with a hand written note, we were already blown away. The Welcome drink was also a fabulous touch and we really enjoyed using it on our last night during happy hour. The Bar and lounge area had a fantastic vibe and the cushions were Devine. We loved the ornate couch next to the grand piano and spent quite some time marvelling its beauty. We especially appreciated having access to our balcony and although it was a little noisey whilst outside due to the train station activity, the double glazed windows provided almost 100% sound proofing. There was plenty of space to store our belongs and was wonderful having the use of two bag stands. I would also like to mention the wonderful service provided by Igor (at the check out desk) who helped us stow our bags for a little while before we departed Florence. Please pass on this thanks to all of your wonderful staff but in particular to Guilia and Igor.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It was by far the best one I experienced during my trip to Italy. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. I have stayed in a diverse range of hotels and staff at your hotel were the best that I have ever experienced.
