This was an amazing stay and it was above* expectations! The hotel was immaculate and the staff easy BEYOND friendly and helpful. The cleaners were so kind and offered us supplies even when we didn’t ask. The front desk helped us with receiving our lost luggage bag! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! I want to send a BIG thank you to the guy [sry forgot his name] who looked for my folder after the Getinge sessions, which I left behind and had important notes I wanted to take with me, but I ended up leaving it behind. When I realised all this, I was already on my way to the airport to fly back to Malta. I was so happy to hear from receptionist Ms Elenia that my folder was found and that they will scan my documents, which they did and were sent to me by Mr Igor. Thank you!!

El hotel nos sorprendió gratamente. Teníamos dudas al reservarlo, pues estaba muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril. Normalmente hay gente no muy recomendable. Pero en este caso había mucha seguridad por la zona. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Hotel a tener en cuenta para próxima visita a Florencia.

Giulia at check in was most helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The little note at our room welcoming us was a nice gesture. And so was the farewell note with the little gift - a very nice classy touch. Our room was upgraded and this was a very a nice gesture by the hotel and we thank the hotel and staff very much. Overall we had a lovely stay in Florence - the Florentines are nice people and proud of the city which is wonderful.

I unfortunately do not know their names, but at the breakfast buffet the gentleman at the desk checking us into breakfast each morning was incredibly kind. Also the young gentleman who brought us cappuccinos was very attentive. Each staff member at the buffet and in the hotel greeted us and offered assistance, going above and beyond. This was my second visit to the hotel, and definitely not the last!

The hotel exceeds our expectation. It is much better inside than the look from outside. Service is excellent and the farewell gift of pasta is such a unique touch. I highly recommend to stay here. We only stayed one night but would be happy fo stay longer as it's such a lovely city.

Lorenzo explained it often happened with Expedia and took the time to show me to my room even though not the one I had booked. Our train to Viareggio was canceled due to a strike, first time in beautiful Italy and didn’t know where to go. Thanks to all the staff for their friendliness, service and support. The little extra touches mean a lot to a traveler. We appreciated the welcoming we received from helping with bags, to the welcome note and complimentary items. The service from the Sweet bar and cleaning staff were exceptional as well.
