We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again.

Lorenzo at reception is very friendly and helpful. He managed to make us check in asap and did room upgrades for us so we can get rest after long journey. Also, a staff (she is a lady on duty, don’t know her name) at reception in the evening of 10 May offered me one Euro coin, her kindness resolved my problem with drying at a laundromat. Thanks to Lorenzo and the lady. We felt so warmly welcomed to the hotel and Florence!

We stayed at c-hotels Ambasciatori in Florence for 14 nights and had a wonderful experience, mainly due to Giulia B. at the front desk. We had a late check-in and was greeted by Giulia with a beautiful smile, she made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. She arranged a room for us with a balcony and view of Florence which was quite nice. Giulia was extremely efficient, professional, courteous, kind, and helpful, I can’t say enough about her excellent service. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, she recommended a really good restaurant close to the hotel the night we checked-in, and ordered packed breakfast for us when we had early scheduled tours. Thank you Giulia for your excellent service. The room was clean, impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping also provided excellent service, they replaced all toiletries when they cleaned the room. When we called about the broken safe in our room, the hotel staff responded quickly and replaced it the next morning. Breakfast was excellent, it had a variety of selections of hot and cold foods, and Katy (staff) was very courteous and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend c-hotels Ambasciatori to anyone who wants a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing - especially LORENZO who ensured we got a great room and always checked in that we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would to thank Michel at reception. He was so helpful with moving us to another room. We were not comfortable with the bathroom and he gladly assisted us such with such ease. We also had Angelica who made us the best the cuppachinos at breakfast. She was so courteous and friendly. Loved the service we received. The location was awesome, right across the station. Very convenient. Rooms were beautiful and the view of the city was also great.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality during my stay. Although I had sent my room requests through Agoda in advance, the information had not been shared with the hotel. However, the staff member who assisted me at check-in listened carefully to my requests and handled the situation very professionally. I was informed that there was no twin room with a bathtub available at that time, but I was kindly offered a double room that would be changed to a twin room in the evening. When I returned later that day, the room had already been prepared as promised, which I truly appreciated. Furthermore, I was told that my room could be changed to my preferred room the following day. Thanks to the excellent communication among your staff, the information was clearly shared, and the room change was handled smoothly the next day. All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located near the station, and overall exceeded my expectations. I had a very satisfying and pleasant stay. Thank you again for your excellent service.

The lady named Angelica provided exceptionally wonderful service during breakfast. She is the person I remember most from my visit to Florence and my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. Because of her, I would like to stay at the Ambassador Hotel again on my next visit. The room initially assigned to me was very cold, but the room I was moved to was warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling from Korea to Florence. She helped create truly wonderful memories for me. Thank you very much.

Mi trovo sempre molto bene nel vostro hotel e questa volta l'esperienza è stata ancor più positiva perché mi è stata assegnata una camera più spaziosa e rinnovata, rispetto ai precedenti soggiorni, pur ad una tariffa moderata. La gentilezza e l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff, sia alla reception, che nella sala colazione è sincera e veramente gradevole quando si viaggia per lavoro e si è normalmente nervosi e stanchi. Le stanze hanno tutti i servizi e gadget che uno spera di trovare, che non sempre sono presente nei 4 stelle: bollitore con biscottini, ciabatte, frigobar, campioncini Grazie ancora. Non sempre riesco a trovare una stanza a tariffe adeguate alle mie policy aziendali ma quando riesco, siete sempre la mia prima scelta a Firenze!

Ein besonderer Dank an das Personal im Frühstücksraum Herrn Zack, Frau Angelika und Frau Yassman. Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch beim anderen Fragen bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Waren sie hilfsbereit,. Es wurden uns immer frische Cafés, Cappuccinos und sonstiges zum Tisch gebracht,. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und lecker, sehr umfangreich( gekochtes Ei, Rührei, Wurst, Bacon, verschiedene Käsesorten, frische Obst und Gemüse, verschiedene Kuchensorten und vieles mehr . Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir waren als Ehepaar für 5 Nächte /6Tage dort. Besonderer Dank an die Rezeption und an das Personal im Frühstücksraum Herrn Zack, Fr. Yasaman und Fr. Angelika sowie Herrn Arvin. Sehr hilfsbereite und kompetent Rezeption. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit kalten und warmen Gerichten, frische Croissants und sonstigen Kuchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, gegenüber von Hauptbahnhof . Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 10-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort nach Pisa mit dem Zug nur knappe 1 Stunde( ca. 10€) und Flughafen 20 min( nur 1,70€/ Person) erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen. Es war alles super. Vielen lieben Dank.

We couldn’t check in as we arrived early buy when we came back around 3pm, it still took a while before we could enter the room. The shift of the staff who handled us earlier ended (when I asked about our room at about 3pm, she said there was change of staff) and there might not have been a proper turnover to the incoming staff because I had to ask against 3:30 if we could enter our room already. We had to wait for almost an hour before our room became ready. I loved the idea though of a welcome drink.

On a passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel. Grâce à Angelica on a eu chaque jour un cappuccino frais joliment décoré, Victoria nous a fourni plein de renseignements utiles. La literie (matelas) sont excellents, la chambre était toujours bien rangé et chaque jour on a eu une bouteille d'eau. Un plus le centre historique est à deux pas, facilement accessible à pied, la gare est en face de l'hôtel. Que souhaiter de plus ? Je ne peux que recommander. From our arrival to departure we were looked after exceptionally well. Guilia at the check in desk was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem - we already felt like we were at home, especially when she informed us of our upgraded room! We couldn’t believe it! The room was extremely comfortable, the linen on the beds was amazing - clean, crisp and classy. From the daily fresh linen to the very thoughtful welcome note and leaving gift of a bag of pasta along with a hand written note, we were already blown away. The Welcome drink was also a fabulous touch and we really enjoyed using it on our last night during happy hour. The Bar and lounge area had a fantastic vibe and the cushions were Devine. We loved the ornate couch next to the grand piano and spent quite some time marvelling its beauty. We especially appreciated having access to our balcony and although it was a little noisey whilst outside due to the train station activity, the double glazed windows provided almost 100% sound proofing. There was plenty of space to store our belongs and was wonderful having the use of two bag stands. I would also like to mention the wonderful service provided by Igor (at the check out desk) who helped us stow our bags for a little while before we departed Florence. Please pass on this thanks to all of your wonderful staff but in particular to Guilia and Igor.

je suis agent de voyage en France , aussi j ai un regard critique mais objectif. j étais dans la chambre 341 : problème de moisissure sur le carrelage de la baignoire, pas de table de chevet dans la chambre ( alors que la 342 à coté en avait 1 de chaque coté) personnel de chambre : adorable, poli et serviable, respectueux et efficace réception : personnel souriant et au petit soin, patient et efficace bar: personnel agréable et souriant petit déjeuner : personnel agréable et souriant MAIS avec un séjour de 7 nuits donc 7 p.déjeuners nous avons eu la même chose pendant 7 jours; il faudrait donc varié un peu sur les fruits les fromages, le chaud, le froid...c'est mon seul regret. donc globalement super séjour!!

Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at C Hotel Ambasciatori in Firenze. Special thanks to the lady staff at reception when we checked in. We faced some issues in our booking but she helped us throughout. The issue was not the hotel’s responsibility but she , knowing we didn’t speak Italian, even made local phone calls for us , interpreted for us …. We really appreciated her help. The breakfast at hotel was good, managers were welcoming . Food is widespread and good.
