Atlantic Hotel gave us a very warm welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, getting around the city was extremely convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We arrived early due to a flight change Daniel gave us a room in Ten minutes and allowed us to have the last ten minutes of breakfast complimentary which was great as I did not receive my gluten free meal on the altered flight. The quality and variety of the breakfast was world class! I mean this. I have stayed in a lot of places and many do much worse breakfast service - even though they charge more. CONGRATULATIONS. The guy who speaks Japanese at the front desk, his Japanese is perfect. And thank you for the free coffee. It refreshed us when we arrived at the hotel. It was super happy that we could stay in one room because now we lived in 3 different countries and this is a reunion after 2 years. We enjoyed our stay.
