Our bag got stolen from the Milan Central Station and we were to extend our stay for one more day to get our travel documents from Indian Consulate. The team not only ensured the room availability at the last hour on my call in the late evening but also extended us great comfort till we left the hotel next day. We arrived early due to a flight change Daniel gave us a room in Ten minutes and allowed us to have the last ten minutes of breakfast complimentary which was great as I did not receive my gluten free meal on the altered flight. The quality and variety of the breakfast was world class! I mean this. I have stayed in a lot of places and many do much worse breakfast service - even though they charge more. CONGRATULATIONS. The guy who speaks Japanese at the front desk, his Japanese is perfect. And thank you for the free coffee. It refreshed us when we arrived at the hotel. It was super happy that we could stay in one room because now we lived in 3 different countries and this is a reunion after 2 years. We enjoyed our stay.
