I must say that putting aside the size of the room, overall too small for the price paid, the rest was very good, the service, the comfort, the facilities in general and even the location (even though at night the environment around the hotel did not seem very safe). Perfekter Aufenthalt im c-hotels Atlantic! Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit im c-hotels Atlantic in Mailand. Das Hotel überzeugt nicht nur durch seine zentrale Lage, sondern vor allem durch seinen exzellenten Service. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – vom Empfang bis zum Frühstücksteam. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, was den Check-in und Check-out besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Auch das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und ein sehr freundliches Team, das den Morgen noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich, dass wir am Abreisetag sehr früh los mussten und daher nicht frühstücken konnten. Ohne zu zögern haben die Mitarbeiter uns eine Frühstücksbox vorbereitet, damit wir trotzdem etwas mitnehmen konnten – ein wirklich toller Service! Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit herzlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
