⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at c-hotels Atlantic Milano We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Atlantic Milano and would highly recommend this hotel. What really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Dario, who went out of his way to sort out a problem for us and very kindly upgraded our room. We really appreciated how professionally and generously he handled everything. We are also extremely grateful to John, the manager. My wife and I needed a quiet place to pray, and he kindly opened the gym for us so that we could pray peacefully and privately. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us and showed genuine care for guests and their individual needs. Ellie was always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and very kindly offered us complimentary drinks. Elisa was also wonderful and went out of her way to help me charge my phone and assist us whenever we needed anything. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, respectful and helpful. The level of hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome rather than simply like hotel guests. Thank you to Dario, John, Ellie, Elisa and the entire team for making our stay in Milan so enjoyable. We would happily stay at c-hotels Atlantic again and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. Excellent service, wonderful people and genuine hospitality. 5 stars from us!

Our bag got stolen from the Milan Central Station and we were to extend our stay for one more day to get our travel documents from Indian Consulate. The team not only ensured the room availability at the last hour on my call in the late evening but also extended us great comfort till we left the hotel next day. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, getting around the city was extremely convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We arrived early due to a flight change Daniel gave us a room in Ten minutes and allowed us to have the last ten minutes of breakfast complimentary which was great as I did not receive my gluten free meal on the altered flight. The quality and variety of the breakfast was world class! I mean this. I have stayed in a lot of places and many do much worse breakfast service - even though they charge more. CONGRATULATIONS.
