The guy who speaks Japanese at the front desk, his Japanese is perfect. And thank you for the free coffee. It refreshed us when we arrived at the hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient by being close to Milano Centrale, the Metro and several restaurants. The pasta token at the end of our stay was a nice touch. I must say that putting aside the size of the room, overall too small for the price paid, the rest was very good, the service, the comfort, the facilities in general and even the location (even though at night the environment around the hotel did not seem very safe). I was offered to upgrade the room but honestly, I think that the price paid for the small room deserved already something a bit bigger. Pretty good though, in general terms.

Das Hotel überzeugt nicht nur durch seine zentrale Lage, sondern vor allem durch seinen exzellenten Service. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – vom Empfang bis zum Frühstücksteam. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, was den Check-in und Check-out besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Auch das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und ein sehr freundliches Team, das den Morgen noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich, dass wir am Abreisetag sehr früh los mussten und daher nicht frühstücken konnten. Ohne zu zögern haben die Mitarbeiter uns eine Frühstücksbox vorbereitet, damit wir trotzdem etwas mitnehmen konnten – ein wirklich toller Service! Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit herzlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

I stayed in Milan for one night, and my experience at the Atlantic Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Adriana, the bartender, who was exceptionally sweet and hospitable, making our time at the bar memorable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniele & Giulia at front desk were sweet and friendly. The room was spotless, and the breakfast they provided was not only delicious but exceeded our expectations.
