I stayed in Milan for one night, and my experience at the Atlantic Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Adriana, the bartender, who was exceptionally sweet and hospitable, making our time at the bar memorable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniele & Giulia at front desk were sweet and friendly. The room was spotless, and the breakfast they provided was not only delicious but exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a great stay (5 days) in this hotel. We were impressed mostly by the staff who greeted and attended to us. Special mention is given to John and Jessa for their superb work performance! John was the one who checked us in. It was swift and John was very accommodating and always on full smile. When we had our breakfast, it was John and Jessa who offered assistance to us. And they were very attentive and responsive as well. My kids love their stay in this hotel given the corner room we had and the pleasing personality of John. My kids always do look forward in seeing John in the front desk. They always look for him whenever we get back to the hotel. We feel safe and at home in this hotel, making our stay very memorable! Will definitely be back!

We were able to check in early which was brilliant service, it meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying our bags around or leaving them behind the desk. We also received 2 complementary drinks vouchers for the hotel bar which was a lovely gesture, and also received complementary bar snacks which was totally unexpected and nice surprise. We travelled to Milan for a birthday. When the staff became aware of this, we found a bottle of Prosecco on ice waiting for us in our room with a ‘with complements’ card. This made our day and we were very happy with the service with everyone at reception and the bar. Everyone is very helpful and polite.
