Giulia made us feel at home immediately. We were jet lagged and very tired. She welcomed us as family. Her suggestions for dinner and how to get around Milan were very helpful and we are thankful for her. Adriana, was a smile at the end of each day and we so appreciated her interest in who we are and what we did each day. She is a very happy person and we enjoyed talking with her. Dario, was also helpful when we had more questions and so nice to talk with Truly all of the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. Also, they helped us as we tried to relearn some of the Italian we had long since forgotten. 🙂

Staff was very polite and helpful with great suggestions for places to see and restaurants to visit. Special Thanks to Gulia at the front desk she was wonderful very personable and professional she took time to talk with us each time we passed through if she was working. Also to Adriana in the Bar who was also very friendly and shared with us information and asked how we were enjoying our stay in Milan. We felt welcome and appreciated by the staff.

I must say that putting aside the size of the room, overall too small for the price paid, the rest was very good, the service, the comfort, the facilities in general and even the location (even though at night the environment around the hotel did not seem very safe). I was offered to upgrade the room but honestly, I think that the price paid for the small room deserved already something a bit bigger. Pretty good though, in general terms.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic. Very courteous staff, and in the room there was everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bath tub, and the kettle to boil water. Also the lights to read by the bed. The location is excellent too.

Perfekter Aufenthalt im c-hotels Atlantic! Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit im c-hotels Atlantic in Mailand. Das Hotel überzeugt nicht nur durch seine zentrale Lage, sondern vor allem durch seinen exzellenten Service. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – vom Empfang bis zum Frühstücksteam. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, was den Check-in und Check-out besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Auch das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und ein sehr freundliches Team, das den Morgen noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich, dass wir am Abreisetag sehr früh los mussten und daher nicht frühstücken konnten. Ohne zu zögern haben die Mitarbeiter uns eine Frühstücksbox vorbereitet, damit wir trotzdem etwas mitnehmen konnten – ein wirklich toller Service! Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit herzlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
