I would like to sincerely thank John and his team members namely Elisa, Yasmine and Daniel for their great hospitality and support. Our bag got stolen from the Milan Central Station and we were to extend our stay for one more day to get our travel documents from Indian Consulate. The team not only ensured the room availability at the last hour on my call in the late evening but also extended us great comfort till we left the hotel next day. I have never seen such a great support and hospitality in my 35 years of professional career. It was really exceptional and par excellent. Thank you once again to all of you and the management. I spent just a night but I enjoyed the stay . The hotel has all the basic stuff except that it had not even one bottle of complimentary water . Otherwise , the staff were exceptionally professional and the hotel has all indications of. well run organization

We arrived early due to a flight change Daniel gave us a room in Ten minutes and allowed us to have the last ten minutes of breakfast complimentary which was great as I did not receive my gluten free meal on the altered flight. The quality and variety of the breakfast was world class! I mean this. I have stayed in a lot of places and many do much worse breakfast service - even though they charge more. CONGRATULATIONS. The guy who speaks Japanese at the front desk, his Japanese is perfect. And thank you for the free coffee. It refreshed us when we arrived at the hotel. It was super happy that we could stay in one room because now we lived in 3 different countries and this is a reunion after 2 years. We enjoyed our stay.
