The guy who speaks Japanese at the front desk, his Japanese is perfect. And thank you for the free coffee. It refreshed us when we arrived at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Atlantic. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. The location of the hotel is very convenient by being close to Milano Centrale, the Metro and several restaurants. The pasta token at the end of our stay was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends going to Milan. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Special Thanks to Gulia at the front desk she was wonderful very personable and professional she took time to talk with us each time we passed through if she was working. Giulia made us feel at home immediately. We were jet lagged and very tired. She welcomed us as family. Her suggestions for dinner and how to get around Milan were very helpful and we are thankful for her. Adriana, was a smile at the end of each day and we so appreciated her interest in who we are and what we did each day. She is a very happy person and we enjoyed talking with her. Dario, was also helpful when we had more questions and so nice to talk with Truly all of the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. Also, they helped us as we tried to relearn some of the Italian we had long since forgotten. 🙂
