What really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Dario, who went out of his way to sort out a problem for us and very kindly upgraded our room. We really appreciated how professionally and generously he handled everything. We are also extremely grateful to John, the manager. My wife and I needed a quiet place to pray, and he kindly opened the gym for us so that we could pray peacefully and privately. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us and showed genuine care for guests and their individual needs. Ellie was always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and very kindly offered us complimentary drinks. Elisa was also wonderful and went out of her way to help me charge my phone and assist us whenever we needed anything. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, respectful and helpful. The level of hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome rather than simply like hotel guests. Thank you to Dario, John, Ellie, Elisa and the entire team for making our stay in Milan so enjoyable. We would happily stay at c-hotels Atlantic again and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. Our bag got stolen from the Milan Central Station and we were to extend our stay for one more day to get our travel documents from Indian Consulate.
