I would like to sincerely thank John and his team members namely Elisa, Yasmine and Daniel for their great hospitality and support. Our bag got stolen from the Milan Central Station and we were to extend our stay for one more day to get our travel documents from Indian Consulate. The team not only ensured the room availability at the last hour on my call in the late evening but also extended us great comfort till we left the hotel next day. I have never seen such a great support and hospitality in my 35 years of professional career. It was really exceptional and par excellent. Thank you once again to all of you and the management. We arrived early due to a flight change Daniel gave us a room in Ten minutes and allowed us to have the last ten minutes of breakfast complimentary which was great as I did not receive my gluten free meal on the altered flight. The quality and variety of the breakfast was world class! I mean this. I have stayed in a lot of places and many do much worse breakfast service - even though they charge more. CONGRATULATIONS.
