Great Location and Exceptional Staff in Milan We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Milan, conveniently located near the central train station. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and many interesting areas to explore within walking distance. What truly made our stay special was the helpful and caring staff. They went above and beyond to assist us, even recommending an excellent dentist when I needed one while traveling in a foreign country. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. For anyone visiting Milan, I also highly recommend taking the hop-on hop-off bus tour. Milan is a large city with so much to see, and the bus is a convenient way to discover its main attractions. Overall, a great hotel with a convenient location and genuinely helpful staff. We appreciated their hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers!

I want to give a shout out to Ally and Elisa for remembering me from almost a year again when I stayed for the first time. I’ve stayed in countless hotels across different countries and continents, but what I remember most is not always the room or the facilities it’s the people. These two staff members left a lasting impression on me through their outstanding care, professionalism, and wonderful personalities. This is my go to hotel when I stay in Milan.
2026-08-23
We had a lovely check in experience. Our surname was a challenge to one of the ladies - Maguire. Our son arrived the day before us - we had a laugh about it she will remember and she was lovely 😻
2026-08-23
I travel all the world and stay in different hotels for work. Both Ally and Elisa remembered me from last year. They are some of the best front desk people I encountered in my travelings. They both should get a rise and promotion.
2026-08-22

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at c-hotels Atlantic Milano We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Atlantic Milano and would highly recommend this hotel. What really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Dario, who went out of his way to sort out a problem for us and very kindly upgraded our room. We really appreciated how professionally and generously he handled everything. We are also extremely grateful to John, the manager. My wife and I needed a quiet place to pray, and he kindly opened the gym for us so that we could pray peacefully and privately. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us and showed genuine care for guests and their individual needs. Ellie was always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and very kindly offered us complimentary drinks. Elisa was also wonderful and went out of her way to help me charge my phone and assist us whenever we needed anything. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, respectful and helpful. The level of hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome rather than simply like hotel guests. Thank you to Dario, John, Ellie, Elisa and the entire team for making our stay in Milan so enjoyable. We would happily stay at c-hotels Atlantic again and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. Excellent service, wonderful people and genuine hospitality. 5 stars from us!
