Nuestra estancia fue totalmente satisfactoria. Es cierto que no pretendemos algo excepcional. Valoramos mucho la limpieza, el trato con el personal y el servicio de restaurante con el desayuno y tengo que decir que nos sentimos como en casa. También valoramos la ubicación, a escasos minutos del centro y tener la estación de tren y sobre todo de metro es algo muy positivo. We encountered train strike in Italy that affected our plan, the staff was really helpful in assisting me to translate the email I received regarding the strike and also advised me some options to deal with the situation. Also the attentive and patient gentleman that assisted with a snag I experienced with my room door. I Appreciate your service I must highlight Roshan at breakfast, he exhibited the true meaning of attentive, genuine and warm customer service. Two days of my stay I was in a rush in the a.m. but needed breakfast quickly and Roshan was quick on his feet to assist me in his calm, polite and warm manner you added value to my day with this small gesture !!
