One thing I especially appreciated was how patient and gracious everyone was while I waited in the café for a friend who was taking forever! 😂 I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. I also loved the hotel’s attention to sustainability, especially that they reuse glass bottles for water instead of being wasteful. It’s a small detail, but one that really stood out to me. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel and I would like to say a big thankyou to the reception staff who were so welcoming ang helpful when asked any question.
