I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the reception staff played a big part and making our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and friendly. They handled whatever questions we had very promptly and were always willing to assist us with a smile. They’re excellent service made us feel valued and very comfortable throughout our stay. they helped us with local restaurant suggestions and sightseeing and everything around in that general area for us to enjoy. Staff were lovely, whatever time we were at the desk. We asked for some milk and spoon for coffee which arrived promptly. They held our bags on our arrival and put them in our room for later, and also held our bags on our last day so we didn't have to carry them around.

Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I do not know there names but it was a man and a woman who were both working the same shift at our time of check-out. Please thank them for me. The woman upon arrival and check-in walked us to the elevator and she gave us great recommendations for food in Florence. The man who was working the front desk was very friendly and kind. One time he even helped me to open a beer that I had bought because the room did not have a bottle opened. I really appreciated the service of both of them.

During my stay, there was an unfortunate incident in the buffet/bar area that caused the fire alarm to go off. It required everyone to evacuate, and we had to wait until the alarm was reset until able to get back into the building. The team was very professional and supportive, although frustrated at the delay it took for the alarm company to get to the building. Although it was a holiday in Florence that day. Nonetheless, the situation was handled very professionally by the staff. It's an unfortunate incident that can happen. Thank you to the team!

We like to thank the staff on duty throughout our stay, for all their help with all our enquiries, especially helping us to book an alternative transport to Pisa airport while the trains were on strike. Miss Giada, Mr Karim and Mr Tommaso are valuable assets for the establishment. They are very proud doing their job and they are very good at it. Thank you all.

Gracias a Nicola por su amable recepción el día de nuestra llegada y durante la estadía. También gracias a quienes nos atendieron en el desayuno. Especialmente a un muchacho al que lamentablemente no le pedimos ni vimos su nombre que hace unos capuchinos excelentes. A la persona que limpiaba nuestra habitación por cuidar tan bien nuestras pertenencias y a todos los de Recepción porque que cada salida y/o llegada era encontrarse con una sonrisa.
