Nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre, n'ayant plus aucune chambre de disponible il nous ont changé d hôtel en nous accompagnant bien que c'était juste à deux pas de leur hôtel. The room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was perfect, but the most important thing was the service from the staff, they did everything to serve us and have a perfect stay, that's why we have the obligation to mention as many names as we remember such as Valeria (or Valedina), Oshini, Kety, Nickol, Giada and to thank the rest of the staff whose names we did not mention. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the reception staff played a big part and making our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and within easy walking distance of Florence’s historic centre, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The check-in process was brief and pleasant. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our check in was great as we arrived early and were exhausted from travel. The two receptionists on the day were very accommodating with lots of suggestions for good places to visit and eat. We were offered an upgrade for an extra cost as that particular room was available so that meant early check in and we were grateful to pay the bit extra and get to our room much earlier than expected.
