The staff was extremely helpful, and suggested very good places to eat and ways to get around the city. The breakfast was phenomenal, it had everything we needed. Our towels and room cleaning was done every day and in a timely and meticulous manner. We literally walked about three minutes from the station and we were at the Hotel. Outstanding! Fully recommend it and we will come again!

The room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was perfect, but the most important thing was the service from the staff, they did everything to serve us and have a perfect stay, that's why we have the obligation to mention as many names as we remember such as Valeria (or Valedina), Oshini, Kety, Nickol, Giada and to thank the rest of the staff whose names we did not mention. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the reception staff played a big part and making our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and friendly. Staff were lovely, whatever time we were at the desk. We asked for some milk and spoon for coffee which arrived promptly. They held our bags on our arrival and put them in our room for later, and also held our bags on our last day so we didn't have to carry them around.

Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.
