Staff were lovely, whatever time we were at the desk. We asked for some milk and spoon for coffee which arrived promptly. They held our bags on our arrival and put them in our room for later, and also held our bags on our last day so we didn't have to carry them around.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and within easy walking distance of Florence’s historic centre, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The check-in process was brief and pleasant. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our check in was great as we arrived early and were exhausted from travel. The two receptionists on the day were very accommodating with lots of suggestions for good places to visit and eat. We were offered an upgrade for an extra cost as that particular room was available so that meant early check in and we were grateful to pay the bit extra and get to our room much earlier than expected. The front desk staff at your hotel were wonderful. Two people really stood out for me. I do not know there names but it was a man and a woman who were both working the same shift at our time of check-out. Please thank them for me. The woman upon arrival and check-in walked us to the elevator and she gave us great recommendations for food in Florence. The man who was working the front desk was very friendly and kind. One time he even helped me to open a beer that I had bought because the room did not have a bottle opened. I really appreciated the service of both of them.

During my stay, there was an unfortunate incident in the buffet/bar area that caused the fire alarm to go off. It required everyone to evacuate, and we had to wait until the alarm was reset until able to get back into the building. The team was very professional and supportive, although frustrated at the delay it took for the alarm company to get to the building. Although it was a holiday in Florence that day. Nonetheless, the situation was handled very professionally by the staff. It's an unfortunate incident that can happen. Thank you to the team!
