After making a reservation and before visiting, the staff responded to inquiries kindly and quickly. Also, I asked to make a reservation at a restaurant, and she made a reservation so I was able to have a pleasant meal. I am very grateful for this. She was very friendly and provided detailed explanations when checking in. (I don't remember her name, but she was a young woman with black hair.) So my overall satisfaction with the hotel increased and I was able to stay comfortably.

Reservamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas estaba preparada antes de la hora de entrada, cosa que nos facilito mucho y permitio dejar nuestro equipaje, refrescarnos y ya salir a disfrutar de la ciudad, aprecio y valoro este gesto. La habitacion era pequenia, pero bien equipada, cama comoda, los articulos de tocador y la limpieza muy bien. Fuera de ello la zona del hotel es excelente, no suelo reservar hoteles cerca de las estaciones, pero debo decir que en este caso fue diferente' volveria y lo recomendaria.

Las habitaciones son hermosas, modernas sin perder el aire florentino, en los techos por ejemplo. Todo muy completo y limpio. Aún cuando no se tome el desayuno (que nos pareció un poco caro €18), la habitacion y el lobby del hotel cuentan con cafe y te de cortesía. Ubicación perfecta a la vuelta de la estación Santa Maria Novella y se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares más representativos de Firenze. Si volvemos a Firenze, los elegirems, gracias!

After checking out, and on my way to the airport, I decided to take the tram with my big luggage and backpack. However, I got on the 1.4 T tram than the Tram 2 by accident and had to take the tram back to in front of the hotel to get on Tram 2. On my way back, I got robbed on the tram. It was very crowded, and still nobody was willing to help because the robber had a small knife. When I got off the tram I went straight to the hotel to say I just got robbed. It seemed to be the safest place to go. Due to the convenient location of the hotel, but also the staff were so friendly that I could only think of the hotel. They suggested I go to the police station that's right across the street, which I did but the line was too long and I had a flight to catch. The location of the police station was perfect that if there were less people in line, I'm sure we could have caught the robber right away. Back at the hotel, they calmed me down and helped me call my mother and father and also helped me call a cab. The staff took more than the extra mile for me and I can't think of how to thank them. All my cards and some cash were in my phone case, which got robbed along with my phone. All I had was my american express card, which the taxi doesn't accept. When finding out they don't accept american express when the staff called ahead to even check that they do, the hotel staff were very flexible. They allowed me to charge 30 euros to the hotel, and handed me the cash. This I understand is something that never happens, and yet they were willing to go through so much trouble for me. I couldn't thank them enough. Thank you so much, I am safe at home now thanks to the staff of the hotel. Thank you.

Unfortunately I didn't take down the names of the staff at the front desk, but I have to compliment them, very friendly, very helpful especially when we were battling to book a hired car. Your staff were all excellent. But we'd like to make mention of your house keeping staff. My wife lost a gold ring, we looked everywhere and couldn't find it. We were ecstatic when we returned that night ti find the ring had been placed by the coffe station,obviously by tge room attendant. We would like to thank her. It wasn't a overly valuable piece of jewelry but it was my wife's late sister's so it is extremely valuable to her.
