They gave us fantastic recommendations that really helped make our stay in Florence special. One thing I especially appreciated was how patient and gracious everyone was while I waited in the café for a friend who was taking forever! 😂 I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. I also loved the hotel’s attention to sustainability, especially that they reuse glass bottles for water instead of being wasteful. It’s a small detail, but one that really stood out to me. Wonderful staff, thoughtful touches, and genuinely warm hospitality. I would absolutely recommend C-Hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹

The entire staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Nockolo. We arrived at night, turned right out of the station and saw the hotel. It’s proximity to the station adds to the reason I highly recommend this hotel. The bed and the shower in ‘Comfy’ level were very nice. I now will only book here in Florence.

The staff was extremely helpful, and suggested very good places to eat and ways to get around the city. The breakfast was phenomenal, it had everything we needed. Our towels and room cleaning was done every day and in a timely and meticulous manner. We literally walked about three minutes from the station and we were at the Hotel. Outstanding! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and within easy walking distance of Florence’s historic centre, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The check-in process was brief and pleasant. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our check in was great as we arrived early and were exhausted from travel. The two receptionists on the day were very accommodating with lots of suggestions for good places to visit and eat. We were offered an upgrade for an extra cost as that particular room was available so that meant early check in and we were grateful to pay the bit extra and get to our room much earlier than expected. Thanks for a great stay in your hotel!

A la llegada, nuestra habitación doble, era pequeñisina, imposible para dos personas, pero nos la cambiaron sin ningún problema por otra algo más grande. El personal de mantenimiento es un chico excepcional, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, incluso a cambiarnos de habitación. La atención recibida ha sido muy buena también en recepción, muy colaboradores. Lo mejor el personal, la ubicación justo al lado de la estación del tren y de la parada del tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto.
