We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive, both at the front desk and during breakfast. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out to us were the thoughtful little touches, especially the complimentary water available for guests. And the pasta gift at the end of our stay was such a lovely surprise and a memorable way to say goodbye. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

They gave us fantastic recommendations that really helped make our stay in Florence special. One thing I especially appreciated was how patient and gracious everyone was while I waited in the café for a friend who was taking forever! 😂 I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. I also loved the hotel’s attention to sustainability, especially that they reuse glass bottles for water instead of being wasteful. It’s a small detail, but one that really stood out to me. Wonderful staff, thoughtful touches, and genuinely warm hospitality. I would absolutely recommend C-Hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹

The entire staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Nockolo. We arrived at night, turned right out of the station and saw the hotel. It’s proximity to the station adds to the reason I highly recommend this hotel. The bed and the shower in ‘Comfy’ level were very nice. I now will only book here in Florence.

The staff was extremely helpful, and suggested very good places to eat and ways to get around the city. The breakfast was phenomenal, it had everything we needed. Our towels and room cleaning was done every day and in a timely and meticulous manner. We literally walked about three minutes from the station and we were at the Hotel. Outstanding! The check-in process was brief and pleasant. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

We real liked our stay at this hotel in Florence . Great location . Very close to ponte vecchio.. station . Other museums . Duomo .. Santa Maria novella church . ect .. close to many restaurants . The front desk professionals at this hotel are among the best I have encountered in my travels! From entry into the hotel they welcome you and ensure you are oriented to the space you will be living in during your stay! The water filling station, the dining suggestions, the map outlining where you are, and the friendly courteous attitude of your hotel is really something very special! Kudos to your teams!

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.
