The room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was perfect, but the most important thing was the service from the staff, they did everything to serve us and have a perfect stay, that's why we have the obligation to mention as many names as we remember such as Valeria (or Valedina), Oshini, Kety, Nickol, Giada and to thank the rest of the staff whose names we did not mention. Since we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff were very accommodating and arranged to store our luggage while we went out to sightsee. We stayed in a room suitable for a family of four, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The modern décor and tidy layout made it feel welcoming after a long day of travel. Despite being close to the train station, the room was quiet and offered a good night’s rest. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, convenient location, and clean accommodations makes C-Hotels Club a great choice for families visiting Florence.

The front desk esp Cristina (totally forgot her name but I think she’s Spanish) was so nice and she helped me get my luggage back from the airport. I was so tired when I arrived at past 2pm and she let me check in already. I am very happy with my room! It was so clean and perfect size for me. I had a great time in Florence and took day trips to Tuscany and other surrounding areas. I moved on to Naples as I don’t go back to the same cities I’ve been. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff at your hotel were wonderful. Two people really stood out for me. I do not know there names but it was a man and a woman who were both working the same shift at our time of check-out. Please thank them for me. The woman upon arrival and check-in walked us to the elevator and she gave us great recommendations for food in Florence. The man who was working the front desk was very friendly and kind. One time he even helped me to open a beer that I had bought because the room did not have a bottle opened. I really appreciated the service of both of them.
