A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. I would love to thank the two gentlemen on the desk that helped me with my mistake in booking the wrong day and they were kind enough to justify my mistake and accommodate me with a little beautiful room with a balcony for my stay. This is a shame it was only for one day. I wish I had stayed there from the beginning as the staff was so nice. The decor was lovely and the hotel was beautiful. Thank you guys again you really Did something so kind and it meant a lot.
