We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from the housekeeping team to the reception staff. They were always willing to help and went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming, and everyone was extremely patient and understanding. Thank you for all help I recieved. Communication was very good, I recieved all answears very fast, and the service was perfect. Starting from the reception staff, room service and breakfast / bar - everyone were really helpfull and so nice! Piere even thought to split our group a bit so it will be faster to get to the rooms and not use the same elevator at one time which was really helpful! :D Leon always found a solution to any problem we had ( I mean small problems nothing serious like giving ice for someone's leg problem etc.) Marta answered all my questions really fast :) and all other who I can't remeber names (sorry) but they were always disponsible and very helpfull as well! I will reccommend the hotel to my other clients for sure! Thank you so much!

A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey.
