I would suggest having having single use slippers made available in the room since this can be very useful for customers.

An excellent stay from the welcome at check-in, to the quality of the room and the extras I received. A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. Thank you for making my first trip to Rome such an enjoyable one!

Ho soggiornato quattro notti in questo hotel con la mia famiglia.L’hotel è moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli.Le stanze sono pulitissime, ampie, i materassi comodi.La colazione è semplicemente deliziosa: ampia scelta di dolce e salato.Il personale superlativo, di una gentilezza e cortesia difficili da trovare di questi tempi.Ti coccolano al meglio, sono cortesi ma mai invadenti.Voglio fare i complimenti a Mary ed Elena che svolgono il loro lavoro con amore e sono due persone squisite.Complimenti per tutto!Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel!
