Dear Clubhouse Hotel Team, I just wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for the truly exceptional experience I had during my recent 3-night stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived—late at night and tired from travel—I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Over the next few days, I was consistently impressed by your team’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with, whether male or female, at reception, in the bar, or providing room services, was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. It’s rare to come across a hotel team where every single person is so kind and caring. I’ve traveled to some countries and stayed in several hotels, and I can honestly say that your level of service is something special—it stood out and stayed with me. You made sure everything was done on time, my room was cleaned daily without any delay, and any request I had (even for something as small as an iron) was handled with care and attention. The food was also delicious and generous, and the bar was very convenient and fairly priced—something not easy to find in most hotels. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Although the room itself wasn’t very spacious, that didn’t take away from the positive experience at all—because the warmth and professionalism of your team made everything else feel perfect. As a small gesture of thanks, I would also love to invite you to visit Uzbekistan one day—especially Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, or Khiva.
