Thank you for all help I recieved. Communication was very good, I recieved all answears very fast, and the service was perfect. Starting from the reception staff, room service and breakfast / bar - everyone were really helpfull and so nice! Piere even thought to split our group a bit so it will be faster to get to the rooms and not use the same elevator at one time which was really helpful! :D Leon always found a solution to any problem we had ( I mean small problems nothing serious like giving ice for someone's leg problem etc.) Marta answered all my questions really fast :) and all other who I can't remeber names (sorry) but they were always disponsible and very helpfull as well! I will reccommend the hotel to my other clients for sure! Thank you so much!

An excellent stay from the welcome at check-in, to the quality of the room and the extras I received. A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. Thank you for making my first trip to Rome such an enjoyable one!

I called ahead and someone actually answered to confirm my stay. I appreciated the modest pricing in the room fridge, even though choices were limited. I would suggest having having single use slippers made available in the room since this can be very useful for customers.

We will recommend C-hotels Club House Roma to anyone that we hear of going to Rome!! The breakfast wad yummy, the rooms were great, location of the hotel is perfect. The cleaner/ maid was absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time outside of the hotel but everytime we came back the room was spotless and cleaned perfectly. Cannot fault a thing about the room. The free room upgrade was definitely very kind of you as well
