Abbiamo usufruito del buono di cocktail di benvenuto al bar. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale in tutte le occasioni. Ci è stata data una stanza più bella di quella prenotata, l'hotel è comodo come posizione al metro e ai bus ed ha il parcheggio privato di cui abbiamo usufruito anche un'ora in più per terminare la visita in centro. Colazione ottima, un grazie speciale a Elena e Mary che a colazione ci hanno i biscotti fatti da loro da portare via, erano buonissimi 😋. Tornerò di sicuro

Il servizio dell'hotel vi farà sentire ospiti speciali, veramente benvenuti e attesi con ansia. All'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un drink di benvenuto al bar (scelta di vino, birra, bevande di seconda mano) e in camera ci hanno trovato acqua, biscotti, cioccolato e un biglietto personalizzato scritto a mano. E l'ultimo giorno ci hanno lasciato la pasta. Questo è davvero bello! L'hotel e la camera sono estremamente puliti e il diffusore di aromi ha un profumo molto gradevole. La camera è dotata di tutto il necessario. La nostra camera veniva pulita e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Il personale è molto cordiale e felice di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. E una delle cose più importanti qui è COLAZIONE! L'assortimento non è solo vasto, ma gigantesco. Una linea svedese con tutto quello che potete immaginare per la colazione: dalle uova, al bacon, alle salsicce, fino a vari tipi di dolci con marmellate e Nutella. Vari formaggi, salumi, verdure, frutta, yogurt, cereali, biscotti, succhi di frutta, persino prodotti senza glutine. Amore speciale - croissant al cioccolato :) Grazie per la fantastica vacanza!

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious, well-maintained room. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink and even received a room upgrade. The room was spotless and had a delightful fragrance every day, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Ketty, the cleaner, who ensured it was always pristine. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the bartender added a nice touch to our evenings. The location is very convenient, situated near the metro on Line A, making it easy to reach various attractions in Rome. As a parting gesture, they gave us a pack of fettuccine pasta, which truly highlighted their exceptional service. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional. Sandra allowed us to check in early, due to our early arrival. We had no issues in getting a taxi each day of our stay. At one point, Martha offered to switch our room, but we liked the location of the room they gave us. Our room maid, Margaret, did an excellent job during our entire stay (5 days). Everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked; always had a friendly smile.

We arrived to the hotel late at night, and figured out that we made a mistake and ordered the room for a different date. The booking cancellation was not refundable. The staff at the reception was unbelievably friendly and understanding. She actually contacted the booking company herself and helped us to get a refund anyway and rebook the room for the night . At the end the room was even upgraded to a better and bigger one. We are really thankful for the understanding, her will to help and a top level professional approach.

Ho richiesto un cambio asciugamano, avvenuto dopo massimo 10 min. Struttura moderna, bella, accogliente, impeccabile. Non abbiamo avuto modo di usufruire del drink omaggiatoci al nostro arrivo a causa del poco tempo e delle tante cose da voler fare. Lo consiglio? Assolutamente si. Ci ritornerei? Mon récent séjour à C-hotels Club House a été une expérience vraiment agréable. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a fait tout son possible pour assurer mon confort. La chambre était impeccablement propre, joliment décorée et offrait une atmosphère sereine, parfaite pour se détendre. Tres bon petit-déjeuner également. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également idéal, à proximité des principales attractions, du metro et de la station bus. Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est la chaleur et le professionnalisme du personnel. Ils étaient toujours prêts à aider avec un sourire et rapides à répondre à toute demande. Il est évident que l'équipe de l'hotel se soucie vraiment de ses clients, rendant le séjour non seulement confortable, mais aussi mémorable. On our first night on 8th July there was an incident where another resident tried to smash a glass bottle over my sons head. I just wanted to pass on thanks to the staff on reception that night on how they dealt with the incident. They took the time to listen to us, made sure we felt safe and the rest of our stay we felt really looked after and safe to stay in the hotel.
