An excellent stay from the welcome at check-in, to the quality of the room and the extras I received. A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. Thank you for making my first trip to Rome such an enjoyable one!

I called ahead and someone actually answered to confirm my stay. I appreciated the modest pricing in the room fridge, even though choices were limited. I would suggest having having single use slippers made available in the room since this can be very useful for customers.

You made sure everything was done on time, my room was cleaned daily without any delay, and any request I had (even for something as small as an iron) was handled with care and attention. The food was also delicious and generous, and the bar was very convenient and fairly priced—something not easy to find in most hotels. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Merci beaucoup à la dame du Check in qui a été adorable avec nous. Le ménage était fait chaque jour et nickel et nous avons également reçu un petit paquet de pâté au nom de l hôtel. La literie est très bonne et les chambres bien insonorisé. Nous reviendrons

Tous mes remerciements pour votre accueil, le cadre et la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Ma fille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. Le métro nous conduisant au centre historique est à deux pas ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Une seule toute petite chose à déplorer : nous n’avons pas compris si la bouteille d’eau se trouvant sur le bureau de notre chambre était offerte ou payante. Mille excuses. À très bientôt j’espère dans votre hôtel et votre merveilleuse ville.
