Dispute the fact that your hotel is located to proximity to City of Rome, accommodation rate is inexpensive. This time, I have visited Rome twice, one time is for my honeymoon, this time for business trip. Thanks to your location, I was unable to visit saint pietro, fountain of trevi , Colosseum and so on within limited time during last stay.

An excellent stay from the welcome at check-in, to the quality of the room and the extras I received. A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. Thank you for making my first trip to Rome such an enjoyable one!

This is not the first time that I book your structure, I really appreciate the clean rooms, the fine breakfast with friendly staff, and the easy check in at reception! I called ahead and someone actually answered to confirm my stay. I appreciated the modest pricing in the room fridge, even though choices were limited. I would suggest having having single use slippers made available in the room since this can be very useful for customers.

You made sure everything was done on time, my room was cleaned daily without any delay, and any request I had (even for something as small as an iron) was handled with care and attention. The food was also delicious and generous, and the bar was very convenient and fairly priced—something not easy to find in most hotels. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Although the room itself wasn’t very spacious, that didn’t take away from the positive experience at all—because the warmth and professionalism of your team made everything else feel perfect.
