This is not the first time that I book your structure, I really appreciate the clean rooms, the fine breakfast with friendly staff, and the easy check in at reception! I called ahead and someone actually answered to confirm my stay. I appreciated the modest pricing in the room fridge, even though choices were limited. I would suggest having having single use slippers made available in the room since this can be very useful for customers.

An excellent stay from the welcome at check-in, to the quality of the room and the extras I received. A welcome drink on arrival, a personalised note in the room, a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory, and to top it off a box with essentials in the bathroom. I can not stress how useful this was. May seem small to some but I’d forgotten to pack my hair tie and I had broken a nail on the journey, so to have a hair tie and nail file on hand felt like such a perfect gift after a long journey. Thank you for making my first trip to Rome such an enjoyable one!

Every staff member I interacted with, whether male or female, at reception, in the bar, or providing room services, was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. It’s rare to come across a hotel team where every single person is so kind and caring. I’ve traveled to some countries and stayed in several hotels, and I can honestly say that your level of service is something special—it stood out and stayed with me. You made sure everything was done on time, my room was cleaned daily without any delay, and any request I had (even for something as small as an iron) was handled with care and attention. The food was also delicious and generous, and the bar was very convenient and fairly priced—something not easy to find in most hotels. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Although the room itself wasn’t very spacious, that didn’t take away from the positive experience at all—because the warmth and professionalism of your team made everything else feel perfect. As a small gesture of thanks, I would also love to invite you to visit Uzbekistan one day—especially Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, or Khiva. Abbiamo usufruito del buono di cocktail di benvenuto al bar. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale in tutte le occasioni. Ci è stata data una stanza più bella di quella prenotata, l'hotel è comodo come posizione al metro e ai bus ed ha il parcheggio privato di cui abbiamo usufruito anche un'ora in più per terminare la visita in centro. Colazione ottima, un grazie speciale a Elena e Mary che a colazione ci hanno i biscotti fatti da loro da portare via, erano buonissimi 😋. Tornerò di sicuro

Noi Ci aspettavamo buone condizioni perché avevamo letto molte recensioni, ma non pensavamo che tutto sarebbe stato così bello! Il servizio dell'hotel vi farà sentire ospiti speciali, veramente benvenuti e attesi con ansia. All'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un drink di benvenuto al bar (scelta di vino, birra, bevande di seconda mano) e in camera ci hanno trovato acqua, biscotti, cioccolato e un biglietto personalizzato scritto a mano. E l'ultimo giorno ci hanno lasciato la pasta. Questo è davvero bello! L'hotel e la camera sono estremamente puliti e il diffusore di aromi ha un profumo molto gradevole. La camera è dotata di tutto il necessario. La nostra camera veniva pulita e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Il personale è molto cordiale e felice di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. E una delle cose più importanti qui è COLAZIONE! L'assortimento non è solo vasto, ma gigantesco. Una linea svedese con tutto quello che potete immaginare per la colazione: dalle uova, al bacon, alle salsicce, fino a vari tipi di dolci con marmellate e Nutella. Vari formaggi, salumi, verdure, frutta, yogurt, cereali, biscotti, succhi di frutta, persino prodotti senza glutine. Amore speciale - croissant al cioccolato :) Grazie per la fantastica vacanza!

Davvero complimenti per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che fanno apprezzare ancor di più a noi clienti l'offerta ricevuta ed il soggiorno in generale. Complimentissimi a Nelia che si è occupata della pulizia della nostra camera durante il nostro soggiorno e che è stata sempre impeccabile su tutto (difficile trovare camere di hotel così ben pulite e tenute). Complimentissimi ad Elena, Veronica e tutte le ragazze della colazione (scusate non ricordo tutti i nomi!) per la cortesia, il sorriso e la qualità dei prodotti che ci avete offerto quotidianamente per una colazione che dire super è dire poco. Non abbassate mai il livello mi raccomando! Nel prossimo viaggio a Roma torneremo sicuramente da voi

sin dal primo giorno vi siete dimostrati gentili e avi siete messi a completa disposizione per qualsiasi mia esigenza. Ho trovato una calda accoglienza in tutti i sensi in quanto la camera era riscaldata benissimo e mi avete lasciato acqua e cioccolatini. Sono stata molto contenta del soggiorno.
