Thanks for the lovely hand written note. It was a very nice touch. The lady at the reception in the morning who took our tax payment was lovely. We couldn’t check in early as the room wasn’t ready. All reception staff were very polite and called a taxi for me which arrived in minutes.

The location was excellent, close to the station and with easy access to sightseeing spots. The hotel was also stylish, clean, and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. When I told them that a photographer would be arriving early in the morning during my stay, they were very understanding and shared this with the other staff, which was very helpful. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Florence so enjoyable, everything about the hotel was lovely, especially the staff. The extra things like notes in our room, phone calls to check everything was okay and the gift of pasta to bring home - were really appreciated.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The hotel is clean, beautifully updated, and comfortable. The staff made us feel very welcome. We had a very early departure and staff ordered our taxi the day prior, the staff at the desk made sure we were comfortable while waiting for the taxi at a very early hour. he brought us coffee, water, and snacks! He was ever so friendly!

We had an enjoyable week here and felt truly cared for. The location is excellent and it was easy to find. Room and bed was very comfortable. Always looked after by the cleaning staff! Bar was amazing we felt truly spoilt by Ahmed who catered to our cocktail and wine needs every evening with a smile. He presented us with artfully displayed snacks and always had time to chat! Breakfast team were also attentive and welcoming every day. Thank you to everyone for our fantastic stay
