We had a wonderful stay! After travelling through Europe for 5 weeks, C Hotels Diplomat was clearly the best hotel that we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent and we were shown to our room. All information was clear and there was even a hand written welcome letter waiting for us. The room layout was excellent, location of the hotel exceptional and when we checked out, the lobby had a wonderful area to sit with complimentary coffee and water while we waited for our train. These things set your hotel above all else.

Such a lovely place to stay…charming and helpful I reception. Ideal location for us as it was close. To both railway and bus stations and yet only seven minutes from Santa Maria Novella and close to the rest of the cultural sites. The staff continued to make sure everything was going well. We used the hotel bar and made use of Ahmed ‘s suggestions of possible places to eat. He was a delight behind the bar making tasty cocktails.
