Everything is good, way better than my imagination. And we didn’t aspect there’ll be cleaning on the first night, when we left the room it was a mess. We had an enjoyable week here and felt truly cared for. The location is excellent and it was easy to find. Room and bed was very comfortable. Always looked after by the cleaning staff! We had a wonderful stay! After travelling through Europe for 5 weeks, C Hotels Diplomat was clearly the best hotel that we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent and we were shown to our room. All information was clear and there was even a hand written welcome letter waiting for us. The room layout was excellent, location of the hotel exceptional and when we checked out, the lobby had a wonderful area to sit with complimentary coffee and water while we waited for our train. These things set your hotel above all else.

We got great service in the bar. He made us great drinks, good conversation and great recommendations. Marco was also great, he took our bags, showed us to our room and explained how everything worked in the room. He was very thorough. He also gave great recommendations for dinner places and even drew us a map to further clarify!😊

I had lost my passport in the restroom. After I identified myself, they held the passport for me at the front desk. This was a big help, and I was able to recover my credentials with very little worry.

Overall the hotel is good and only the room space is abit small, there is no guide / instruction for the safe box and it is not convenient for the guests. In the bathrooms, the water in the shower drains very slowly and it should be improved.

Such a lovely place to stay…charming and helpful I reception. Ideal location for us as it was close. To both railway and bus stations and yet only seven minutes from Santa Maria Novella and close to the rest of the cultural sites. The staff continued to make sure everything was going well. We used the hotel bar and made use of Ahmed ‘s suggestions of possible places to eat. He was a delight behind the bar making tasty cocktails.
