Questo hotel è un vero maestro nell’attenzione ai dettagli: dal biglietto di benvenuto lasciato in camera al mio arrivo fino all’eccellente cappuccino della colazione, preparato da Giulia, che mi ha riservato un servizio impeccabile e una gentilezza davvero speciale. La camera era elegante, curata e perfettamente pulita. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, non ho avuto alcun problema di rumore e ho potuto riposare benissimo. La posizione è inoltre estremamente strategica: in circa 10 minuti si raggiungono comodamente tutti i principali punti di interesse della città. In sintesi, ho ricevuto un trattamento degno di un hotel di lusso. Consiglio questa struttura senza alcuna esitazione e non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

The Diplomat far exceeded my expectations! The staff was top-notch; the airline lost my luggage and your staff was completely sympathetic and kept me updated as often as I asked. When I and my wife made a check-out in an esrly morning to go to a Pisa airport, the front desk staff gave us information about strike of the train staff union partially and then he let us know our train was okay. And just in case that we cannot catch a train due to the strike we could arrange a call taxi in an hotel if we want that was helpful to us that was embarrasing situation at that time. We really appreciate about that. Thank you for all the staff of your hotel that gave us a good memory of Florence and therefore if we visit Florence, we would stay there again and recommend to our friends and family. After a very hectic day with train delays, c-hotel Diplomat Florence was exactly what I needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were delighted with an upgrade, a thoughtful welcome note, and chocolates — small touches that made a big difference. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had beautiful views. The happy hour is a must — I highly recommend the Hugo Spritz; even the garnish is outstanding. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for accommodating us later that evening and for the wonderful send-off the next morning with a bag of pasta and a cappuccino. Highly recommended!

The person helping me at check-in was amazing. I think his name was Gabrielle. My ring was extremely hot, even though, though the heat was turned off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open the window to cool down the room because it overlooked some ventilation and pipes, which had an unpleasant smell. He helped with some suggestions regarding the heating and cooling and when that didn’t work, he moved my room and made sure to come with me to the room to make sure it wasn’t too hot.

Dear all, Thanks a lot for making my last night in Italy so special. I will remember my stay at c-hotels when thinking back of my time in Florence. My stay could not have been better: - the hotel was located perfectly in walking distance to the city center/the major sights but still close to public transportation. Despite that, the room to the back was very quiet - the personnel of the hotel was very friendly (at check-in, breakfast, cleaning lady which I met by coincidence) - I loved the design of the room: nice and warm colors, clean bathroom, enough space considering the size of the room and what was available (desk with a reasonable size, armchair), good light in the room (in many hotels, there is not enough light and it is "gloomy" when it is dark outside) - the breakfast buffet was very good (variety, quality, service) - overall very good price/value. Thanks a lot for this experience!

We had a 6:30am flight, and the front desk agreed to arrange for a taxi pickup at 4am. Friday morning. We arrived at the airport at 4:08am, because of no traffic. Unfortunately, the check-in counters don't open until 4:45am. So we suggest perhaps a 4:30am taxi would have been perfect. thank you.

Ambos nos ayudaron con las reservas de los tours que queríamos para Cinque Terre y La Toscana. Son personas maravillosas y con una atención al huésped incomparable. También un agradecimiento en especial a Giulia del área de restaurante en el desayuno, una persona encantadora, siempre sonriente y atenta a nuestras necesidades en especial la de mi Madre. Quedamos encantados con sus atenciones y nos sorprendió el último día, ya que nos despidió con unos chocolatitos de cortesía.
