The location was excellent, close to the station and with easy access to sightseeing spots. The hotel was also stylish, clean, and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. Ahmed at the Bar was the highlight of our stay. He was so friendly and kind and his Mojitos were 10/10. We would come back just to talk to him. He’s an asset to your team and you are very lucky to have him.

We had a wonderful stay! After travelling through Europe for 5 weeks, C Hotels Diplomat was clearly the best hotel that we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent and we were shown to our room. All information was clear and there was even a hand written welcome letter waiting for us. The room layout was excellent, location of the hotel exceptional and when we checked out, the lobby had a wonderful area to sit with complimentary coffee and water while we waited for our train. These things set your hotel above all else.

The hotel is very clean and inviting with contemporary and comfortable decor. Having big windows that can be opened for fresh air and views yet keep out the noise at night is a real bonus, after some hotels I have stayed in recently. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back and stay there again.

During the stay in room 256 our room was robbed and in excess or 2100 euros were stolen. Stefan, your manager at the front desk was most concerned and helpful in helping us file a claim with the police and with Diploman (insurance). We look forward to compensation for our loss.
