The Diplomat far exceeded my expectations! The staff was top-notch; the airline lost my luggage and your staff was completely sympathetic and kept me updated as often as I asked. The room was excellent, a nice size especially for the price, and the bathroom was clean and updated. Your hotel is in a very central location. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy with so much activity at the train station, but I turned on a white noise app to sleep and it tuned it all out. Well done!! Thank you!

When I and my wife made a check-out in an esrly morning to go to a Pisa airport, the front desk staff gave us information about strike of the train staff union partially and then he let us know our train was okay. And just in case that we cannot catch a train due to the strike we could arrange a call taxi in an hotel if we want that was helpful to us that was embarrasing situation at that time. We really appreciate about that. The happy hour is a must — I highly recommend the Hugo Spritz; even the garnish is outstanding. The person helping me at check-in was amazing. I think his name was Gabrielle. My ring was extremely hot, even though, though the heat was turned off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open the window to cool down the room because it overlooked some ventilation and pipes, which had an unpleasant smell. He helped with some suggestions regarding the heating and cooling and when that didn’t work, he moved my room and made sure to come with me to the room to make sure it wasn’t too hot.

Dear all, Thanks a lot for making my last night in Italy so special. I will remember my stay at c-hotels when thinking back of my time in Florence. My stay could not have been better: - the hotel was located perfectly in walking distance to the city center/the major sights but still close to public transportation. Despite that, the room to the back was very quiet - the personnel of the hotel was very friendly (at check-in, breakfast, cleaning lady which I met by coincidence) - I loved the design of the room: nice and warm colors, clean bathroom, enough space considering the size of the room and what was available (desk with a reasonable size, armchair), good light in the room (in many hotels, there is not enough light and it is "gloomy" when it is dark outside) - the breakfast buffet was very good (variety, quality, service) - overall very good price/value. Thanks a lot for this experience!

We had a 6:30am flight, and the front desk agreed to arrange for a taxi pickup at 4am. Friday morning. We arrived at the airport at 4:08am, because of no traffic. Unfortunately, the check-in counters don't open until 4:45am. So we suggest perhaps a 4:30am taxi would have been perfect. thank you.

Everything is good, way better than my imagination. And we didn’t aspect there’ll be cleaning on the first night, when we left the room it was a mess. But when we got back and everything was well cleaned and arranged. Thanks a lot for the cleaning staff. The room is nice and spacious and clean, well maintained. Thank you all in anyways. If we have a chance to go back, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The staff spoke English and made registration and awareness of all the amenities. I also left behind a jacket and four days later after being in Sierra Anna returned to the hotel and they had it. Thank you so much for a wonderful staff.

Our stay was only short so didn’t have any expectations but it was pretty basic but absolutely fine, for the two nights we were there. Was clean, tidy and well equipped for out stay, bed was comfortable. Atmosphere was good. Staff were absolutely great. I’d go back.
