2026-09-24

RINGRAZIO PER L'ACCOGLIENZA. UNA MENSIONE POSITIVA PER IL VS. STAFF DEDICATO ALLA PREPARAZIONE DELLA COLAZIONE

2026-09-23

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. However, there were a few disappointing points at check-in. The air conditioner in the room we were first assigned was leaking water, so we had to wait in the room while the issue was being handled and another room was arranged. In the new room, we also noticed a welcome message and chocolates that appeared to have been prepared for another guest. Since we did not receive anything similar ourselves, it made the situation feel a little awkward and disappointing. That said, I would like to make it clear that the staff themselves were professional and handled the situation well. My comments are about the room condition and the overall check-in experience, not the service provided by the employees.

2026-09-22

Bar, breakfast, cleaning and reception staff all friendly. Reception staff very helpful when we reported a missing handbag. They rang taxi companies and followed through enquiries the following day.

2026-09-22

2026-09-11

The overall experience was very good. On arrival the reception staff welcoming, the staff in the dinning area - breakfast, were friendly, engaging and helpful. Due to an early flight we requested a breakfast for 5.00am, the content and variety was excellent.

2026-09-11

Thank you for facilitating a complicated trip. I appreciate being able to store some of my luggage while touring the country. I also appreciate your help with arranging for me to extend my stay after my flight got cancelled by an airline problem. I found your front desk staff to be very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport early in the morning, and giving me a wake-up call to make sure I was up and on-time to catch my flight.

2026-09-08

2026-06-20

2026-03-29

Near to train station. Very convenient.

2026-03-28

The Diplomat far exceeded my expectations! The staff was top-notch; the airline lost my luggage and your staff was completely sympathetic and kept me updated as often as I asked. The room was excellent, a nice size especially for the price, and the bathroom was clean and updated. Your hotel is in a very central location. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy with so much activity at the train station, but I turned on a white noise app to sleep and it tuned it all out. Well done!! Thank you!

2026-03-28

thank you！

2026-03-26

Very polite staff, talking in English if needed, room was so clean, breakfast was very good. I really appreciated the staff asking if we needed to keep our bags at the hotel before departing to the airport.

Un coup de coeur spécial pour LUCA, dont la gentillesse et les délicates attentions ont marqué notre séjour. 2026-03-01

All the staff of the hotel were kind and helpful. When I and my wife made a check-out in an esrly morning to go to a Pisa airport, the front desk staff gave us information about strike of the train staff union partially and then he let us know our train was okay. And just in case that we cannot catch a train due to the strike we could arrange a call taxi in an hotel if we want that was helpful to us that was embarrasing situation at that time. We really appreciate about that. Thank you for all the staff of your hotel that gave us a good memory of Florence and therefore if we visit Florence, we would stay there again and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks and best regards Yunsung Choi

After a very hectic day with train delays, c-hotel Diplomat Florence was exactly what I needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were delighted with an upgrade, a thoughtful welcome note, and chocolates — small touches that made a big difference. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had beautiful views. The happy hour is a must — I highly recommend the Hugo Spritz; even the garnish is outstanding. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for accommodating us later that evening and for the wonderful send-off the next morning with a bag of pasta and a cappuccino. Highly recommended!

The person helping me at check-in was amazing. I think his name was Gabrielle. My ring was extremely hot, even though, though the heat was turned off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open the window to cool down the room because it overlooked some ventilation and pipes, which had an unpleasant smell. He helped with some suggestions regarding the heating and cooling and when that didn’t work, he moved my room and made sure to come with me to the room to make sure it wasn’t too hot.

Dear all, Thanks a lot for making my last night in Italy so special. I will remember my stay at c-hotels when thinking back of my time in Florence. My stay could not have been better: - the hotel was located perfectly in walking distance to the city center/the major sights but still close to public transportation. Despite that, the room to the back was very quiet - the personnel of the hotel was very friendly (at check-in, breakfast, cleaning lady which I met by coincidence) - I loved the design of the room: nice and warm colors, clean bathroom, enough space considering the size of the room and what was available (desk with a reasonable size, armchair), good light in the room (in many hotels, there is not enough light and it is "gloomy" when it is dark outside) - the breakfast buffet was very good (variety, quality, service) - overall very good price/value. Thanks a lot for this experience!
