2026-09-17

Carlos and reception staff are Top. We stay at nice hotels in Rome and no one matches their professionalism, courteousness and especially their kindness and understanding. Carlos always make our stay feel special, from the easy check in sometimes with an unexpected room upgrade, when you don’t feel well, this kind of kindness is healing! Carlos remembers us, and I so look forward to bringing our family from the US back here to stay when treatments end, his suggestion and I hold on to the positive message that he always reminds me about! The offer of a complimentary coffee and sweet is nice, too. We feel like family here!

2026-09-16

El personal ha sido muy agradable y simpáticos, nos han aconsejado bastante sobre la zona.

2026-09-16

Delightful hotel had a great time

2026-09-15

2026-09-14

2026-09-13

All the staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. I loved staying here and so did my colleague. So we will return again next year. Thank you. I couldn’t put a positive comment about the food because we didn’t eat there but the restaurant recommended across the road was excellent-as was the cafe on the corner so we were very happy.

2026-09-12

2026-09-06

Carlos was not only welcoming but requests were done with finesse, meeting our total needs. He politely asked our level of cost without hinting affordability, and with our response, gave us exactly what we needed. He deserved our gratitude graciously. I may add, all of the front desk were very accommodating but we gravitated to Carlos due to ethnic connections.

2026-09-05

We stay often and plan to return. The reception staff are exceptional and always caring and helpful. Great location with nice, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

2026-07-04

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, komme gerne wieder

2026-07-04

The receptionist was very professional and kind, he answered our questions and was always helpful. When I asked about the pharmacy directions he walked me outside to point out the correct route as it was confusing in Mapquest. This was above and beyond. I will capture his name when I stay at Hotel Fiume July 28-31, 2026 again. Please thank him for me, Janet Huenink

2026-07-04

The receptionist who checked us in and out was absolutely professional and kind. He had read my request about a quiet high room and that I am staying here to receive medical treatment as I come to Rome for chemotherapy treatments every week and generally stay hear Mater Dei hospital at Hotel Degli Aranci Rome but they were booked. We enjoyed Hotel Fiume and the location very much, a short taxi to the hospital was nice. The kindness and understanding of the receptionist made our stay even more special. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of options, the area kept clean, very comfortable. We appreciate having this hotel for our hospital visits and have 3 upcoming reservations already made in July and August. Thank you, Janet Huenink

2026-07-04

Tout était parfait, rien a redire

2026-07-02

I chose this hotel because it allowed me to reach LUISS university in about half hour through walking. It was in a part of Rome that I never visited before. It was not cheap but excellent quality.

2026-07-01

A great stay.

2026-07-01

2026-06-16

The flexibility your hotel offers in terms of check in and check out times, how late check out can be, and hour based rates is incredible. Everything else well done as well. This will be the first place i look at when i’m in rome in the future due to your flexibility. It is very appreciated. The front desk staff were the most courteous, personable and charming people i have spoken to in Italy (from the service industry). They are so respectful, no power play in any way which is rare. Incredible experience for the price range! A lowkey gem💎

2026-03-18
