The receptionist who checked us in and out was absolutely professional and kind. He had read my request about a quiet high room and that I am staying here to receive medical treatment as I come to Rome for chemotherapy treatments every week and generally stay hear Mater Dei hospital at Hotel Degli Aranci Rome but they were booked. We enjoyed Hotel Fiume and the location very much, a short taxi to the hospital was nice. The kindness and understanding of the receptionist made our stay even more special. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of options, the area kept clean, very comfortable. We appreciate having this hotel for our hospital visits and have 3 upcoming reservations already made in July and August. Thank you, Janet Huenink

The receptionist was very professional and kind, he answered our questions and was always helpful. When I asked about the pharmacy directions he walked me outside to point out the correct route as it was confusing in Mapquest. This was above and beyond. Staff were very helpful. We arrived early in very hot weather hoping to leave our bags until check in time, but the desk manager gave us coffee and asked us to wait while a room was prepared for us. He gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble and was very welcoming and hospitable. It was a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon.

The flexibility your hotel offers in terms of check in and check out times, how late check out can be, and hour based rates is incredible. Everything else well done as well. This will be the first place i look at when i’m in rome in the future due to your flexibility. It is very appreciated. The front desk staff were the most courteous, personable and charming people i have spoken to in Italy (from the service industry). They are so respectful, no power play in any way which is rare. Incredible experience for the price range! A lowkey gem💎

I needed converter box for my phone and curling iron and the nice lady there even offered to bring me hers from home... who does that! : 0 ) Anything you need, they are so kind and helpful. Buffet was also amazing! Fresh squeezed juice, vegetables, etc. AND don't miss the microwave to heat up your pancakes (didn't see that until after I'd eaten them cold : ( Many thanks to staff there! We Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel lovely location 18 minutes walk to bus terminal for the hop on hop off bus and lovely restaurants on the way home for evening meal and relax hotel was spotless the staff were so kind and helpful the breakfast was a buffet with a good enough choice to keep you going till lunchtime we were very pleased with the overall experience and couldn’t fault anything regarding the hotel 👍🇮🇪

Really professional and helpful staff in every area, I felt taken care of when I interacted with them and their willingness to make sure I had what I needed seemed sincere and genuine. Response time really great, excellent communication. Breakfast was also great and the little bar in the lobby was a nice touch. I told my husband we need to come back and stay together because the staff were so great.

We were so impressed by the courtesy, cleanliness, facilities and breakfasts. Our room was always cleaned so well too. A special thank you to the cleaning staff, the waiters and waitresses and to the reception and bar staff. A hotel to be proud of. If we visit Rome again (we’re getting older so find the travelling a bit challenging) we would stay at your Hotel Fiume. We found the trattoria round the corner (Essenze de Padova) so welcoming too.
