Carlos and reception staff are Top. We stay at nice hotels in Rome and no one matches their professionalism, courteousness and especially their kindness and understanding. Carlos always make our stay feel special, from the easy check in sometimes with an unexpected room upgrade, when you don’t feel well, this kind of kindness is healing! Carlos remembers us, and I so look forward to bringing our family from the US back here to stay when treatments end, his suggestion and I hold on to the positive message that he always reminds me about! The offer of a complimentary coffee and sweet is nice, too. We feel like family here!

The receptionist who checked us in and out was absolutely professional and kind. He had read my request about a quiet high room and that I am staying here to receive medical treatment as I come to Rome for chemotherapy treatments every week and generally stay hear Mater Dei hospital at Hotel Degli Aranci Rome but they were booked. We enjoyed Hotel Fiume and the location very much, a short taxi to the hospital was nice. The kindness and understanding of the receptionist made our stay even more special. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of options, the area kept clean, very comfortable.
