My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Fiume Hotel, Rome to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Everything about the hotel, staff and location was exceptional. We loved Rome and our 2 day excersions to Pompeii and Florence. Although we don't have any immediate plans to return to Rome, but should we, we would definitely consider staying again. From start to finish everything about our stay was excellent. I had emailed the hotel for some information prior to our holiday and got prompt helpful responses. Check in and check out was straightforward and again everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean and we really valued having fresh towels every day. Molto gentile ed accogliente anche il resto del personale di reception (non sappiamo i nomi, purtroppo). Inoltre, tutti molto simpatici e pazienti con la nostra bimba Cecilia. Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato l'idea della bibita e dei biscotti di benvenuto. Ottima e con scelta varia la colazione; vassoi riforniti velocemente. Personale di sala gentile e attento, oltre che molto solerte. Pulizia accurata della stanza e anche degli spazi comuni. Abbiamo avuto necessità di una spina "tedesca" e tutti si sono adoperati per farcela avere (ringraziamo il signore peruviano che si è occupato fattivamente della cosa).

I materassi erano incredibilmente comodi, garantendo un sonno ristoratore dopo lunghe giornate di visite turistiche. Avendo la colazione inclusa abbiamo goduto di una vastissima alternativa fra dolce/salato ed ottime bevande calde. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare la professionalità e la cortesia di Carlos, il responsabile dell'albergo.
