The receptionist who checked us in and out was absolutely professional and kind. He had read my request about a quiet high room and that I am staying here to receive medical treatment as I come to Rome for chemotherapy treatments every week and generally stay hear Mater Dei hospital at Hotel Degli Aranci Rome but they were booked. We enjoyed Hotel Fiume and the location very much, a short taxi to the hospital was nice. The kindness and understanding of the receptionist made our stay even more special. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of options, the area kept clean, very comfortable. We appreciate having this hotel for our hospital visits and have 3 upcoming reservations already made in July and August. Thank you, Janet Huenink

Really professional and helpful staff in every area, I felt taken care of when I interacted with them and their willingness to make sure I had what I needed seemed sincere and genuine. Response time really great, excellent communication. Breakfast was also great and the little bar in the lobby was a nice touch.
