The flexibility your hotel offers in terms of check in and check out times, how late check out can be, and hour based rates is incredible. Everything else well done as well. This will be the first place i look at when i’m in rome in the future due to your flexibility. It is very appreciated. The front desk staff were the most courteous, personable and charming people i have spoken to in Italy (from the service industry). They are so respectful, no power play in any way which is rare.
