I would like to compliment Daniel from the front desk for his excellent service. He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. In fact, all the other front desk and back office staff we met were also very courteous. Even a maintenance staff member we met in the elevator greeted us politely and asked about our stay, which made us feel very welcome.

I was given a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when I noticed that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, one of your staff members promptly came to assist. He went the extra mile by contacting a technician and doing his best to resolve the issue. When the problem persisted, he thoughtfully suggested a room change to ensure my comfort.The complimentary welcome drink at the hotel bar was also a nice touch to it.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the main train station, which made traveling around the city and beyond extremely easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. I want to give a special mention to a wonderful lady at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her friendly attitude and helpful suggestions really made a difference. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be back!

We had to go to the Antinori winery, but there was a problem that it was delayed because Uber was not caught. Nos dio la habitación antes de la hora de entrada. En general toda la recepción muy amable. Las camareras que servían el desayuno, muy trabajadoras y pendientes en todo momento para que estuviéramos bien atendidos. Diría que es un hotel muy bien ubicado para los desplazamientos, sobre todo en tren. When we check in, the reception is very polite and friendly. When we back to hotel very late in night, there was one drunk man sat next the card scanner, when I was wondering if I should cross his head to scan the access card. Then the reception came to help.

We were very well received by the two Mateos on November 30th! We were immediately given a city map with helpful information about places to visit and an offer to make restaurant reservations, which worked perfectly. When we arrived at the room, we received a warm welcome card and two chocolates, all very kind and rare nowadays. The breakfast was wonderful, with options for all tastes and the kindness of the couple who were there every morning we stayed at the hotel - from November 31st to December 2nd. We can say that the hotel is one of the attractions of Florence. We will be back!

Hotel staff, from front desk, to breakfast servers were perfect. We felt welcomed, and cared for. The staff were cheerful, and very eager to help. Outstanding customer service. The night staff, I believe their names are Juliusc at the front desk and also Alesandro in the bar. Juliusc was extremely professional and accommodating even at one o'clock in the morning. He promptly checked us in, and even offered us to use his phone charger. The train station has some sort of glitch with the kiosk and unfortunately we missed our last train out to Roma termini which resulted in us having to spend the night. The bartender Alesandro was super friendly and just a delight. He had an amazing sense of humor and made us laugh the entire time. He recommend a bottle of wine which was fantastic. We were spending the day celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Florence so considering that we missed the train out he was a bright spot that ended the day on a positive note. We can't thank him enough for his generosity and good company. And we can't forget the chocolate cake and strawberries! Thank you! The hotel was well kept, very clean and smelled wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Florence.
