I was given a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when I noticed that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, one of your staff members promptly came to assist. He went the extra mile by contacting a technician and doing his best to resolve the issue. When the problem persisted, he thoughtfully suggested a room change to ensure my comfort.The complimentary welcome drink at the hotel bar was also a nice touch to it.

La persona que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable y atento, somos de Valencia y se interesó por todo lo referente a las inundaciones por la Dana. Nos dio la habitación antes de la hora de entrada. En general toda la recepción muy amable. Las camareras que servían el desayuno, muy trabajadoras y pendientes en todo momento para que estuviéramos bien atendidos. Diría que es un hotel muy bien ubicado para los desplazamientos, sobre todo en tren. When we check in, the reception is very polite and friendly. When we back to hotel very late in night, there was one drunk man sat next the card scanner, when I was wondering if I should cross his head to scan the access card. Then the reception came to help.
