What really made this property stand out was the excellent staff - especially Ambra and Alessandra, but really everyone. Their kindness, attention to detail, and helpfulness was fantastic, more like what I would expect at a Ritz-Carlton property. I was given a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when I noticed that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, one of your staff members promptly came to assist. He went the extra mile by contacting a technician and doing his best to resolve the issue. When the problem persisted, he thoughtfully suggested a room change to ensure my comfort.The complimentary welcome drink at the hotel bar was also a nice touch to it.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the main train station, which made traveling around the city and beyond extremely easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. I want to give a special mention to a wonderful lady at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her friendly attitude and helpful suggestions really made a difference. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be back!

La persona que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable y atento, somos de Valencia y se interesó por todo lo referente a las inundaciones por la Dana. Nos dio la habitación antes de la hora de entrada. En general toda la recepción muy amable. Las camareras que servían el desayuno, muy trabajadoras y pendientes en todo momento para que estuviéramos bien atendidos. Diría que es un hotel muy bien ubicado para los desplazamientos, sobre todo en tren. Un hotel tranquilo que te hace sentir bien cuando llegas a él para descansar después de recorrer tan bonita ciudad.

When we check in, the reception is very polite and friendly. When we back to hotel very late in night, there was one drunk man sat next the card scanner, when I was wondering if I should cross his head to scan the access card. Then the reception came to help.

Our receptionist during check-in and check-out (and was there every morning) was truly amazing. Very professional, very polite and very helpful. He created a very nice atmosphere that made us relax, feel looked after and genuinely enjoy our stay. Every interaction with every other staff member was excellent and the room and common areas were nicely designed. Kudos!
