Check all fridges as some do no close well and struggle to keep food in temperature. ( ours B78 had door of fridge not closing well) Door of shower was coming off rails very easily!! all good especially the beach staff Mario and Luca who is the soul of the beach. Full of energy! Segnalo estrema cortesia ed empatia dell'equipe di animazione coordinata da Mattia: Riccardo, Giorgia ed erika sono sempre stati presenti, empatici e hanno coinvolto tutta la famiglia con grande impegno senza mai essere invadenti e ci hanno fatto da subito sentire a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato la simpatia del bagnino Luca e la professionalità ci rendeva totalmente tranquilli anche nelle giornate di mare piu agitato. I ragazzi del servizio bar sono sempre stati estremamente cortesi e disponibili a differenza della signora sudamericana che piu volte ha risposto con toni scortesi spazientita durante l'attività. Suggeriamo di applicare miglioramenti alla rete WiFi che spesso cade e di organizzare un chiosco in spiaggia per garantire almeno il servizio bevande o, in alternativa, il servizio all ombrellone da parte del bar tramite qr code. In merito al ristorante, lato griglia tutto impeccabile (sia materie prime che abilità di cottura), per ciò che concerne il servizio, per quanto il team di cameriere si dia molto da fare , a partire dalle 20.30 le attese sono lunghissime (30 min solo per ordinare) in quanto vi è solo una risorsa, per altro assolutamente valida, che prende le comande.

Thank you for our stay at your resort. We were very satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The services were excellent. We really liked the entertainment program for both children and adults, which was probably also helped by the fact that we visited at the beginning of the season. The young lady running the children's activities was very dedicated and did a great job. Towards the end of our stay, we even had the opportunity to join her beach fitness session for adults. We also appreciated the possibility of using the paddleboards and kayaks available on the beach. The cottages were very well equipped, and we were especially pleased to find a moka pot for preparing fresh coffee. Thank you once again. We will certainly recommend your resort to others. 😊

My wife had due to an accident serious back issues. When I told that the ladies ot the reception they tried everything to help me. They even called a doctor for me, because I don't speak Italian. Because of their help we managed to find a doctor who gave my wife some injections. We were very pleased with the helpful and very kind behaviour of the ladies. Apart from that we were very pleased with the hotel in general. Everything was very clean, everyone was very kind and we enjoyed our stay very much. We also liked the fact, that we could order fresh coffee and eggs during the breakfast. In most hotels there are coffee machine, which don't make as good coffee as the personell at the breakfast room. We can definately recommend your hotel and would choose it again as our residence, should we come back to this part of Sardegna for a holiday some other time. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Wir haben uns, sehr wohlgefühlt. WLAN im Zimmer, am Pool und, sogar am Strand war perfekt. Es ist sehr schön, dass es, im Gegensatz zu ansehen Hotels, viel auf Kubststoffgeschirr verzichtet wird. Wie z. B. keine Becher sondern Gläser. Frühstück war sehr gut. Mit frischem Kaffee. Das, Personal überall sehr freundlich. Schade war nur, dass man in der Küche nicht nicht kochen konnte. Zumal sie mit 4 Gasherden und komplettem Geschirr (außer Besteck) ausgestattet war.
