The front desk folks were lovely and so professional. Checking in, the room did not have a bathtub which was important after a 32 hour trip and 11 hour time zone change, and from all the info available we thought there was a bathtub in the room. So, we requested another room with a tub and they moved us. Thanks so much, but we suggest you make it clear in the reservation process that you may or may not get a tub and if you need one to make sure you request it. Also, the breakfast staff were exceptional, top notch and very helpful. Please let them know how much we appreciated their services.

L hôtel est d un grand confort et particulièrement propre. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins des clients. Notre chambre (506) était spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très varié avec des produits de qualite. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé et calme grace au personnel de l hotel.
