The front desk folks were lovely and so professional. Checking in, the room did not have a bathtub which was important after a 32 hour trip and 11 hour time zone change, and from all the info available we thought there was a bathtub in the room. So, we requested another room with a tub and they moved us. Thanks so much, but we suggest you make it clear in the reservation process that you may or may not get a tub and if you need one to make sure you request it. Also, the breakfast staff were exceptional, top notch and very helpful. Please let them know how much we appreciated their services.

L hôtel est d un grand confort et particulièrement propre. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins des clients. Notre chambre (506) était spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très varié avec des produits de qualite. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé et calme grace au personnel de l hotel.

Sono arrivato il 14 sera e al mio arrivo è immediatamente stato chiaro che avevo commesso un errore in fase di prenotazione, La cortese addetta al check-in (mi scuso in ricordo il nome) e la direzione hanno risolto tutto in un lampo, rendendo un non evento quella che sarebbe potuta trasformarsi in una seria fonte di stress. Sono rimasto piacevolmente impressionato (e di hotel ne frequento molti). Grazie, purtroppo non vengo spesso a Napoli ma avete fatto un cliente e vi raccomanderò ad ogni occasione.

When I arrived with my tour group, I was feeling very unwell, and our rooms would not be ready till 3.00 pm. When I explained my situation, the person on reception found a room that I could use for the day, which was of immense help to me. I was able to lay down and rest and felt so much better. Thank you and the hotel staff so much for your kindness and consideration , it was much appreciated.

Efficient gerenoveerd! Hou niet van splinternieuwe hotels. Gelezen dat het hotel dateerd van de jaren 40. Ademt nog steeds luxe uit terwijl we de prijs kunnen betalen. We waren met 3 koppels waarvan 1 altijd ih hogere segment en 1 ih lagere. Dit hotel was absoluut super voor de prijs.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is lovely. We had 2 dinners and a lunch there, in addition to breakfast each day, and the meals were good as was the service. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend your hotel to others.
