I love the ambience of a family-run hotel which is why I came back! Nice welcome, good food. It was lovely to meet the hotel manager and I like your informal style of being available to chat (we did). I would also like to compliment the Maitre D'Or (I think his name is Roni). He runs a very tight ship and we missed him very much on his night food (we had to wait nearly an hour for our food that night, as the slip for drinks had not been passed on (I think it lets the catering team know we are here and ready for our food). Other than that one unfortunate long wait, we had a lovely time at Hotel Bisesti and I congratulate you on a very well run hotel.

Returning customer grom last year and would return again. Only disappointment was that you are not able to provide pricing for next May. When available please let us know. Might have been nice to be upgraded to a balcony room (if available) but 3rd time lucky. Special compliments need to be made to ths Chef. Food was excellent (Dinner) - English Breakfast hot option might be only improvement I could suggest. Plus your staff seem to enjoy working and are a real asset to you. We will be back (again) if not next ¹year then in 2027. Birthday prezzie for my wife was a really nice touch. Thanks to all for helping us have a great holiday and another lovely experience!

We greatly appreciated that you were able to meet our request to have both rooms near to each other and the lift. It was wonderful to have a well designed pool suitable for both for adults and our little grandson! It was also lovely to lunch or have drinks on the verandah.Gardasee is very beautiful and your hotel made it even more special. We all had a wonderful time so graziemillia to everyone.

A very efficiently run hotel. We had booked a standard room and knew it was small. There were a few things we needed to address (power point, non-slip mat, extra pillows) and all were addressed immediately. The impression is of a personally run hotel with a focus on responding to the needs of guests.

We were in room 161 and at certain times it was quite noisy. I could hear vehicles with their engines running, loud voices late at night and early morning, then there were the rubbish removal men early in the morning. We have stayed at your hotel several times and have not experienced any issues. The issues that I have mentioned will not stop us returning to your hotel. With best wishes to you and your staff. We did not know what to expect when choosing your hotel from a list of many. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The building in general was very nice and is in a great location. We did also notice the amount of effort from staff to keep it very clean and running smoothly. Top marks to the housekeeping team - both the public areas but also the room staff who did a great job keeping our room clean and topped up with everything. We accidentally left our "Do not disturb" sign on the door on our last day. Our room was not made up, we had no clean towels or toilet paper. We spoke to reception and someone arrived with everytning we needed within 5 minutes - EXCELLENT. The restaurant staff and reception staff were also very good. We found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely choose Hotel Bisesti when we next visit Garda. Thank you.

Thank you for an amazing stay. Our first visit to Lake Garda- wow what an incredible area! Our base in Garda town and at the Bisesti was perfect. What a fabulous hotel! We had two rooms- room 111 and, Junior suite room 351. We had requested a junior suite with a sofa area to enable all four of us to sit together and room 351 was perfect for that-thank you! Breakfast was delicious- a huge selection of hot and cold food, drinks and pasties. All beautifully prepared and presented. The honeycomb was fabulous and delicious. The staff at Bisesti are a credit to the hotel- friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful. We had the most incredible family holiday with so many beautiful memories- thank you for making our stay perfect. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bisesti - we didn't use the gym or the pool so can't rate those but everything else was exceptional. We would really like to complement all the staff who made our stay very enjoyable and looked after us during our stay - nothing was too much trouble. The food was great (we stayed half-board so breakfast and dinner). The hotel location is great - just a short walk to the lakefront, bars and cafes and it's only a 10min walk to the ferry terminal/jetty and many gift shops in close proximity. I'd also like to say thanks for the gift from the hotel for my 60th birthday which occurred during our stay here. We would definitely recommend to others and next time we visit Garda would stay here again.

Breakfast selection was good although we found the cups to be rather small for hot drinks. Evening meals were good and the salad bar excellent. I thought most of the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming especially the restaurant staff, receptionists & the housekeepers. The lady with the blonde hair & dark rimmed glasses on the bar was a little rude to me when I asked for ice & salt for the room on 2 separate occasions. I know the hotel provided excellent bar & food options but when on holiday & have paid extra for a beautiful suite with a fridge surely it's not uncommon for people to just want to sit quietly in their rooms having a drink or a light lunch of crackers & local produce. I believe that in this day & age its a bit niave of the staff to think otherwise. I feel I was treated unfairly & made to feel as if I was committing a dreadful crime. We did however let this pass & on the whole thoroughly enjoyed our time with you.
