From the moment we arrived to the morning we left, we found all the staff to be welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We were very thankful for the extremely early breakfast (5.45am) laid on before our departure. The hotel was kept beautifully clean and we appreciated the air conditioning throughout, and especially in our bedroom. In forty years of holidays, we've never stayed at the same hotel twice, but with Bisesti we would seriously consider it!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bisesti. We arrived on our anniversary 4 July for 11 nights and have already re-booked to return 3 July 2027, again for 11 nights. The hotel was perfect for us as was the location, We met so many lovely people during our stay and the staff were great too. Hind deserves a special mention. She was a breath of fresh air and always full of smiles.

Our room was very comfortable and beautifully clean. Our housekeeper was very sweet. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner but our breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I have a gluten allergy and there were sufficient choices. We had a great stay, upgraded to room 315 which had an enormous balcony and view over pool. Cannot understand why your not a 4 star hotel especially as everything was spotless and everyone was smiling and courteous. Only constructive criticism would be that the empty used plates are removed during breakfast service as the piled up rejects and leftovers are a bit off putting. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in ihr Hotel. Komfort und Qualität haben sich im laufe der Jahre sehr verbessert. Wir haben nun immer eine Junior Suite gebucht und die ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. I rarely return to a hotel but I would definitely return here.

Liebes Bisesti Team … wir waren von letztem Samstag bis Sonntag mit einer Nacht Verlängerung Gast bei euch … es war einfach nur SPITZE und alles BESTENS. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles sehr sauber, Frühstück einfach top, Service am Pool mega…. es war einfach nur schön bei euch, wir kommen sicher wieder nächstes Jahr …. All of your staff were very welcoming and helpful, made the stay really pleasant. Everyone from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. Restaurant team leader Rino (apologies if name incorrect) was very helpful with accommodating meal changes especially for the children in our group. All waiters and waitresses were great, unfortunately I can’t remember all their names but Arianna was one and she was friendly and helpful

All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The reception staff went above and beyond in assisting us with printing bus times etc. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and is a credit to the management and staff.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed with you 18 years ago before we were married and wanted to bring our children to see your hotel and the lake. Our youngest loved his bear in the bedroom and all of the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so so much. We will be back! Xx

Meritati complimenti a Laura e Fabio per l'eccellente organizzazione, la serietà, la gentilezza, disponibilità e per il sorriso..... un piccolo dettaglio che mette il cliente subito in sintonia e ci fa sentire " a casa", accolti e coccolati... Queste parole, le ha dette mio nipote di 9 anni! E io sono rimasta a bocca aperta!!
