Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in ihr Hotel. Komfort und Qualität haben sich im laufe der Jahre sehr verbessert. Wir haben nun immer eine Junior Suite gebucht und die ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a Junior Suite - Room 252 which was excellent. Lots of storage space, very clean and a perfect bathroom. Special thanks to the ladies that cleaned our room each day - they did an excellent job. All the staff that we met were professional and friendly - they were a good advert for the hotel. The location of the hotel, close to the Lake was excellent. Would certainly stay again at the Hotel Bisesti.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a special one! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Die Angestellten an der Rezeption und im Service sprechen deutsch und englisch, auch das ist von Vorteil. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zum See, man geht nur 3 Minuten durch den Park und schon ist man an der Uferpromenade mit seinen unzähligen Restaurants, Bootsverleih und Linienschiffen. Besonders wichtig war für uns der private Parkplatz im Innenhof des Hotels.

The Hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk on the path opposite and you're at the lake! Or turn right down to the road opposite and it's straight into the centre of Garda. It was very clearn and well looked after. The only downside was our particular room had no view, and quite a bit of noise from the back of the hotel, bins, bottles emptying etc

Waren angenehm überrascht, vor Ankunft über die Mail und die Empfehlungen, während des Aufenthalts über die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter vom Zimmermädchen über die Rezeption und alle Mitarbeiter im Restaurant bzw. an der Bar. Hatte ein Reifenproblem, mir wurde sofort an der Rezeption geholfen und mehrere Reifenhändler in der Nähe benannt und wie ich die am Besten erreiche. Die Empfehlung von Euromaster in AFFI war top. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und Ihr Hotel auch bei unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

I noticed yesterday that you were taking publicity photographs for the hotel, but didn’t see that the very friendly and hard working gardener/handyman was included. He may have been and I missed it, but if not, then in future you should include all your staff including the cleaning and gardening staff. They are the backbone of the business and the reason that people will keep returning. It won’t the glamorous “Charlie’s Angels” at the reception desk…

We stayed in rom 313 for 3 nights fron 24 August. Wanted to see Lake Garda for quite a while but didn't really have any expectations for the hotel as it was only 3 star. I absolutely loved the hotel, right next to bus station where transfers took us to, and trips picked up and dropped off. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was lovely. I rarely return to a hotel but I would definitely return here.

We stayed in The Bisesti Hotel last year as well as this year. All Staff were very personable and professional. We probably wouldn't go half board as we have done this & last year purely because the evening meal were usually way too salty for consumption & other guests found this to be the case which,s why lots of meals seemed to be returned to the kitchen. This feedback is to assist with the very high standards of this Family run business and in no way did it impact on our absolutely fabulous stay. We will be returning to The Bisesti again for certain as the staff made us feel special & were extremely welcoming. 10/10 for Customer Satisfaction & Hospitality. Very happy with our stay and would come again. We were very nervous as first trip to Italy with our children who have multiple food allergies. Our only issue was the room we had selected (our fault) it was a standard room with no balcony or view, which unfortunately we didn’t like. I love the ambience of a family-run hotel which is why I came back! Nice welcome, good food. It was lovely to meet the hotel manager and I like your informal style of being available to chat (we did). I would also like to compliment the Maitre D'Or (I think his name is Roni). He runs a very tight ship and we missed him very much on his night food (we had to wait nearly an hour for our food that night, as the slip for drinks had not been passed on (I think it lets the catering team know we are here and ready for our food). Other than that one unfortunate long wait, we had a lovely time at Hotel Bisesti and I congratulate you on a very well run hotel.

Room was sufficient for our stay, good shower, nice bar area to relax in at the end of the day. We found everything clean and tidy.The position of the hotel was excellent for everything we needed- short walk to the lake, shops and restaurants, ferry terminal easy to get to and book tickets for other places to visit and also the bus terminal. Beautiful walks along the lakeside. Overall had a great stay and great visit to Lake Garda. We stayed for one week and found lots to do and see. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Hotel Bisesti.

Wir hatten bei der Abreise etwas in der Minibar vergessen, waren aber noch im Ort als es uns eingefallen ist. Wir sind dann ca 2 Std später nochmal ins Hotel und tatsächlich wurden unsere Sachen durch die aufmerksame Reinigungskraft👍 bei Seite gelegt und sie wurden uns dann an der Rezeption ausgehändigt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals besonders an das Reinigungspersonal und auch an die Dame an der Rezeption 👍😃.

We were delighted with Hotel Bisesti and would definitely stay again. It is spacious and so clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold food. I loved the big shelves full of books in the lounge area. Lovely, friendly staff. We couldn’t fault this hotel.

To the staff and management of hotel bisesti… Our stay was excellent. The 3 star rating does not represent the level of professionalism, service and quality of the hotel. In my opinion it should be 4*. The cleanliness was of the utmost quality as was the friendliness of the staff. A special mention to Camilla for her hard work and cooperation throughout. We will certainly be back soon. Fantastico
