Hind was AMAZING - she was incredibly friendly , my daughter absolutely loved her. She looked after us in the bar and was just fantastic. Alessandra - She is still ongoing in helping me retrieve my "Paddington phone" she again has been absolutely exceptional in helping me with this issue which over and above her role and I can not thank her enough. All of the staff we have come across during our stay have been outstanding and an absolute credit to the management team. Cannot understand why your not a 4 star hotel especially as everything was spotless and everyone was smiling and courteous. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in ihr Hotel. Komfort und Qualität haben sich im laufe der Jahre sehr verbessert. Wir haben nun immer eine Junior Suite gebucht und die ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. The Hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk on the path opposite and you're at the lake! Or turn right down to the road opposite and it's straight into the centre of Garda. Hatte ein Reifenproblem, mir wurde sofort an der Rezeption geholfen und mehrere Reifenhändler in der Nähe benannt und wie ich die am Besten erreiche. Die Empfehlung von Euromaster in AFFI war top. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und Ihr Hotel auch bei unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

We stayed in rom 313 for 3 nights fron 24 August. Wanted to see Lake Garda for quite a while but didn't really have any expectations for the hotel as it was only 3 star. I absolutely loved the hotel, right next to bus station where transfers took us to, and trips picked up and dropped off. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was lovely. I rarely return to a hotel but I would definitely return here.

We stayed in The Bisesti Hotel last year as well as this year. All Staff were very personable and professional. We probably wouldn't go half board as we have done this & last year purely because the evening meal were usually way too salty for consumption & other guests found this to be the case which,s why lots of meals seemed to be returned to the kitchen. This feedback is to assist with the very high standards of this Family run business and in no way did it impact on our absolutely fabulous stay. We will be returning to The Bisesti again for certain as the staff made us feel special & were extremely welcoming. 10/10 for Customer Satisfaction & Hospitality. Very happy with our stay and would come again. We were very nervous as first trip to Italy with our children who have multiple food allergies. I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay which was made all the better because of all the friendly staff that you employ. We are going home relaxed and hope to back again soon.
