We stayed for the first time last year and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back again this year, and were not disappointed. Excellent service, friendly staff, good pool area, lunch restaurant choice and quality of food is fantastic, and cleanliness and quality of rooms is excellent. It is also nice to see the same staff from one year to the next. It was also a lovely touch to be given some free gifts when we checked out as a memory of your hotel. We enjoyed our stay in 2023 and brought the rest of our family. The pool was great - it never seemed full and there were adequate sunbeds and deckchairs. Pool drink service was always efficient. The restaurant manager was always pleasant and was able to produce menu variation for the vegan member of our family. The three evening entertainment acts were good especially the 6 piece group on one night. Every member of staff was always pleasant. This hotel is a gem!

The two bands that we saw ( the band on the Saturday night and the two guitarists) were fantastic but the old singer( on the Thursday night) not so much. This is my second time at Hotel Biseti. I would say I enjoyed my stay more this time than last year as I know what the hotel provides. I was impressed with the different selection for meal times and enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel in general is clean and well ordered and I felt the staff were approachable and friendly. Booked again for next summer.

From the moment we arrived to the morning we left, we found all the staff to be welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We were very thankful for the extremely early breakfast (5.45am) laid on before our departure. The hotel was kept beautifully clean and we appreciated the air conditioning throughout, and especially in our bedroom. In forty years of holidays, we've never stayed at the same hotel twice, but with Bisesti we would seriously consider it!

Even more importantly, the warm and friendly atmosphere has remained exactly the same over the years. Every member of your team makes guests feel genuinely welcome, and that is one of the main reasons why we love coming back year after year. If we may offer one small suggestion, it would be to consider adding covered parking spaces to the new parking area, just like the existing parking. They would provide welcome shade during the hot summer days and also offer better protection for cars during the heavy thunderstorms that sometimes occur around Lake Garda. We think this would be the perfect finishing touch to the new parking area. Thank you for your continued dedication and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We didn't have dinner but our breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I have a gluten allergy and there were sufficient choices. Hind was AMAZING - she was incredibly friendly , my daughter absolutely loved her. She looked after us in the bar and was just fantastic. Alessandra - She is still ongoing in helping me retrieve my "Paddington phone" she again has been absolutely exceptional in helping me with this issue which over and above her role and I can not thank her enough. We loved this hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived until our departure. The breakfast selection was excellent and the only time we had dinner it was good too; it was very reasonably priced as were the drinks. The hotel pool was good and plenty of sun lounger 's to relax with a drink. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would like to thank the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable

He is the kindest, always smiling and very charming young man. Housekeeping staff are great and the room was madeup everyday to perfection. There is no doubt, that we will stay at Hotel Bisesti when we return to Garda, hopefully soon. We were a group of six persons from Denmark booked by Smil Rejser. Rooms 101, 114 and 252.

We had a great stay, upgraded to room 315 which had an enormous balcony and view over pool. Cannot understand why your not a 4 star hotel especially as everything was spotless and everyone was smiling and courteous. Only constructive criticism would be that the empty used plates are removed during breakfast service as the piled up rejects and leftovers are a bit off putting. Fabulous hotel added to our fabulous holiday

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in ihr Hotel. Komfort und Qualität haben sich im laufe der Jahre sehr verbessert. Wir haben nun immer eine Junior Suite gebucht und die ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a Junior Suite - Room 252 which was excellent. Lots of storage space, very clean and a perfect bathroom. Special thanks to the ladies that cleaned our room each day - they did an excellent job. All the staff that we met were professional and friendly - they were a good advert for the hotel. The location of the hotel, close to the Lake was excellent. Would certainly stay again at the Hotel Bisesti.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a special one! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
